Talked to someone Friday morning g looking for parts for my Mercedes. This female let me know that 2 out of the 4 parts would be there that afternoon by 2pm, the rest would come in by Tuesday. Went in and called to pick up what parts were there and nothing was found. Not even the parts that were supposed to be there on Tuesday were ordered. Was very disappointed with that store. O'reilly's has always been my go to parts store. Lost me as a loyal customer.
I was stuck in the parking lot with a dead battery. I work in the shopping strip right by them. Carlos went over and beyond to find me a battery and helped me so much in my time of need. Thank you!!! A+ service.
I buy from AutoZone because O'Reilly wouldn't scan my car to see what the problem is AutoZone scan our car told what was wrong for free. We bought the part from AutoZone. They have all my busy.
