I went in asking a price for a glass window for my truck
The guy upfront was pretty rude and not welcoming at all
It seemed as if I was bothering him but asking him for prices
I would recommend avoiding this shop if you can - or if they have an uncommon part that you absolutely need, INSIST on getting photos of the exact part you expect to receive before paying for it or traveling to this shop from anywhere out of town. They had a transmission listed on car-part.com that I needed. I called and spoke to Mike on the phone about the transmission several times over 2 days. Mike assured me that the transmission was in good condition and that it did not have any damage to it. I live in Albuquerque, about 550 miles away and an 8 hour round trip. Upon arriving, Mike presented me with the transmission, saying that it had this "small damage but was fine". This is absolutely not "fine" as the chunk you see missing is supposed to have a mounting boss to bolt to the engine. Also, this part of the housing contains the valve body. Mike refunded my payment but refused to refund their 3% card fee. I was able to file a dispute with my bank to get the charge for their fee back at least. They didn't offer any apologies at all during this.
If you have free time, stop by; they drive you around their yard because they have lots and lots cars, if they don't answer their phone it's probably because they're busy. I went to buy a temporary donut tire which is priced at 400$ at Casa Nissan, I walked out of Imports and More with a used but in great condition actual tire that fit my car for $109.00. that's a good deal because even a donut temporary spare tire was going to run me 80-110$ at any other yard. They also let you keep all the stickers that end up on your shoes for free.
Overpriced. Didn't end up purchasing anything. The man at the counter wanted $150 for a used set of door mirrors. Can get a brand new set online for $115. Also not a pick and pull like I was told by another shop. They take you around the yard and take pics of what you are interested in and then he tells you a figure for the mechanics there to pull your items. Will give an extra star for the lady that took us around the yard in a junker car. She drives amazingly! She needs a raise! Or someone needs to add her to a rally race team. She has some driving skills!
Tried to buy head light and was taken to check it out was scratched and hazed but was still cool to get just to have a working head light go to front tell him I’ll take it thinking he would say a rational number owner says 250$ I was like 2 5 0 dollars lol it’s all used and a bit messed up tho come see it cuz brand new I’ll get the pair for 300$ Owner said that’s my price you want it? I said no thanks mr crab’s duceThe worker that showed me the part was helpful but looking back I think he might know wassup once the owner said his price he immediately walked out
Place needs to be shut down. Don’t go there. Unless you want to get blown up on, by the owner, just for asking about parts and inventory and get hung up on. Don’t waste your time and money on that place. Let them run out of business. Idk how they even make any sales on anything there. Owner is ridiculous rude. I hope he goes out of business. I don’t leave reviews but this place needs all the reviews it can get. Stay away from this place and watch them go out of business.
Worst place to call for information. They seem like they are always having a bad day. I'd rather pay more for good customer service then deal with ugly people.
Worst customer service ever. I've never met someone so rude. He over charges everything! I only wanted a part of a door and he said I had to buy the whole door!! Not worth it. You're better off going somewhere else.
I went their an wanted to buy a seat switch part an asked if I can check it out first an was told no. Wanted to charge me 65 an no warranty. Not even to try in my truck which was parked in front. Horrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Owner is super rude and charges pretty much retail prices on parts. Save yourself the time and just buy the parts online instead of stopping here. Wanted to charge me 35 bucks for a 3inch plastic molding. DO NOT COME HERE!
I called to get information for a part, the man was very rude, bad customer service. It didnt seem like he wanted make a sale and at the end hung up on me.
Do not get transmissions from this place.
We got one and the trasmitission defective and after a month there is no warranties at all.
I been a mechanic for 25 years and never got this bad service.
I stopped by there to potentially get a few random parts for my project cars. Initially I felt ignored by the guy at the front desk. I overheard him saying to the woman behind the counter with him "I don't like this guy". Eventually, a super nice guy from the yard took me out to the yard. I found a small part and was going to buy it. The rude dude at the front desk wanted $45. I mentioned that the new oem price is only $19. He said, I believe you, but it's $45 if you want it. Good thing I can take my cash elsewhere.
Called 2 weeks in advance inquiring for a vehicle transmission and was advised that the part was available and for the said price. Called before arriving at the junk yard and was advised the part was available and proceeded to meet with the staff. After looking for and finding the part was given a price and proceeded to pay deposit. After several days of waiting for a call back to pick up the transmission after a pick up date was established by the staff I decided to call back and was then informed that the transmission was broken so I had to go back and meet with the staff to request my refund. Wasted time and still waiting to get refund on my card and keep looking for a new place for a part that could've already had it.
Terrible Place.... don’t buy anything from here yard guys are awesome front desk guy terrible typical El Paso ... go some where else they will charge highest price and take very very very long to get your part not to mention rude ... no customer service skills whatsoever .... waste of time
The man in the front is money hungry. He has his prices higher than online pricing. You won’t match prices. People are friendly and helpful but they had me wait 45 mins to get the part I needed.
Way too over priced for simple parts! guys in the back / yard are super nice and very helpful but owner or whomever at front desk very rude and would keep answering phone while customers are in front of him with questions... also once I was given a price for a part I said never mind after finding it cheaper way cheaper some where else he literally ignored me and started answering phone ....: very unprofessional place will never come for parts here again... starting to think the positive reviews on this place are fake and made up so they don’t have a 1 star rating cause I don’t see how someone felt they deserved 5 stars .... do better..
Good yard, helpful people. Even attempted to help me with a nearly impossible task. Honda D16Z6 is a damn hard to find engine. Even cores. They even allowed me to search the cores to see if I could get lucky. Unfortunately I didn't get a winner, but I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They went the extra mile even while being busy as all get out. Even able to get me prices.
Called multiple times for a part and each time they’d tell me to call back in 30 minutes. Every time I’d called back they never had an answer for me. The last time I called the person told me to go in and look for the part myself. I kindly told him that I live in New Mexico and wanted to make sure they carried the part before I drove all the way over there. Terrible way to treat potential customers, I’d never recommend this place to anyone.
They were amazing! They drove us to the cars to see which parts we liked, pulled it off for us with the clips and screws all for a very afordable price! They also said they could install it for us! I am definitely coming back for all my car needs!

Well what can i say, I had gone to several places on Montana and I came across this one and I actually loved it. They were awsome, friendly and the prices were decent! I won't go anywhere else for my vehicles needs!!!
Fast and friendly service. Fair prices on parts. I highly recommend this place. I shopped around, compared prices as i needed work done on my vehicle. I didn't have to wait for an appointment and I saved money. I was on the road within 24 hours.
If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is extremely expensive and has no real knowledge of customer service, or how used parts shouldn't cost more then new. I'm surprised he is still in business. I asked for a part that they were going to pull them selves and it took well over an hour to pull a part that should have taken 10 min... extremely frustrated with this place we asked for our money back and left... NEVER AGAIN
