I called and they charged me upfront and they told me the driver was going to call me which never did, I waited 1-1/2 hrs and nothing and I was 10min away from their place. I called the dispatcher and he was really rude and told me to cancel if I didn’t want to wait and he kept telling me that the driver is going to call me which never did and kept waiting. I ended up calling and cancel, all I wanted was a confirmation from the driver he was coming and ETA I had my family with me in the car.
Do NOT call this company! It’s a call center who then contracts other local towing companies for a lower price! They charge $300 for short distances and pay the towing company $100. You’re better off calling a local company in El Paso and paying the $100.
These guys really screwed me over when I was in a pinch. We were stranded by an undrivable car while moving to Tucson; the moving truck was arriving in AZ the next day, so the car really needed to be fixed the same day so we could meet them there. At noon, these guys told me they’d be there in under 30 minutes. Sounds perfect. I gave them my credit card information and paid (should’ve seen that as red flag #1 but I was desperate). An hour and a half later, I call them back and ask them where my tow is. I explained the time constraint I was under and told them I needed someone ASAP. They apologized and explained that they only have one driver working today because one of their tow trucks is down. I responded that they really should’ve told me that upfront before taking my money, and that I’d like a refund. And just like that, they wasted an hour and a half of critical time that my car could have been getting fixed. These guys are untrustworthy and sketchy. Learn from my mistakes and don’t give anyone your card information upfront.
Called to get an estimate and the guy was very rude. He told me $5 a mile. So I asked, can I give both addresses, from point a to point b so he can more less give me the total. His response was Can't u do it urself. Most people do it there self's before calling. He was very rude. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.
They were very quick to come and help me tow my car to the mechanics. The tow truck driver was very professional, communicative, and reliable with great service. Appreciate the help so much!

I do not currently have a picture where my car was delivered, but the wrecker driver handled my car with care and he was efficient and professional at all times. He was patient and waited for me almost 30min because traffic is mostly crowded on i10 eastbound. We tried to jump the car but was unsuccessful so the driver helped me push the car into position behind the rollback. Awesome service.
Called for tow service, was quoted a price and provided payment. Was then told a new price after being informed I needed a flatbed for an AWD vehicle. Informed rep that vehicle is RWD. Rep said we still need a flatbed because its a BMW. Driver who was kind, shows up and loads in a rear lift. Gets my vehicle to safe destination. I call 10 4 back that I was not provided a flatbed, he then proceeds to say I can't send a flatbed truck because you live on a mountain? I live off mesa and resler next to coronado high school. He then says yes but its up north ourtrucks can't travel north. I don't know what that means.. Very Disappointed w 10 4 dispatch and deceptive practices. These are photos of the unaccessible road he charged me for, which he referred to as a mountain where his trucks couldn't drive.
Call for a row and they weee there almost exactly when they said they would. Driver was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable for having to tow from way in the North-East to far west side.… highly recommend. Thank you!!
Quick, kind, communicative, and very helpful! David was a sweet driver who looked out for my interests. Waiting on the side of a highway was terrifying, but he made me feel well taken care of!
I needed a quick tow from my place to a mechanic and this service was perfect! Not only did they give me the best price after calling around for an hour but their team is so friendly. Everyone from the customer service to the tow truck driver was kind, professional, and awesome! 10/10 would use again and would recommend them to friends!

This is a great and vary response towing service I have had to use them twice and they make sure to take care of the car while towing, Edmundo was our tow truck driver and he is a great guy 10/10 if I ever need my car towed again I will be using 10-4 tow of El Paso

Terrible experience. I reserved assistance with towing my car from a storage facility to the shop from 0930-1030 several days in advance. I arrived at the storage facility and waited for an hour. When no one arrived by 1030 I called 10-4 and they assured me that the driver was just 5-10 minutes away. 1045 rolls around and I was told that the driver went to the wrong address but one that was within 1 minutes of driving distance away (5225 instead of 5525). I called again around 1055 and 1105 and kept getting reassured that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I decided to leave at 1115 after almost 2 hours of waiting and multiple reassurances that the driver would be there soon. 10-4 told me that the driver arrived at the address at 1030 and was driving around looking for 30 minutes. No one made any attempt to contact me and inform me of this. Given the highly unprofessional behavior of 10-4, the utter lack of respect for their customer's time, the terrible communication, and frankly, their dishonesty, I in no way can recommend any utilize 10-4 El Paso's services. Your money and time would be better spent getting assistance from a more professional, reliable, and honest service.
I'd love to give zero stars, as the tow truck NEVER SHOWED UP. I was waiting on the side of the road for two hours and every time I asked for an updated ETA I was told "30 more minutes". Once I got ahold of the actual driver (after waiting an hour and a half) he said he was barely told about the pick up 20 minutes beforehand. Oh, did I forget to mention that they charged me $192 in ADVANCE. I canceled the service and was told "it doesn't matter who you call you'll wait an hour anyways". Called ASAP towing and they picked me up in less than ten minutes.
I got stranded on the side of the highway and Called 10-4 Tow of El Paso and dispatcher that took my call was really courteous and helped me as soon as I told them I needed assistance. Driver showed up within eta given and he provided exceptional service, very professional guy (unfortunately did not get his name) but he towed my Mercedes AMG with no problem. Definitely recommend this guys and will call them again if needed in the future!!
