Raymond was awesome he arrived and rigged up my pickup in the matter of 20 minutes from the receipt of the call. His expertise came in clutch with dealing with an oversized vehicle.
If I could give these place 0 starts I would immediately do it, took my car without being any signs, not just time several peoples cars, I prefer to know if our cars are getting towed then getting taken it away without us knowing
Called yesterday and today and never showed to remove a truck parked in a emergency red zone. When called the 2nd time they said we were next still never showed
I would leave 0 stars if I could; I was parked in a shop center parking lot and was gone for maybe 30 minutes at the coffee shop directly in front of this parking spot and saw him tow it so I ran out there and followed him directly back to his towing place and he charged me 180 dollars to get it back. He watched my card get declined as I am a college student and a single mom going to school 40 hours a week, as I cried he would only address my male cousin who was with me and not me even though it was my car. This was very unnecessary of him and it was purely for money as I didn’t even have proof the car was mine.
The man that towes cars is very rude and unprofessional. This company steals money from it's tows and is not 100% legit. Don't park your vehicles at mesa near Cincinnati and never park your vehicles on Mesa and paisano at the walgreens parking lot and go shop somewhere else because Walgreens has parking cameras and they will call Extreme Towing to get your vehicle towed. Park on the parking lot next to walgreens instead. Rather pay $5.00 all day than $150-$200 or $250 at their office on Texas close to walnut street. They take cash or cash app only. Bad business to do with and will not support walgreens on mesa and paisano since they have ties with this company.
Extremely unprofessional. Got towed from a lot where I was a customer. The man watched me park and then towed my car while I was in the business. Went there and they refused to take my insurance and kept asking for a title. Had to find the government site to prove that my insurance and license should be enough, all the while you’re in a locked gate. Honestly think I will avoid that whole Mesa/Kern area because of this business, not worth supporting any business that works with them. Very rude and abrasive staff who use false and sketchy practices.
I believe if you make a mistake you shouldn't make the person pay for it. My vehicle got towed from my driveway and even though I took the paperwork saying I can pick up my vehicle they still charging me even though I was told my car wasn't there and then told that my Vin didn't match my cars and I looked everywhere else just to be told that my car is there and half the time I spent looking for it was cuz they said it wasn't there I don't understand why they did this. Does anyone know who else I can contact about this. Cuz I think it's unfair that I have to pay more than double the amount if yall would've gave me the right info to begin with. If you’re parked at a business on Mesa, watch out, this company is constantly looking for cars to tow. They take cash or cash app only. They’re quick to tow cars to their lot. Not good for anything else. Then you have to go to their rundown/shady lot. Get let in with the gate locked behind you to get your vehicle back.
ZERO STARS! GEICO set up a tow at 11:28am. Said someone would call when on their way, an hour before. 11 am, no call, 11:30, no call. I called, 2 seperate numbers and no one answered. GEICO called, no one answered. Don't call this company.
Predator towing service. We were parked at a business that had gone out of business next to Papa John’s on N Mesa. Went to a different restaurant next door for 45 minutes maybe not even that long. Car taken by this company.
Professional crooks! Sat in parking lot waiting to see me park just to tow me! Attendant assured me she was in her legal right to shoot me on the premises if she felt threaten and that unprovoked. Cash or Venmo only way to pay? Venmo was more expensive to pay! Crooks!!!
I should have paid attention to the reviews before calling. I only called because their number was on a sign so I figure ok they're assigned to the area they should come by within a reasonable set of time. The businesses in the area let me know they come by pretty quick to tow cars that are not doing business in the area but they had yet to show 2 hours later. They quoted me 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. After an hour and a half later I called back and they were "still on the way." After over 2 hours it was just too long for everyone. This was in the early afternoon in the middle of the week. Not even a weekend or late night. Finally we gave up and tried something else. Tried to call back to cancel the tow and no answer. Oh well saved myself the money. I now know to go elsewhere if I need another tow and I hope whoever reads this does too.
