Horrible…. Waited from 11:30pm to 12:30pm for a tow in 40 degree weather, when only .6 of a mile away… tow truck never arrived had to call different company.
John Paul is a hero! Not only was he able to get us out of a pretty unfortunate situation, he was incredibly professional and kind as well. This was my first experience having to be towed and it was very nerve wracking. However, this company has set the bar VERY high for how a tow job should be handled. 10/10 service.
Very friendly gentleman that got me out of a very bad situation. Very smart in his work and duties. I didn’t know how I was gonna get out of soft sand without frame hooks and without ripping the bumper off. He devised a solution and got me out safely without damaging my semi. Can’t thank him enough, I’d recommend this company to anyone in a bind.
