At this point, I've had no problems. I purchased a mid sized commercial vehicle, a box truck. I am currently waiting for the plates and repairs these I've paid for.
They've got the parts with them, but they delay in response. Delivery is on time. Response rate is slow, reason listed by them is huge pending orders.

Unscrupulous. Owner needed a confirmantion code for an amount that was not discussed. Did not give the code and ended the conversation. Person said they use paypal but would not go this route. As others have stated, DO NOT give your credit card or debit card information to them. I had to cancel my card as a result of their unethical practice.
Hands down the best experience ever. We broke down at middle of travel, We had called another tow company and they were not very reputable. We were given this company information from another customer who saw us in distress. So we called. We couldn't be happier with the service and the price. You have all our future business for sure , great service and love the way you treat and solve the problems of your customers truly reliable place

Scammers, not at this address. Not this phone number. Physically went to get a refund on a car door $575 that never showed. Talked to them to confirm the address and said yep we're sitting here but it's not your business it's East Side Auto Salvage. Then the guy says let me get Ralph. He hung up on us and the salesperson Ralph's number, working last night, is now disconnected.
These guys are crooks they sold me a transmition and got my credit card numbers and made 3 transactions off my card for over $1000. I had to call the fraud department and get my credit. Ard canceled. Do not give them your credit card numbers. They are total crooks.
This Place is a scam it does not exist, unfortunately I payed for an engine that probably didn't exist and lost 3k+ dollars. So please learn from my mistakes.
Varias veces he tratado de encontrar piezas de autos en yonkes de de juarez y el paso tx. y cualquier pieza de autos parece que te vendieran las perlas de la virgen son despotas y prepotentes, creo que es porque saben que si todos elevan sus precion no tenemos oportunidad de conseguir elecciones para la compra de partes a un precio mas modico y asi fuera una competencia de precios y partes. Pero en el paso esta MEGA YOU PULL con precios bien definidos y muy competitivos creo que es la mejor opcion para comprar piezas de refaccion de autos de segunda mano.
I give it this rating for their customer service, that's only because I couldn't give zero or negative. The man who answered the phone was obviously frustrated and didn't even take the time to look for the part I needed. He interrupted and answered no before I could even finish asking the question. Terrible customer service...
This place has really good quality in parts and has almost everything you're looking for. The owner is strictly there for business which is completely understood and he isn't there to make friends, I was there to only make business as well therefore the owner got me exactly what I needed and provided instant and great service. Not a bad place at all just that that customers might be confusing business and rudeness.
Worst place ever to call or stop by! Personal is rude and disrespectful! I had to rate a star but i wouldn't rate it any stars. It would be a negative 0. They see u as an annoyance. Why don't they go back to their county. We don't need their rudness or disrespect!