After my car was towed after I had rightfully paid for my parking space, I had to lose several days of work. Not to mention, the mental stress of not being to find my car due to them not reporting they had towed it to the city. Worst experience of my life, completely ruined my three-year-old birthday party
Terrible service. My elderly mother-in-law's car broke down in triple digit heat downtown. I was unable to start the car so I called them because they were the closest service. The person who I am assuming was the dispatcher answered and told me the closest tow was "an hour" away, because they were busy. I understood, agreed and waited...funny cause the dispatcher, didn't ask for my contact information, that should have been a clue. After the hour past, I called back and no one answered. I attempted this for another 10-15 minutes without success. I then got a call from the tow-truck driver who told me he was "20 minutes away" and apologized for the delay due to PD calls . I confirmed my location and waited. 20 minutes past by, you guessed it! no tow truck. I called the driver back, he then proceeds to tell me, he had been re-assigned to another PD call and that "someone" should have called to let me know. No one did. After repeated unanswered calls to the listed number, I called the driver back and asked for him to call dispatch for me to find out when my next tow was.
To his credit, the driver of that tow called back and gave me a number to the "new" driver. I thanked him (not sure why) and attempted to call the "new" driver. To my luck that "new" person did not answer. After a few more attempts, the "new" driver answers and has no idea who I am or the situation I'm in. I explained to him everything and he tells me I have the WRONG guy because he doesn't even work for Extreme Towing!!! I ended up calling ANOTHER company, and had to wait an additional hour and a half! The whole ordeal was 5 hours long! These guys, couldn't answer my phone calls, return my calls, give me updates, and overall fell short of any real help. Thanks for nothing Extreme Towing. I wish I could give you 0 stars, it was that bad, I had to rant about it here and hopefully save other poor, unfortunate, stuck souls. Save your explanations or apologies...all you only care about are PD impounds and the money they make you.
I've called and ask for pick up a vehicle and they said it would take an hour or two to get there. They never came and when I've called they said that the driver would contact me and I've waited for an hour and nothing, I've ended up calling a different towing company. Bad service do not recommend
Called in around 7pm for a flat bed tow... I asked for price... around 80 bucks which I think was pretty reasonable... Robert showed up within about 20 minutes just like dispatcher said... he verified our towing request and the price I was given on the phone... he did a great job ensuring not to damage the car... Nice guy!
I was involved in an accident they took my car from one block to the next and these people charged me $155 . What a rip off!! The worst part is that I didnt even call them. According to them they have a contract with EPPD an they get called. However they arrived way before EPPD showed up
I came to pick up my car that was tow from the school parking lot been I am a student and I have a permit. I got here at 10am and they said they were close for lunch. However that some will get her in 30min more than a hour passed and no one show up. I called again and again they said they are out for lunch and to give them 30min. Very unprofessional.
Allstate contracted to send these people. They kept telling us to stay with the vehicle and they would be there in 40 minutes they did that 3 times then said 20 minutes. The dispatcher told me he was only a couple of blocks away. After 5 hours! the dispatcher cancelled the order. Never do business with this company!
Do not trust this company! The ETA was 1 hour, they showed up after 3 hours! The dispatcher kept lying until eventually she told me that she could not contact the driver. The driver then called me and told me he got sidetracked and when I told him that it was unacceptable that they kept lying about the ETA he rudely asked if I was going to want the tow or not. When he finally showed up I had already called another company.
Literally would give zero stars! Chevy booked them to come Saturday at 6 pm, never showed up. I called multiple times and they would say they would be there in a few minutes. I cancelled at 8:30 pm. Then Today, Monday, they were supposed to be at my house at 6:30 am, at 6:45 they were not there so I cancelled. I had AD Towing come grab my car, they were there in 15 minutes. Now at 9:20 am, Extreme calls asking if we were at the car. Obviously they don’t communicate. Literally the worst towing experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your time and just call AD.
So here we are at 9:00pm. Called Verizon Road Side Assistance at 6:36 pm waiting for this freakin tow service to get here and help tow my father in Law's vehicle. It's been 2 hours. WE keep calling this tow truck guy and he keeps making excuses on why he's taking so long. First it was oh were on the east side, give us 20 minutes, then we called again give me 15 minutes, call again give me 30 minutes, called AGAIN oh there's an accident in the free way, called again he said oh I'm right here!----20 minutes later..... Still waiting. We had time to go buy burger King, walk to food king to buy throat lozengers. We sat in the car and talked about life. And he's still not here. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never allow this company to come tow our vehicle ever again. Save yourself some stress and JUST DON'T. BELIEVE ME.
