Do not recommend this guy for any mechanic shop. Bad attitude towards my staff don’t even bother working on his stuff. He’ll bring in the cheapest parts and ask you to install them and when you tell him no warranty (because what shop would warranty a set of injectors that a customer brought in) he throws a fit. I told him weeks ago I didn’t want to work on his vehicles because of his attitude but then he begged me to do it. Tells me that he’s probably running out of shops to go get his trucks serviced. I spoke with another shop and when they said they didn’t have time for him he got angry with them. This guy must be really fun at parties…. Oh wait he probably doesn’t even get invited to parties 😂.

I called cause I needed help with my car battery I was thankful enough to pay a minimum of $97 it may seem a lot but they replaced it fast and efficient. Always make sure you have Insurance on your car your car insurance company will reimburse you for getting emergency roadside assistance make sure you always have your receipt they give you to get your money back.

Would not tow my car because I did not have title. I do not have a title to a car I am making payments on. I showed driver registration, along with my ID that had matching name. I was also towing my car to the dealership. I had a spare key without key fob to the car and remote start key to car. Never during the initial call was I asked to have title ready.

The owner Jesus is a complete man child. He acts like it’s the end of the world that he has to work. He damaged my vehicle right in front of me and then denied it and when I asked him for his insurance information he literally just put my vehicle back on the ground and said he can’t tow it and then still asked for payment and refused to give me his insurance information! If you value your vehicle don’t call this guy. I would rather push my truck up trans mountain then have this guy touch any vehicle I own.

Guys a clown. He will sit there and talk smack about you in Spanish to his dad or whoever the old guy is he’s always hanging out with. Guess what buddy I heard everything you said and understood every word. They complain that they have to work for a living. Jesus has a terrible attitude and I’m sure he’s always high. He’s also been banned from a few mechanic shops in this town so you might have to find someone else to tow your vehicle to the shop if your choice cause he might not be allowed there. Jesus sits there and talks like he’s a “man” but he acts like a child.

These people were so helpful, I was recently driving my motorcycle for a weekend stay in EP and my motorcycle stalled out and jose or jesus, i forget the guys name but they helped me out to get it to a shop within the hour and towed it with care. They were careful loading my bike in the wrecker, so I'm glad they hooked me up with a ride. 👌🏽🙏🏽.

I've used this company for years for personal and for my mechanic shop for any tows I needed never had a problem till today driver who showed up said he couldn't tow because the van was at an incline and it was gonna be difficult to hook up my father offered to push it to the street and driver replied to not tell him how to do his job and starting getting rude and eventually left very unprofessional

Thank GOODNESS for these people. I waited all day for a company to get my car out of the impound, many of the places I called didn’t have the license to get it out or just left me hanging for hours. WHEN I CALLED GARCIA WRECKER SERCIVE IT TOOK ONLY 40 minutes to get me situated and my car out of the pound. A driver named Armando helped out and gave me a ride to where I needed. I called Garcia Wrecker to schedule a tow,The person that answerd the phone was very friendly and helpful .He gave me an estimated time of arrival of 15 minutes .I think they arrived in about 12 minutes . The driver Jesus,was courteous ,professional ,and clean. He delivered my car to the shop in no time .He even assisted the service department in the shop .While no one ever wants to call a tow services,I will definitely call Garcia Wrecker again if needed.😊😊😊😘

Amazing experience! Garcia wreckers were professional courtesy and FAST!! I called some Dominguez towing company said they would be there in 40 min 2 hours nothing no call no show. Garcia said they would show up in 30 got there in 20!! Great cheap pricing like really great laid back and polite. They will be the first people i called no doubt about it.

Jesus showed up for the pickup. I explained to him any extra cost wasn't a problem for me and I would pay him. He proceeded to complain about everything as if he didn't want the work. When I told him I wasn't concerned about the extra work because I was going to pay what he asked, he started getting angry and complaining about everything. Does he not realize that not everyone works in the towing business? He even tried blaming the argument on me because of my "attitude" and proceeded to tell me my charge would have been different if I didn't have an attitude. What kind of business is that? I read some similar reviews where the person said they acted the same way. Even the drop off of the vehicle was difficult, and I know he tried everything he could to make it harder. Long story short I paid 150$ to move about 6-8 miles if not less, dealt with a guy named Jesus who said he was the owner of the company, and had the longest most difficult towing process I've ever been through. I'm interested to see if he responds to this comment and tough talk me like he has the rest of his bad reviews. Also during all of this, he had a man in the complex walk up to him and try to get some information about the towing company and how it works, after Jesus was so rude to the man, he gave Jesus his business card back and told him to save the business card and walked off. Just call someone who wants your business. Trust me

This has got to be the best wrecker service in El Paso! He was very prompt and the price was so reasonable! I would recommend this company over and over again! Do not call anyone else!
