My insurance sent them out to my house. He showed up faster than was estimated, got my car jumped off in about a minute, and gave me good advice regarding a battery. I greatly appreciated the help and the wisdom. Was kind and helpful to me.
I would definitely give this towing company a 10 they helped me out of a sticky situation today while being stuck in the middle of the road. Probably the fastest towing response I’ve had in a long long time but I guess all these ppl giving it a 1 star was stuck at the wrong place at the wrong time.
My insurance sent them out and when he showed up like 2 1/2 hrs later he didn’t even try to put my car on the truck bc he said it was too low but another company came right out and drove the car right up on their truck and it was the same kind of tow truck. Sounds like they just didn’t want to mess with it but I was left for 3 hrs on the side of the road for them to do nothing to help.
1 star, because I cannot give them a ZERO. Contracted through Progressive Insurance. I called a couple times. They said they were short handed. Called back and was promised 12 minutes. An hour later we cancelled the service. ICON stopped answering my calls.

Terrible experience with this business, roadside assistance from Texas Farm Bureau, the tow truck driver had a huge pit bull in the truck with him he could not control the dog the dog kept jumping all over me scratching me and spilt my drink on me, the owner of the dog had a hard time controlling the dog himself, the tow was a mile away and the worst experience ever!!! Unprofessional to say the least! The tow truck driver just made snarky uncalled for comments about me not wanting the dog all over me I was afraid we would wreck because he struggled to keep the dog in check the entire ride!
Recently, needed towing and GEICO recommend them. I was in need of emergency road assistance on a Sunday, and they were available and showed up. It was a challenge for me providing accurate location information, but the tow drive was patient and understandable. He picked up and towed me to Odessa Tx in good order. Hats off to ICON towing for being there when needed. To the driver thanks again for my location issues.
I lost my son in a wreck on the 26th of September. Icon picked up my sons car. I was not allowed to get his belongings for a month. We took pictures than when I went to get his things the wrecker had stolen his crocs that my son was wearing when he died his wallet I’m sure he had money in it and his phone. They deny it but I have pictures of his shoes laying on the floor. It’s like losing my son all over again. Icon does not respect anyone not even the dead. How can anyone have a heart like that to steal my sons belongings. The man suddenly found his driver’s license without the wallet????? My son was on his phone when he died. He was getting long music his phone was on the floor passenger side. Yet the Iraqi said no one took anything. How many times do these kind of people lie????They are known for thieves and liars. Just listen to their phone scans. DPS USED THEM TO HAUL MY SONS CAR. The curled is showing my sons shoes before they stole them
WORST!!! WORST!!! Don’t even deserve a star!!! Requested a roadside on State Farm app and the ICON guy called me and told me that gonna be 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, I called them back and he said he is still figuring out where I am at and told me that he said he would be here 30 minutes on our first call. Dude, it’s been 50 minutes and you still trying to figure it out where I am and didn’t call me at all. Don’t ever waste your time on them.
Onstar called them. He was the most disrespectful had to understand rudest boy on earth. I reported it to Onstar and will never use this company to tow my vehicle doesn't even deserve a star!!!!

Icon was extremely professional and prompt with their towing service. Their driver William was so friendly and gave me an ETA immediately arriving exactly at said time. He even let me know when my vehicle was dropped off at the dealership. I highly recommend Icon to anyone.
Such wonderful service. Estimated wait time was very accurate and great communication. I had left the keys with the repair shop not realizing that the tow driver would need them. He was kind enough to retrieve the keys after another call and then go get my MIL’s car and take it to the repair shop. Very thankful for such great service.
Locked myself out of my Tahoe, and through my Liberty Mutual App I contacted roadside assistance.
They dispatched Icon, and they arrive within 30 minutes.
The gentleman was professional, polite, and got the job done quick.
I highly recommend if you’re locked out of your vehicle.
This company is contracted with State Farm, so when I used the State Farm app to request a tow, this is who they dispatched. First they said 2 to 2 1/2 hours, then they updated the eta after 2 1/2 hours to another two hours. Nobody ever showed up. Would not recommend. In fact my agent recommended that I just find my own tow and bring a receipt to be reimbursed because she said they get so many complaints. Which is exactly what I did.
I had a horrible morning I had an accident on the ice and then had to go to Dialysis then when I came out I had a flat . I was stressed and hurting from the accident and called my insurance and an icon truck showed up. I was expecting rude because that what I had gotten before from OTHER companies. But what I got was Mr William, he was superb and polite, he went above and beyond to help me. He is a wonderful representative for your company. I thank him very much and please tell him that he made my day better than it started. Thank you