I should have checked the reviews before calling them. I would have saved so much time. I helped an elderly lady 90 years old with her car that broke down in the middle of the road, I called this place, they told me would be there in 30 so about 50 minutes later I called them to ask them how much longer it would take since the lady has been standing out for all this time and the receptionist told me it would take about an hour more. I understand things happen, but she could have at least called me to let me know. She had my contact information. Are they that money hungry that they will rather have an elderly lady wait 2 hours for them than to call back and tell the customer that they are going to be 1 1/2 late so they can call someone else? Horrible customer service. Oh but call them to tow a vehicle that is not supposed to be parked somewhere and they rush so they won't lose the sale.
I pretty much knew I wasn't supposed to be parked where I was parked. Besides the price being hefty for my truck getting picked up, there wasn't any damage done to it. Be mature about your mistake, realize everyone's gotta a job to do and bills to pay, and no damage done to your vehicle. No complaints other than price for the tow fee and holding.
Their driver DID NOT EVEN TRY to tow my car because they were afraid to damage the vehicle due to the fact that my front bumper was very low. It was already loose anyway and I NEEDED to take my car home! I waited about FIVE freaking hours for ANOTHER towing company to get the job done and did it easily without any hesitation. Extreme towing does not know they’re doing and apparently don’t want to get the job done. I highly recommend getting another towing company before contacting Extreme towing.

Received a message from my insurance company saying Extreme would be there in 45 minutes. After an hour I called them at which time the woman answering the phone told me the driver would be there in 20
I've waited an 1 now. Understandable. Things happen
I called 30 minutes later (10 after the new ETA) having not been towed at which time the woman who answered the phone told me 15 minutes
No one calling me to keep me up to date. After my traffic accident. When I just kinda wanted to, you know, go home
So I called again after THOSE 15 at which point the woman answering the phone finally called the driver who called me back
After I'd been waiting just over 1 hour and 40 minutes the driver finally calls me
And tells me
"15 more minutes"
At this point I cancelled with the driver and was on the phone with my insurance company asking them to send another tow when I received a call from Extreme confirming the cancellation
At no point during that conversation was any explanation offered, only that "the driver is back at the office and said you cancelled." Yes I did. "OK thank you."
NO one reached out during the time they had been scheduled to the time I cancelled. I didn't receive ANY notification from anyone regarding the ETA until *I* called, what 3 times? 4?
I guess maybe they don't understand what it's like to wanna be home after a crash? Cuz if they did I think they could've called and told me to work with someone else. Or just not taken the dispatch. And I would have written Extreme a great review just for that!

I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason. I'm even talking to any companies out there who may read this while considering a partnership with Extreme
I'm gonna be putting in a complaint with my insurance agency and the third party dispatch service my insurance company uses
I understand we're in the age of the internet where everyone whines and complains over everything, but if you're reading this review, please take it to heart. This is one of the worst local companies I've EVER worked with
Learn how to operate. If you can't take a dispatch then don't accept it. If you can't show up on time then let your customers know. It boggles my mind how a company with this many negative reviews is still operating
Waited for 90 minutes after getting the confirmation. Got a call from the dispatch saying the tow truck was getting cleared to come onto Ft Bliss. 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he is on base and should be at my location in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call him to ask where he is and he says he is 2 minutes away. 45 minutes later I call the driver back and he does not answer....twice. I call the dispatch, they are closed for the night. So I call USAA where all this started to get a different towing company. They were supposed to arrive at 9:48 pm and it the next morning now. The worst. Never even called back telling me they can't make it. Pretty sure the driver just gave up and went home.
Called these jerks at about 1 in the morning because I got a flat, they told me the initial charge would be 95 and I later found out I didn't have 95 so I offered to negotiate and give them 80, they said it was fine but needed approval from the main boss, after a while they said they would call me back but never did. My friend was with me and called them and they answered right away. They are ride, dishonest and unreliable. Resort to these guys as the last place. THEY SUCK
