Neal Pool Rekers is a tradition in Odessa, TX. We have been family owned and operated since 1963, providing four generations of towing. Nathan from Neal pool helped us out this morning after my daughter was involved in a wreck. He was a professional and imformative. He quickly got her truck back home without any further damage.
They are good at what they do, which is TOWING. However, please consider being nicer to people coming into the office. Don’t you think we had a BAD day already ? The TWO people at the front desk, morning shift AND night shift, were EXTREMELY rude, they literally threw the papers at us. I really think their issue was that, we spoke spanish and english. Honestly, I almost felt they were being just plain RACIST with us, they even have a sign at the window where they say “THEY DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH”. And I mean, I get it if they don’t feel like dealing with spanish if they don’t want to, but I don’t see the problem if I’m translating for someone else. This is just a friendly advice that if you go in, be aware of the racist people attending you.
