Very rude and unprofessional. They threatened to hurt me and to vandalize my property because of a miscommunication on their end. I would suggest going literally anywhere else the poor and shady service isn’t worth it.
They agreed on a rate and then tried to change it on me once the arrived pickerel over a 50.dollar difference. Shame on them for the shady practice back in my day a hand shake was sufficient for a deal to agreed on .
The tow truck operator was courteous professional and handled his business really great and promptly and the price was a little high but now a days everything we used to once pay a decent price for isn't that cheap anymore and I would recommend this towing company for all your towing needs
They took my car when it had a sticker to be parked in the location. Were extremely rude and unprofessional, yelled at me on phone when I asked for them to bring my vehicle back.

Literally the worse people ever. They were towing a car that was LEGALLY parked and we called them out for it and the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on lifting the car even tho the owner was right there and was forcing her to give 130 in CASH. Isn’t that sketchy enough? They’re terrible people. Stay away.

I am greatly thankful for 915 Towing & Recovery! My father and I have been on the road all day and had problems with the tire drum. Therefore we needed help to change the tire and God send his angels 915 “Towing & Recovery” they came to our rescue when we needed it the most, we are from out of state and they happened to be around us at the moment of our tragedy. They came in seconds, and got our truck back on 4 tires. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude to big boss and their team members. They are super nice with such great customer service! I highly recommend them.
