My son car was towed from an area where he parked legally and was at a business. And for some reason they just tow it. I swear this towing company must just rip people off for their money. They’re trying to make money and that’s so wrong. Where would I go to report them the better business bureau? Where would you go? To Complain ?my son Was at the location where you park for that Buisness ?Please if they Are trying to make money and Buisness is slow really those employees must be Desperate and Can’t find other ways to make money A the bad part is other cars were parked there as well, and they didn’t tow those cars, so I’m not sure why they even told his Car
I called because someone was parked in my spot at my apartment complex and this is the place my apartment has a contract with. It's a Wednesday night so when I called I didn't think it would be a problem, they kinda laughed and said we dont have any trucks i dont know what you want me to do. The guy sounded really unprofessional like he just graduated middle school or something. I will be paying another company over using this free service
If I could give it a zero I would. They’re so quick to tow cars but when you wanna call them to have other vehicles towed they never answer. I’ve literally called 8 times and no answer. TRASH.
Posting this review for the company itself not the service, i was merging onto a lane where i had the right of way and the driver continued to go over me pushing me trying to get me out of the way when it was clear i was speeding up and i was already leading the way it’s easier for a compact to get through than a large vehicle. Proceeds to HONK and Starts driving wreckless behind me and proceeds to lower his window to scream at me and FLIP ME OFF. Absolutely ridiculous do better as a company simply embarrassing having your employees act like t hat
The fact that my apartment is contracting these guys is wild. Its been 6 hours, they have yet to tow a vehicle in my spot. Very unprofessional and horrible service
Extremely unprofessional and hostile experience. A rude clerk refused to release our vehicle even though we were ready to pay and had valid digital insurance (which is accepted in Texas). She used a "right to refuse service" sign as an excuse after we calmly asked for clarification, then called 911 on us claiming we were trespassing — over a simple question.
Police arrived and confirmed we were not trespassing and told us they respond to this business multiple times a day for similar complaints.
We were only able to retrieve the vehicle the next day from a different, more professional clerk. It's clear this is a pattern, not an isolated case.
What’s worse: the owner has not responded to or acknowledged any of the many negative reviews left by others. The lack of accountability and integrity is alarming.
If you’ve had a bad experience here, I strongly encourage you to report it to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Avoid this company at all cost. These people are Corrupt and have no morals or sympathy. They towed my moms car out of her handicap spot when there was clearly a handicap placer on the car. Leaving a women in a wheel chair stranded with no way to leave her home for no reason. They refused to give her the reason the car was towed or the name of who asked for it to be towed. Proceeded to charge over $500 to get her car back. The manager never leaves her office to at the very least give a explanation. The employees are also very rude and uncooperative.
Just wanted to come on here and say be careful where y’all are parking. These towing companies dgaf and can apparently do whatever they want. Last night I parked where tons of other cars were and there was no signs indicating not to park there. When i went back to my car it was gone and after finding out El Paso Towing on north loop took it i had to pay $180 to get it back. Their excuse is that they have a contract with the restaurant I parked at that was closed. Even though they have no signs not to park there. They even told me my car was easy to tow that’s why they chose to take mine. Be careful out there.
Got my car towed there were no signs anywhere. Was eating at Mora Mia restaurant and was walking out as my car was on tow truck. I tried talking to the guy towing and he said pay $100 now to take off truck or $200 at the yard. I paid the $100 so that I can get car fast needed to get back to work. I think it was an illegal tow. The parking was full of other cars but he picked mine because he said it was the easiest to tow. Terrible!
One of this company's goons just tried to tow my mom's car from the parking lot of the business that she works at. Private Property. Nobody called them. Their driver just decided to Target her car for apparently having a tire on a yellow line. Again, nobody called them and they have no business or arrangements with the property owners. The cops were called and when they asked the tow truck driver for identification...the crook didn't even have a license on him. He tried to negotiate the price with my mom to allow her car to be put down from the flat bed. This is not normal. How is this company still allowed to exists. Obviously, these people need to be in jail for grand theft auto. Read the other reviews folks. This company is a straight up illegal and should be wiped from the face of the earth.
Low Value customer service upon arriving to Location.. Very Unprofessional.. They got this kid behind the counter playing on a console had to grab his attention to be able to get my Vehicle...
It is deeply disappointing to see a company operate in such an unprofessional and unethical manner. Their questionable business practices reflect poorly on those who manage the organization. Resorting to illegal towing suggests significant financial or operational struggles, further underscoring the lack of integrity within the company. Given the severity of these actions, further recourse is being pursued to address these unethical and unlawful practices.
Targeting people’s cars? People be careful where you park. There doesn’t have to be a no parking sign to get towed. If you’re just in a parking lot with a sign across the parking lot, app they can tow your car. Sounds like something that’s against the law!
