Don't ever use! Clearly don't know how to do something but say they do! Ohh also they will try and over charge you once it's on the truck! Said they didn't damage my vehicle but photos don't lie and I included a photo to show how it was before!
Terrible customer service. I called and a very rude man answered sounding very upset to answer my call, he immediately insulted me and hanged up. It says in your page you are open 24hrs, if that's not the case CHANGE IT!!!!
Worst towing company in El Paso. Unprofessional, hanging up on clients. Using foul language. These people will scam you as much as they can. Got my car towed less than a mile from my house and got charged 125 dollars. They threaten to take the car to impound lot if the price they demand isn’t paid. They wait until they have your car hooked to give you a quote and refuse to drop it if you don’t pay. FTP
Horrible service. Charged $365 dollars for a 1 mile tow. They didn’t speak English. Would not take my card for payment. Then a friend translated and was told only then to pay a link but didn’t have the link information. I called the office for the link. Only them he removed the vehicle from the wrecker. They never communicated the estimated time of arrival or confirmation of order. Communication was very poor from the dispatcher to the driver. The driver was not able to even place my address in the GPS.
If I could give no stars I would. Unprofessional n they hang up on u and the guy that answered the phone kept hangup saying I argued with him. All I did was ask questions. They won't except my tittle to give my car back.
The owner is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to conduct the business properly. Insist on being able to do the job, but will not give you a price to your car is on the bed and then threatens to take the impound. If you don’t pay the outrageous amount he asked for.
This guy doesnt know what hes doing and thinks money grows in trees. After reviewing the pictures for the job we needed to get done and him giving the price for 5 hour labor the end change came up to be 700 over what he quoted for even though he had all the info he needed. This company is abusive and dont care about costumers at all. Mever using these people again. Wich i could give them 0 statst
Highly recommend Skyhawk! I was in a car accident in a busy intersection during 5pm rush hour and Raul was on scene in a timely manner, considering the busy traffic. He was friendly, he showed genuine concern for the situation and he was knowledgeable about the insurance proceedings which helped me make a better choice for where to tow my vehicle.
I wish I would give this place zero stars. I was charged 180 dollars to have my truck towed 5 miles!!! Not to mention the tow truck driver took forever to arrive.

Nobody should ever go through this company!! They have scammed me and multiple friends. Staff is very rude and unclear with policies. Needed a tow early morning was clear on where to drop off my car, then they proceeded to take my car to their tow yard and demanded $862 to get it out! Once again terrible company to work with please avoid! Lessoned learned scameers will be scammers

I had the need to call SkyHawk again. Once again, they were friendly, prompt, and very courteous. I have now identified my only go-to towing company for any need, mine, friends, & family!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Took them three days to move a truck. Multiple lies....call 5 times to get through. Ridiculous. Stay away from these guys. What a joke.
Go anywhere else! Called specifically asking for FLATBED! dude said yes and wanted to charge 180! He showed up with pick up...bro where's the tow truck!?! I called Legacy and they actually showed up with flat bed for $125.
The guy was really nice and sweet. I waited about 45 minutes as they said it would take for them to show up, and there weren’t any issues. Considering it is New Year’s Eve, it was good and quick service. Would recommend!
Tim helped me quickly, early morning. With a positive and professional attitude, he got the job done quickly, and without any damage to my VERY low car. The price was much better than what other competitors was offering. They are my new go-to tow company. Cannot recommend enough.
My mom is handicap and got her hands amputated. She has her handicap badge but it fell from the rear view mirror. They came by to tow her and we’re extremely disrespectful calling her profanity while the employee was on the phone with his manager. I get they have a job to do but no reason to disrespect someone to the point where the restaurant manager has to come out and tell the gentleman towing the car to calm down and be respectful.
This is not how you run a business. Even if it’s third party, do better than disrespecting a handicap person.
Called inquiring about getting my vehicle towed and while I was just involved in an accident, there were people stopping by to ask me if I was ok and if I needed any assistance. While I’m on the phone with the towing company providing them with directions, someone else who stopped to help me, they called another towing company and they decided to do that on their own. Whoever I was talking to from the towing company got upset and hung up which was followed up with a text stating that they don’t play those games. It was out of my control that someone else offered to be of help. I’m glad they didn’t tow my car after all. This is something that happened around midnight and one of the things is that I was not able to send them an exact location as they were instructing me to do so. I simply didn’t understand how to send them my location. I also wasn’t asking anyone else to call other towing companies to see who offered a better rate. I was just trying to get my car towed promptly.
Towed our vehicle from Oreilly. They told us we were intoxicated over the phone when we don’t even drink at all. He said the vehicle was there more than 7 days which was a lie. He also won’t cooperate with us and kept on hanging up on us. He won’t agree to anything. They only want your vehicle under their possession.
charged me 6200 dollars!! for a towing from fabens to their yard horizon ! 14 miles away! my lawer will be contacting them shortly female owner is a recorded line where she admited that the driver over charged and my total was 978.00 dollars owner called her driver and said that that amount was good 6200 just because the dps told driver to charge that amount which dps or nowbody has the right to increased prices see u soon in court!!
Skyhawk is receiving negative reviews for towing from nearby truck stops. As far as the Flying J reviewers, there is a huge sign warning drivers. Not Skyhawk’s fault it wasn’t payed attention to.
This tow company stole my truck from flying j next to there yard. I got out my truck at 9am to use the restroom. 20min later after buying some coolant and using the restroom I return to where my truck was supposed to be. Flying j management said the tow company can tag and tow anything they want if the truck was unattended for 24hrs. Remind you I woke up at 9am and only went in for 20min. So not only did they steal my company truck they didn't properly tow it. They just hook up a air line and dragged me truck without disconnecting the drive shift. Luckily I had receipts showing I been spending money in the store and they admitted they messed up and gave me back my truck without charge. I'm sure if they did this to me and realized I caught them stealing. Sure a lot of other people ave paid for the theft as well
just like other people said they break all sort of laws, Not just they towed our truck from legally parked zone, they stole credit card information from the card which was inside of our truck, made illegal copy and used it. People be aware! If you get towed by them keep checking your card transactions. Scammers.
Had a jeep parked at flying j for 1 night. Towed it anyway. They are only supposed to tow abandoned vehicles according to the sign. Will update when I pick up car.
Picked up the car and they said anything over 2 hours is considered abandoned. The semi trucks only get 48 hours. Paid 330 dollars. If you want to leave your car at flying j while on the road you must get a permit from flying j
