Highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Guy says there's no drivers available and when asked for any other recommendations, recommends to call a tow truck company. No, really? Thanks. Won't ever call yours again, that's for sure. I appreciate the advice!
they towed my car and i got no problem with that because i was parked in a wrong spot and didn’t know it but i call more than 30 times and they even try to answer. I got a nother person to call and they left him 27 min and never answer. Horrible service
Very good service, I had previously attempted to use other towing companies in the El Paso area but the dispatcher failed to show up. I was surprised how professional El Paso Tow Truck Company was. Jeremy was a really helpful agent and he was very understanding of my situation.
So the initial phone call was good. Quick to take my payment and info of course. Only to find out they dispatch to another company who apparently dispatched to another... 3 going on 4 hours and I'm still waiting on someone to tow my car... you better off using a post off of Facebook...
These people made me wait around 3 hours and didn’t seem to have a problem with it. Asked for a partial refund to cover the extra time it took compared to the representatives’ constant wrong estimates and all I got back was an automated email. I will NEVER use this service again and I hope no one else has the displeasure of overpaying with these people. Very dissatisfied and they didn’t even try to find some solution.
Customer service was excellent. Everything was explained in great detail. Promptly picked up my vehicle. I had previously made arrangements with Extreme towing and they never showed up and stopped answering my calls. Highly recommend El Paso Tow truck company.

Normally I'm not one to post a negative comment because I know mistakes are made but this was a big one. I was told I would have someone sent out to me in less than an hour and waited patiently just to have a no show or no call. They left my dad, 10 year old and 5 month old stranded at 11pm. Very disappointed
The driver never showed up, I had to wait there with 3 kids on a school night because supposedly they where on their way. Worse service ever. Plus the guy from the office n the driver sounded like the same guy.
This company recently towed 8 senor citizens cars from in front of a abandoned building next to the Village inn on Trawood, no signs except on the SIDE of building, Guess they need to take advantage of people on fixed incomes.