I’ll give lower rating if possible just want to warn that this company is full of crooks and have terrible customer service they survive off illegal towing and charge people $200 just to get their vehicle back with a lot of undercarriage damage and scratches they also make you sign and pay before inspecting your vehicle which alone is sketchy so if you ever see your car being towed by this company be prepared to file insurance claim or sue here are some of the videos showcasing how they will treat your vehicle as well as the parking spot that was perfectly legal to park the time was after hours @ 9pm
If I could rate negative stars, I would. My friend went to Whiskey Dicks couple of nights ago. He parked in the dirt lot next to the shopping center and his vehicle was towed before he came out at 1:15am. There was no sign and other cars parked there. When he confronted El Paso Towing the next day, they lied and said sign was posted and the driver had a picture of it. Asked to see pic and then said they didnt have a pic but someone in an SUV knocked it over. Kept telling them there was no sign and my friend had a pic proving it. They got really rude on the phone and hung up on him. Was going to charge $200+ but since my friend had a pic of no sign posted, charged only $100. Shouldn't have charged anything but he needed his vehicle. So the company is dishonest and tries to scam the customers and take cars when they shouldn't. Be very careful when dealing with them. Good luck to anyone who gets their vehicle towed by them.
They towed my truck that was across the street from the gas station less than 15 minutes. They put that they had towed it for abandonment on private property. I let them know by law it has to be parked over 48 hours to be considered abandoned.They are a scam and liars. The customer service was also trash they basically said to pay if I wanted the truck back even though it was towed based on lies. By the way their office looks it’s obviously a reflection of their work, disgusting.
Don’t use their service !! Look at all the reviews! They scam people! I had my car parked in my apartment complex in my assigned parking and they wanted to tow my car !! I called and a lady answered with a nasty attitude. She did not want to provide me her name nor her supervisor. She told me to go in person to figure this out. I asked for address and she said “well you got a sticker no? You don’t know how to read” very very unprofessional!!! Worse experience ever!!!!firts let's start with little girl that answers the phone worse Customer service experience in my life. You called to get your questions answered, and with a rude attitude, she hung on you. Supposedly, there was no one higher than her as far as supervisor. If I can give a zero start, I would one definitely give one. Their towing driver is a scam artist he took my car and then later asked me for money cash!!! With no receipt to give me back my truck. Worse experience ever!!!!!!!
If there was an option to give them 0 stars, this would definitely be it! Many issues with this company. For starters, drivers do not follow laws. Cars towed after hours that are not specified. Driver is extremely rude, disrespectful, to the point that I felt harassed. Management does not follow laws either. Terrible company, not working appropriately and should be investigated.
Car was towed from apartment complex (without notice). Go to get my car and notice all the spare change in my door was gone, a long with other spare change in center console. Then I asked about it and you could tell they were guilty. Looks like they used a slim Jim to break into my vehicle for some spare change, a couple of used razors (???) must be pretty hard up. Good luck dealing with these people. Very unprofessional.
The ladies inside I think are helpful and nice I am not going to lie. I think the issue I had was with the wait time for a tow to arrive. I'm sure they think this is a skate job and therefor take their time with pick ups. I called to have a car parked in a restricted area and the driver took 2 hours to arrive
I get it there must be a lot of cars to pick up, but at a certain point 2 hours of waiting is quite a long time if you're waiting for a sedan to be picked up. Thank you El Paso Tow the best service in town!

My car was moved out of their lot w/a forklift and scratched in the process(shown in photo). My car was sent here, I just wanted to pick up. Got a quote over the phone, then it changed once I got there (went up). I asked why and was given a seemingly bogus answer. I didn’t really have a choice and didn’t want to fight it because they still had my car lol. So I just paid—guy was rude and took forever. Anyways, this place already has 2 stars but if you’re looking there are many better towing places in EP.

Update the tow truck guy came back and was trying to tell us to come back in the morning and that we were “trespassing”. His coworker came in finally to help us. They had the car for an hour and it cost $179 to get it back
Bunch of liars. Towed my sister vehicle from a parking lot which had no “no parking” signs present. When we got to the location the employees were extremely rude and obnoxious. It was 1:00 am an my sister and I felt very unsafe and threatened by their behavior. The employee tried to negotiate the payment, aren’t there like a set pricing? Also what’s weird is that towing places are supposed to be open 24/7…. Very shady place.
So I’m active duty military and they took my Ford F-150 (which I was still making payments on) from a parking lot while I was overseas and then when I come back to the United States I’m told that it was towed and sold in an auction. Terrible people they didn’t notify the dealership either that they sold their vehicle
My box truck died in the middle of a packed event in downtown. I needed my truck towed before 6PM, and called at 5:30 and told them about my very stressful situation. They were very polite, quoted me accurately, gave me a time frame, and within 20 minutes they got to my truck. I cannot say this enough, their team made a very stressful situation a breeze. When you need your vehicle towed, this is the company to go with. Great customer service, extremely timely.
