My dead Acura TSX was successfully towed today by NTX Towing of Denton. I am very happy with the job that driver Scotty did in getting the car out of my garage and around a tight L-shaped driveway to the street. This guy has skills! Also, Scotty let me know when he was 15 minutes away and he arrived quicker than I thought. He was also knowledgeable (found a way to get my car into neutral gear), efficient, and patient. Thank you and I highly recommend this company and service it provides.
Not even worth one star but had to give to post review. My insurance company connected me to this company and they were awful. All I needed was a tow to my home and said they could not service the vehicle because I have an electric car…A car is a car. Lady also hung up on me when I have two small kids in the car and it is super hot outside. Horrible customer service. Do not use!!!!!!
My girlfriends car was wrongfully towed despite the fact she was parked in her designated parking. They hung up on me, twice and Maggie did not seem to budge at all from her narrative, claiming there was no parking sticker. When i asked to speak to management, she said there was no one in the office. They refused to bring back the vehicle , since we have no form of transportation. She raised her voice after the third phone call very aggressively and hung up on me for the second time. Very rude and unhelpful.
