My truck is lifted with aftermarket rims that cost over 5k. They are the most uncareful and uncaring for your belongings. They forced my truck on the tow truck while i wasnt there and scratched up my rims. On top of that he never took or or called back to let me know he didnt take it. I got charged either way. Called company and they didnt even seem to care. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BELONGINGS AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE

God forbid they ever damage anything to your vehicle, you will be ghosted and left to pay out of pocket to repair everything and will have to wait for your insurance to go after them to get your money back.No corporate number to contact anyone as all their listed numbers are dispatch only numbers, they only have a claim form on their web site which they do not answer back on. Extremely unprofessional, under trained drivers that have killed people because of their negligence. AVOID! this company even if they're are contracted by your insurance it wont matter if they damage something, you will have a nightmare ahead of you, it's better to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed then to risk this company damaging your vehicle. The roadside service I received was Above what I expected. The gentleman helping me was Uriel Hernandez. He made sure to keep in contact with me while providing updates. His service was quick, efficient and very professional. I was needing help at 2am, and Mr. Hernandez at Pantusa Towing & Recovery made me feel safe, comfortable and provided Stellar reliable service.
Charles was great and even tried to help me trouble shoot some stuff. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend anyone in need of a tow! Wait wasn’t long and vehicle was delivered to mechanic very shortly after and Charles was nice enough to send some confirmation photos without me even asking. Two Thumbs Up!
My truck completely died, I work for Hogan Transportaion and was fully loaded and broke down on side of the road, full sleeper and 53’ trailer. PANTUSA sent Eddie out to tow me and this man is AWESOME, he worked quickly and safely and had me off the road and to the location I was being towed to very quickly! If you call these guys up, Eddie is one of the best if not the best! Awesome tow truck driver and very nice guy. I can’t say enough good things about him. GREAT JOB EDDIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We broke down on loop 375 exit 41. We were scared and in the middle of fast crazy traffic. The Driver kept in constant communication with us, dropped off our vehicle safely and even made sure no damages were made during the transport.
I just wanted to let everyone know that Oscar saved us today. He was very kind and professional. We were stranded at the checkpoint between Texas and New Mexico. He kept in constant touch with us and assured us we would be okay. He went as far as to escort us to a gas station. I feel he deserves some kind of recognition. Thank you

Charles was very knowledgeable and professional. He attempted to resolve the vehicle issue and he fully assessed the vehicle before he towed it. He also informed me of the damage from the previous tow truck last night. Overall great service and a very professional service.
The issue was the wait time for arrival, which took several hours. Additionally, the text messaging service for updates does not reflect reality. I was getting messages of the service being completed, when the tow truck had not even arrived yet. When I called, I was told estimated arrival times that never occurred.

Got stuck out in El Paso in my semi tractor trying to pull around in a dirt lot. Learned the hard way unfortunately. Fortunately Pantusa was local and responded within an hour or so. Professional, accurate eta , and followed up with updates. Eddie was very kind, professional, and got me out within minutes. Great company. Call them for a quote ! They will take care of you.
I made a reservation a day before and they were very helpful. Gave me a quote, didn't push on the phone and allowed me to make a choice. The next day, the tow truck driver (Marshall) was an absolute professional. After the car was taken to designated location, he explained thoroughly about what was being paid and what we were signing. Don't normally leave 5 stars, I would leave more if given the option.
Mr. Charles (Tow driver) arrived and he was awesome. I was overwhelmed and very scared. Cars, trucks, and 18 wheelers were zooming past me at speeds of more than 70 plus miles. I appreciate him so much for helping me to calm down. I will definitely will call this company again because Mr. Charles showed me excellent customer service. This company was great! Customer service was on point from the receptionist to the driver. I was assigned this company for roadside assistance and called to make sure they could get on base. The receptionist was respectful, knowledgeable and professional! She had all the answers and assured me my driver was on his way. The response time was exceptional and Jose, tow truck driver, was respectful, professional and careful when loading my truck. My truck was delivered to my house in a timely manner. Great company! Great customer service!
The service of this company was great. Marshall (my service guy) showed up quicker than I expected, he actually showed me how to read my tires (didn’t know anything about run flats), he was very careful with my car and presented all information to me professionally. He explained the company’s Covid 19 protocols with an was very apologetic as he showed sympathy for me having to stay and wait for my ride. That is the type of people I would love to have continued service with. Those that sympathize and have patience with their customers. I would for sure recommend their service to a friend. Especially with Marshall on the scene.
I loved the fact that the dispatcher was courteous and told me that his driver would call me within five minutes, he did. The driver said he would be at my location within 10 minutes, he was. The driver diagnosed my vehicle told me what was wrong. He triedgetti g me started first. Mike was extremely professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
