Took about 30 lbs of copper got less then 30 complete rip off dont tell you what writhing or nothing better off going anywhere else seriously what a joke of a scrap yard !
I arrived there to turn in some metal,they told me to go to the back and pull up on their scales I went there one of their employees was even helped guiding me because they told me to back up onto the scale, as I was backing up, my front passenger side tire blew out!! a panel on their scale was bent and jagged. Show the guy looked at me like a deer in the headlights and I asked him you know what are you guys going to do to compensate me I didn't even have a spare he pointed to the sign and said we're not responsible I said how are you not responsible this is your equipment that did damage to my vehicle and I was doing what I was supposed to be doing as you guided me back, needless to say they were rude and offered no help whatsoever to make it even worse next to the recycle place is a used tire place run by the same people, no offer of a used tire no discount they act like they have no responsibility I was a repeat customer as well, have been countless times ,not anymore.98
There a lot better than FL scrapping on Railroad. FL scrapping does not have prices so we don't even know how much it is for a pound of what so I think they just rip you off and on this place does not rip you off they have all their prices on a piece of paper and you can see what you get per pound
Terrible customer service.. owner had a disrespectful tone n a ridiculous price for very worn tires... drove half a mile down to cali n got way better quality tires for half the price
Had a slow leak right front tire, pulled on to have it looked at. They took care of the problem right away . Repaired and back on the road. Didn't kill my wallet.
Really cool employees. Just went in to change one of my tires and the guy was really helpful. Before he switched out the tire he advised me that the removal of the tire might chip my plastidip a little.. I told him its fine, its plastidip! But thanked him for being honest and he was still careful. He Complimented my truck and I went on my way!
Customer service is very poor. They are rude and if there is a screw on something aluminum they will pay you steel prices instead of aluminum prices. Ridiculous way of running things. I don't recommend going here.
Professional on their proforming on Tires. They select the best..Have done business with them throughout Five years, and no problem. People should go there.
So I stopped by this place on Sunday and they were closed I was there at noon so I figured they were on lunch drove by again at 1:30 and still nothing disappointed and I guess they aren't open from 8am - 3pm like they say.
I come here often to get my tires repaired. Their prices are fair, and most of the time it doesn't take them very long. They charge a little more for tires that have sensors, but for a regular plug or patch it is very inexpensive. They do accept credit cards, but it is a $5 minimum charge on the card. They also accept tires for disposal ($3 for any size). You have to wait outside their shop for your tire to get your tire repaired. Their shop is a bit hard to spot from the road, but they do have a sign and a new banner. They are right next to a metal recycling shop with which they share a cash register. The shop guarantees their new and used tires against factory defects, but you need to keep your receipt.
Horrible customer service! I went for scrap metal, not tires. The staff is rude and they under cut you. You get your receipt after your metal is mixed with the pile. They don’t tell you about weights. By that time you can’t say no I’ll take it back. Deceptive practices, take cautionary measures!!
Do not go this place. I bought two tires for my car and they messed up 3 bolts from one side and 2 from the other side. All because the lazy worker didn't screw the nuts manually. He just used the air gun. First time this has happened at any tire shop. Two thumbs down.
