We are on a road trip back home to Louisiana from Colorado when we had a tire blow out on our camper. Roadside assistance was no help but they dispatched this company who originally called and said they don’t change tires on campers. Well the guy Thomas showed up before he realized it was cancelled and still helped us change the tire and truly saved the day getting us back on the road home! Thank you so much!!

Terrible, ZERO stars more appropriate. As others have complained, Inman took the roadside assistance job to beat out other companies, and then after 75 minutes at the end of the window to show up and first sending many texts saying still on schedule for on time arrival CANCELS the job leaving me stranded on I95 in Florida. So, if your insurance company assigns you to Inman DO NOT ACCEPT THAT ASSIGNMENT AND DEMAND SOMEONE ELSE!

NEGATIVE STARS, SERVICE NEVER PROVIDED – Inman’s was contracted by my insurance to perform a battery jump in my home garage. Inman’s was unable to accommodate me on Thursday, so a Friday appointment was set for 9am-11am. A Friday 8am text reminder set service ETA of 121-151 minutes. A 1035am text asked if services had been rendered; I replied No. Quickly afterwards, another text set ETA at 20 minutes. Forty minutes (1120am) later I called Inman’s requesting a status update. They told me service had been cancelled by my insurance and I found out later they’d told my insurance I’d cancelled the service?!?! Two days and 7 hours of wait time and the battery is still dead. Recommend you avoid Inman’s Auto Rescue like the plague and encourage your insurance provider to do likewise!

My insurance has dispatched this company twice this month for RSA (battery issues). Both guys were extremely helpful & nice. Each time they arrived within the estimated time & got me back on the road. I was really surprised to see negative reviews, because each time I've had help from them, it's been great.

My day was ending and I was heading to me vehicle when I noticed that leaving the office was not an option. I had a flat! I got on the phone with my insurance company who dispatched INMAN'S AUTO RESCUE to assist me with this problem. My tech, Josef, arrived in a timely manner and was courteous throughout. I would definitely request them in the future if I find myself in the same predicament again! Thank you for doing an excellent job!

Wish I could give 0, they were dispatch to us for our roadside assistance from state farm, notes stated car was in a parking garage so, why did they send a big truck? Driver says they have to get another truck, but, why not use the cars jack, guess they can't use what's not their equipment and he was going to use his boom, so, why not cary a jack then? Oh and he had asked my wife for 125 dollars, for what? Just to show up? She told him no, state farm is paying, he says he'll call his dispatch. Wife calls him back no answer. The we get text saying sorry we cant assist at this time. Is it cause he was trying to scam my wife and she called him out? And my wife is a 1st responder at her work too! RIP off, if you need to call roadside assistance ask who they sending if it's these clowns and don't use them.

My insurance company dispatched Inman’s to jump start my battery. Chris communicated with me throughout his trip and was extremely kind and professional. I called Chris when my insurance suddenly cancelled the request and he stayed en route while having his dispatcher reopen the request so I wouldn’t have to start over with a new dispatch request. It turned out my battery wasn’t dead, there was just a loose wire. Chris tightened it up and got me back on the road. He did a great job and I’d feel at ease having him provide roadside assistance again in the future.

I am only giving you a one-star because when the technician arrived at my house he was prompt. But it come to diagnose in my car he said my battery was bad. So l took my battery to be tested and it was still a good battery. Come to find out that it was my alternator. Pretty sad when the technician doesn't even know what's wrong with your car, and still accepted money. Beware of using Inmans Auto Rescue.

We waited 3hrs for a technician that initially was said to be 26 minutes away. When we looked at the tracking they were sitting still for a long time and I was stuck locked out of my car in the cold. If your roadside assistance sends this company to you, be prepared to wait.

Great service! I had a flat and my insurance sent Thomas out with Inmans! I took an Uber from work and he beat me home and was ready to help right away. He got it done within 15 minutes!

It's unfortunate to see all of these negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite! I locked my keys in my car tonight and my insurance dispatched Michael from Inman's Auto Rescue. The initial wait time was 89-119 minutes and then about 5 minutes later, I get a message saying that the ETA has been revised to 10 minutes!! Then I get a call from Michael saying he's close, and moments later, he arrived!! He was so nice, helpful, and got my car unlocked in about 2 minutes. The entire process was so quick, smooth, and very efficient!! The customer service was also top tier. They took every bit of stress out of what could've been a very chaotic situation. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

Had an issue with my rental car and they contacted ARS for roadside assistance. ARS provided an ETA of 44 minutes. 30 minutes later they just cancelled over text without any explanation or alternatives.

