Hit a deer at night on 338 loop east and needed a tow, Best In The West responded super quick. Driver Dylan was awesome. Also their other other drivers and office personnel went out of their way the next day helping me find a body shop. This is how it’s done ya’ll, prompt, professional and friendly. Lost my set of keys and my car was stuck in the carport. No one wanted to help, simply said they couldn’t do it and didn’t try to bring anyone else out. By far one of the best and most professional people the Owner/Driver is a stand up guy he took care of my tow with no problem and the price is reasonable I will be using them in the future again if I ever need to hopefully I won’t anytime soon but if I do they will be the first one I’ll call….
Due to the heavy rains my husband’s car got stuck on a flooded street in Odessa. I called several towing companies, and out of all of them he was the only one that was able and willing to help. He showed up to his location quickly and was able to tow the car to our place. Definitely recommend!
My car was knee high deep underwater and shut off completely and within minutes after calling he showed up and pulled my car out of the water without any problems. Will definitely call him again if ever needed.