Unfortunately the tow company was not very good. They were rude, unprofessional, and not truthful in how they dealt with us. Constant feeling of being passed off from one person to another while being informed that truck was in route and 10 mins out. But when called 1hr later told same thing repeatedly. At one point the insurance company informed me that they said they tried calling me and could not reach me, not true because never recieved a call from them. Only to have them repeat they were 15 mins away. We were sitting by the entrance while saying that they could not locate us.
We are thankful we were in a safe environment because if we had been stranded else where things may not have fared well. Highly disappointed in their service would NEVER use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
Very unprofessional. We waited 3 hours in a dangerous area with promise after promise their driver was almost there. Very expensive for such poor quality of service. Places like this should not be in business. You should do your homework before dialing their number. You WILL be disappointed!
Wow, had to wait over an hour for a certain person to get their yard to get our vehicle after an accident. Then to find out they require an hour notice to handle that, but then after waiting, we are told they only accept cash for towing and storage fees! We asked for total including delivery to our location and then had to go to bank for cash and come back. Next day, they decided it was going to be an extra $225! Got a different story, different time, different procedure and different price each time we talked with them. Save yourself alot of headache and call Crash-Masters.
Worst towing company ever in Odessa. I waited 3 hours for the tow truck. It only had to travel travel 20 miles to my destination. They tried to blame the insurance that they got the incorrect directions. Seems like these guys need towing themselves.
The driver shows up tries to turn on the vehicle it doesn't start a(reason hefor the tow) tells me he can't tow the vehicle. That he is going to have dispatch call me back in a few hours to set up a different tow vehicle. I called the dispatch to speed up the process. The manager then proceeded to tell me that he didn't want my business and for me to call a different tow company because I was telling him how to do his job.
Absolutely awful! They claimed they didn’t know what time the roadside assistance company had set up our tow for so it was going to be after 12 instead of the 9:30 I had requested. Since I had errands to run, I couldn’t sit around and wait for them so I rescheduled for 3:30. I hurried through my errands and came back to be here when they showed up. We called at 3:45 only to be told the driver was still an hour away due to some other excuse. Then when he was supposed to be here, we were told he was still 25 minutes out. We needed them to get the car to the Nissan dealership so that we could get a loaner. Now we’re stuck without a car for even longer thanks to these horrible people and their terrible business. Their business practice is sketchy!
I called Progressive insurance and this company was assigned to come and help me fix my flat tire. I called them to check the status of them coming to my aid. I was told they couldn’t come because they had a vehicle disabled. Seams to me like they need a tow themselves.
I'd give them 5 stars if the dispatcher was just honest and not a $%*#. The driver was great. He went out of his way and honestly made the unreasonable wait more tolerable
Sam was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process after our truck was towed to their facility due to an accident while waiting for insurance/repair. Anytime I called to ask questions, he always answered. As for their place of business, it is enclosed with a high fence and security cameras so our truck was in good hands. Thank you Icon.
Absolutely incompetent. I waited nearly two hours for them to unlock my car just to have to call them for a status update where they inform me that they have to cancel the request because I own a Corvette and there is no door frame. Why couldn't they have informed me that they'd be unable to help me almost 2 hours ago when the request was submitted.
Snakes, be careful. While retrieving my car from my garage on their flatbed tow truck, the driver forgot to strap the rear tire therefore the vehicle rolled into the front partition of the flatbed, damaging my bumper and grill. I got a repair quote and sent it to the owner as they requested. A couple of days later an investigator from the road side assistance company called. He said Icon towing denied the incident. The strange thing is the investigated said he had both of my quotes. I told him I only secured one quote for repair. Come to find out, the second quote was significantly less than the quote I actually received. This told me that Icon towing tried to submit a quote on my behalf. My claim only got settled because I threatened to make a police report for damage to property and than go to Subaru Corporation and file a complaint against their contracted roadside assistance company. Again, word to the wise "these guys at Icon Towing in Odesaa, TX are snakes and if you use their services you will get bit". Good Luck