DANGER. STAY AWAY. I wish there was a zero star option. Called Progressive for a flat tire and a guy from Inman rescue came out and installed my spare tire. As soon as I started driving .. the lug nuts fell off and the wheel came off. I was unhurt fortunately. It completely damaged my spare tire and the threads on the wheel hub. When I called them they said their job is done and they take no responsibility.

Got connected to them from my insurance, got a 1-1.5 hour wait time, then after more than a half hour they cancel my service because “they don’t have the tools”. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY TIRE CHANGED. DO NOT GO TO THEM. IM NOW STRANDED WAITING FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I recently had a dead battery and requested help through Lyft and this is the company that was assigned to me. On the gps it said they had arrived and I was out of my car the whole time so they would be able to see me when they arrived and they never came! There is no way to get in contact with these people and I called the company myself and they don’t even know what kind of car the people they send out drive! Terrible company

USAA sent out a roadside service person from Inman’s. The service was great. Contact was made quickly. Jimmy the road tech had the tire changed and had me on my way in 12-15 minutes. I was very impressed.

Complete trash of a company. We had a battery die on a vehicle and called our insurance to send someone out. They chose this company and we were given ETA of 90 minutes. Seems long but maybe there is a lot of calls, right? Well, over two hours later, nobody came so we started calling them and our insurance. We keep getting the runaround and told 25 minutes over and over. It has now been over 5 hours with this same response. Their tech, Lyndon, is also not responding to dispatch. Nobody is going to show and they are just lying to people. They will eventually get some people killed by continuing to lie about doing their jobs while it’s peak summer heat. If you are assigned this company, cancel ASAP.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a flat tire on the side of the interstate with my children in the car. Waited in the car for over an hour then watched them drive by me. They didn't even stop. Then called to tell me I was in a dangerous spot and they could not help me!!! Left us stranded! We had to call MO Highway Patrol to help.

If this company is assigned to you by your insurance simply cancel the request. I have not seen anyone who can lie as many times and easy as their technician. Really have no words to describe these creatures.

My son waited for 2 hours for them. Sent them a ping multiple times. I called progressive a few times. They called these people as well and the field rep still could not find my son. Whenthe guy fonally got there. He put gas in the car. Dint tellmy son how much he put in. Didnt give hime a receipt and when my son asked how many gallons and for a receipt. The guy said he didnt understand English! You need to have ENLGISH speaking/understanding reps and people who go out in the field thats why you have 1 star now and im on the phone with progressive telling them the horrible experience with you!!! Cause y'all SUUUUUUCK!!!!

I'm incredulous that this is an actual business. I blew out a tire and this company was dispatched through Progressive Roadside. I informed progressive that I couldn't find my lug nut key, and they told me they'd pass the note along to the "professional." I was told they would be there in 18 minutes. Ten minutes later, I was told it was going to be 16 minutes. Ten minutes after that it was still going to be 16 minutes. Eventually what pulled up was a random unmarked sedan, who told me she had no idea that I needed a lug nut key. Perhaps progressive didn't pass the message along. She left to go to a hardware store, then came back with a hammer. She then hammered the decorative end piece on my wheel, shattering it, before deciding that you actually can't remove nuts with hammers. She then told me she would call a tow for me, and I told her the location I would like to be towed to, at which point she went into her car and just disappeared. Five minutes later Progressive calls me and asks what the issue was. I was confused, as I thought there was a tow inbound. He informed me there was not, but that he could dispatch one for me. I'm currently waiting for the tow truck, still a bit confused why I paid Progressive money for them to send someone to hit my vehicle with a hammer.

Someone just showed up and spent 20 mins and then gave up and just left, I think. Said they didn't have the right tools. Logically what they did was just get bored or tired?? Randomly decided not to do it after damaging my car. Possibly giving them more time to do what exactly? Get another gig? Absolutely terrible service.

