I was informed that my car battery was reading low and was recommended O'Reilly's to get it tested. I went to the store on 42nd St. and was attended by Toby. He was very professional/friendly and did a great job. I will make it a point to return to the store for our future auto products.
I quit going there because the people there are not friendly. When a person walks in, say hello. Don't just stare at them. I went the other night, still the same. I just went to Autozone and got some friendly service.
They're supposed to be two people working one of them sits in the back I walk in and have to wait because people are being lazy and not wanting to work. You guys keep letting me down.
