I was told by dispatch 20 to 30 mins at 1154 this morning. Dispatch has voicemail which is full. I sent multiple txt with no answer. Tow driver called at 518pm and said he didn't know the tow was placed that long ago. The shop it was suppose to go to was already closing. Terrible dispatch service don't waste an entire day on this business. Call another company.
Awesome towing service! Called 2 other companies and none were as fast as this one. Communication was also great. Very simple and fast, definitely recommend and will for sure use this company if the need arises again. :)
Driver said he would be there in 30 min or less. After 45 min said he couldn’t find us and was going to circle back. Waited 20 min more and still said he couldn’t find us. Waste of our time in 37 degree temperature at night. Definitely do not use this tow company. We called another company.
Excellent service, these guys were very helpful in towing a friends vehicle off the freeway. I thought the pricing was reasonable, especially for the emergency conditions they can work under.