I got a flat 2/22/2022 on the way to work. I called Progressive road side assistance at 7:40 to ask for a road side assistance tire change. Thankfully I was not stuck on the interstate, as I was able to make it to a stores parking lot, because I waited, and waited, and waited for the road side assistant to arrive at 9:25… almost 2 hours I waited for a tire change, I would have done it myself if not for my lug nuts being too hard to get off, I tried to be honest, but I wasn’t strong enough. When the assistant finally arrived, he was in a car not labeled and he drove past me several times before finally figuring out the car with the hazards on was the one?!? The only reason for 2 stars is because the technician was very nice, but other than that this company is awful. I’ve used the RSA several times and it’s always the same long wait times. The text app for their location shows then to be close, like 19 minutes away, yet it seems to take them turtle time to arrive. The last two times this company has been dispatched to my location they canceled after waiting 2 hours. Not to mention when you call them whoever answers the phone is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. I plan on sending a complaint into progressive as well. I guess this company thinks because they are contracted with various insurance companies they don’t have to do a good job. But we the insured are paying our hard earned money to have good insurance so we should be treated to an excellent road side service provider as we are the ones actually paying for the services through our insurance policies. Y’all need to get your stuff together and stop lying about your eta. You also need to make it well advertised who your Technicians are like with a sign on the car or something. It’s quite obvious y’all could care less about policy holders who are broke down, locked out, and flat because y’all just let us wait in bad neighborhoods, on busy roads, and interstates where we are not safe.

I called and was scheduled for roadside assistance. The lady calls me asks my location and says ok going to get you an updated eta. Will text. Get off the phone and she cancelled! How unbelievably unprofessional and so mean. I’ve been waiting 45 mins and then you don’t event have the respect to tell me you’re cancelling …you get off the phone and just cancel leaving me here! I will report you to the BBB as well. Awful people at this company!

My roadside assistance company sent Thomas out to me when I had a flat. After he put the spare on, he left with my wheel key. I can’t get new tires without my wheel key, so I called the company and spoke with him. He denied taking it and then hung up on me. Now I have to go to the dealership to get a new wheel key. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Honestly the worst experience ever! Liberty Mutual should be ashamed for using this company as their Road Side Assistance partner. It is utterly ridiculous for anyone to wait over an hour and a half only to receive another text update that the person dispatched is on the way and would be arriving in an additional 32 minutes. Called customer service only to be told there is a high call volume in my area. Complete and total lie since it was 9:39 PM on a Tuesday night. It’s 38 degrees and no sense of urgency what so ever. If I could leave 0 stars, that would still be an understatement for the service received. $90 to wait well over 90 minutes.

Level 10 trash. Will send constant updates and never arrive. Filed roadside help with State Farm. I had State Farm call them for an update and they stated they were stuck in traffic. Google maps showed there was no traffic between the location that they stated they were (5 miles away) and my location. They send constant updates with false ETAs and then cancelled after nearly 2 hours of me waiting. I called them myself and I was On hold for 30 minutes. They never answered. Easily the worst company around. I’m not sure how they managed contracts with multiple insurance roadside services.

This was under Toyota Care Roadside Assistance: Inman’s Auto Rescue arrived promptly (<20min) to my residential drive-way to change out my flat tire to spare tire. Service was fast, the man was friendly - he even taught me how to change a spare tire! He made it seem super easy with the correct tools. All done within 15 minutes!

On Oct 30, 2020 my daughter got locked out of her car on TCU campus. She called me and I am out of state. So I told her not to worry we had USAA Roadside Assistance and to call them to get a “Professional” out. Boy was that a mistake. About 15 minutes after she called, some technician, and I use the term loosely, showed up in an unmarked Kia with no ID and begins to slim Jim his way in to her car. Although he was able to get in to the car, it was not without damage. He scratched the door pillar covering while doing it. I contacted USAA and they contacted Inman’s insurance company, but of course there was not enough proof that he did it. Even though my daughter witnessed it, Stay away from this company. I do not recommend.

Roadside Assistance had them come out to fix a flat... an hour wait is a bit much but i can wait. I get a text message 50 minutes later saying they cancelled and can't make it anymore! Livid to say the least. With no reviews, I'm honored to be the 1st to say they're unreliable and inconsiderate to say the least for canceling almost an hour later.
