Did an on line order for same day pick up for inner and outer wheel bearings seal in races, break pads and rotor hub assembly. For a 93 gm 2500 Around 1:20 pm showed up around 3 to get a rough estimate on how long it would be before they pulled the parts cuz my truck was sitting on the side of the road they guy there was rude as hell never using auto zone again if I could ide delete my account from the system I've had nothing but rude experiences with all auto zones in odessa

I recently visited the AutoZone on North County Road, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience! My car wouldn't start yesterday, and I was a little stressed, but I knew AutoZone would be able to help. Klarissa L, the manager, and Arturo were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They quickly checked my vehicle, tested the battery, and determined it needed to be replaced. They efficiently swapped out the battery for me, and I was back on the road in no time. They also took the time to explain things about my car that I didn't know, which was a huge help. I was also impressed to see Klarissa training her employees. It's clear they have a great manager who is invested in their team's growth. Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Asked to get my windshield wipers and the guy was was irrelevant. Before going outside to get my vin # he assumed I needed help putting them on and I didn’t even ask for it. Told me he couldn’t help me put them on boss. Unprofessional. I get the vin # turns me over to another associate which is fine, a bit better service but to top it off the sold me the wrong windshield wipers. They didn’t work out.

Don't not recommend you go here. They advertise free battery charging but do not in fact charge your battery for you. They also say they do not have jumper cables for you to use if you get stuck there. They will not help, terrible customer service the guy was more concerned with going to lunch then offering assistance. If you are not already an expert in cars then you are better off going to Advance Auto Parts.

I went on lunch break and my car was dead as a door nail. I has to have my boss jump my battery off. Drove to autozone bought a battery and they had it installed before my lunch was over. Wasn't even late going back to work

I like the service. The salesperson was every knowledgeable and gave options. Also let me know on the phone they would match any price from another parts store.

This store is close by so I frequently go for random parts I need. The store is almost always understaffed, the layout isn't user friendly, specifically the "check out maze" that's completely unnecessary and blocks movement through the store. Anything the store specific website says is in stock is 50% not in stock, and generally the store feels grimy. But, they sometimes have what I need and location dictates it as my first go to.

I ran in for my driver and was able to grab exactly what he asked for without a problem thanks to the employee on the floor. He directed me to the exact spot I needed to be and I was back out to my driver/roommate with his request and change within minutes. They have fast drying gasket maker!

Very much dissatisfied with customer service. At 12:40 pm 10/30/20 I went in and was the only customer in the store. Stood at counter waiting but no one to assist me. I could hear giggle and laughter behind the parts wall. I knocked on counter twice but no one came out. After awhile a female and a male employee came out asking what I needed in a very harsh way. For sure that is not my store next time.

Today is 10-21-20 , yesterday 10-20-20 I entered this autozone on 420 n County rd at 9:50--10:00 I apologize for not getting this young lady name i was so much in a hurry . I want to prays her . Great customer service. I have never walked into an auto parts store that help and went way out and beyond to fix my problems. Until yesterday. I will never again go into this Autozone again. I went in and Thursday bought and ordered a piece for my car. It was suppose to be in that Saturday, so I called Saturday to see if it came in. At first they couldn't find my order by looking up my name, phone #, or even the order number. After awhile of searching they came back on the phone and said they finally found it but it didn't come in and that it was gonna come in on Tuesday. Then I called back on Tuesday and once again they couldn't find my order on the phone and the guy told me that I had to bring my receipt in and they could find it. So I brought it in and after Walton around the store 20 mins for them to so-call late it, the manager finally came and told me that they don't have it and that he "called the warehouse" to see what happen. He told me that they don't have it and that someone else got the piece and that there is nothing here could do but give me my refund. They showed to concern what so ever. So I will never recommend this place to no one go somewhere else. Im had to rate wit atleast 1 star but this business doesn't deserve that.

An employee went out of his way to help me when my battery was dead and I was stuck there. He even used his personal truck to get me out of there quickly. They were so helpful to me and I so appreciate all they did for me! My favorite Autozone in town!

The manager here was not only rude to several customers but rude to us as well. Went for a swap on a bad caliper I just purchased yesterday. From what I could tell he went into the system a treated it as a return and pulled it from my list of parts in there system. He then acted as though it was someone else's fault for his mistake. I have been and more than likely will always be a customer of Autozone but I will not return to that store. This man (JM) should not continue to be in customer service without proper training.

We were in line for 10mins waiting for our turn and when it WAS our turn that lady left to the other side and asked a GUY how she could help him. Then when we went and asked if the line was on this side she completely ignored us.

I called to ask if they had a part for my car in store because I saw it online. The man who answered was very rude and made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about when he couldn’t find the part I was looking for when I was staring at it on my computer screen. He had no respect and instantly assumed I had no knowledge about my vehicle and the part I needed because I’m a woman. I don’t know who peed in his cherrios this morning but it wasn’t me!

Horrible customer service. Called and told them another location was sending me there to pick up snap rings that the other store had failed to include with my U-joint. Spoke to an employee who stated they have two in stock and he said that was ok and was putting one aside under my name and phone number. Sent my friend to pick it up, as my truck was torn apart to replace the U-joint, and suddenly no one has a clue what I’m talking about. They have none in stock and no one there spoke on the phone to me, even though I sent them a picture of the call log with their phone number. Wouldn’t even give me snap rings that fit. This is my one day off and I don’t want to spend it dealing with your unorganized, horrible customer service. I know no one out here cares about a customer but these guys really stood out as not having a care in the world.

I was given the wrong parts 3 times. Although, the staff did a excellent job of returning them no hassle. They tried their best to find me the proper parts. They were very friendly. They went the extra mile to try and find me what I needed.

Stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes watching an employee pack a box finally walked over to the counter and asked her if there's anyone else work yes there on break she kept doing what she was doing after a few more minutes I just left with the O'Reilly's auto-parts

This is the second time I go for battery issues and am told I have to take the battery out myself and take it inside. I was left outside with a dead battery and no tools because they couldn't help me or didn't care to. I've been to another chain and the employees go out of their way to help me including taking out the battery themselves to exchange it because it's a bad battery. Same issue today except he said I had to do it myself.
