So long story short I was getting my car towed from my exs house. There was a car behind it but Tristan (who did an amazing job btw) was able to get it out regardless . He was fast and made it look easy . Thanks to him and his quickness and patience I have my car back. I 100% recommend this towing company. I will definitely used them in the future

Registered my car at 9:23, while I was still sitting inside of it!! There was not a moment in which I was not in the car while it was unregistered, despite this my car was still towed for seemingly zero reason! I called the the guy was super kind and helpful which was appreciated but upon getting to the location the front desk employees seemed far more interested in their phones than greeting me or asking what I was there for, was rudely asked to give my liscense and upon inquiring on if they were going to unjustly try to make me pay for their idiotic mistake was met with even more attitude by the lady at the front. This towing services obviously suck and their business model is entirely exploitative and predatory and coupled with awful customer service I cannot believe this sad excuse for a business is still continually servicing denton apartments. They at the very least realized their incompetence and didn't charge me and got me on my way quickly but why did this even occur? I was never given a reason as to why I was towed or an apology at all, there is obviously a reason why these people are toiling away at 10 pm on a Sunday at a dead end tow truck service but you would expect at least some sort of communication skills or a vague sense of professionalism, but again probably asking a TON from someone whose life choices have culminated in working for a business who turns a profit by towing cars at random and hoping the Average college student will be enough of a pushover to pay their exorbitant fees, insane this is allowed to persist, owner should also work on a college degree or something as his reply's read like an angry 12 year old in an instagram comment section

This company sits at an apartment complex, works with the hoa to tow cars. my sons car was towed incorrectly due to the hoa system being down. I was charged $331.11 for the towing, when i picked up the car the oil drip pan was damaged and Kia repaired it for $600. I called On the Road and was told " not our problem because you did not notice the problem when you collected the car". Kia have told me the drip pan was absolutely damaged by the towing company
