Highly recommend All American Towing Company. After calling several places with no help, they were the only ones willing to assist and the price was reasonable. My nephew’s car was disabled on the road and they responded quickly. Big thanks to Francisco for his great help and customer service!
I didn’t get the guy’s name, but the tech that came out. Did a great job, friendly service. And the ETA on arrival was on point. Definitely recommend their service.

My def system messed up in Fort Worth Texas outside of a shipper. At night and they showed up in a timely manner and did a forced regen on it. That didn't solve my problem but the guy was very polite and respectful. Going to be towing me to a dealership for dpf filter cleaning. Keep the good attitudes and thank you.
service guy was good to my driver but the price is really unaffordable coz they helped me to get out of stuck for 0.1 mile but it cost me $2,500.I don't recommend their service unless you have to work with them

Amazing service and professionalism. Absolutely recommend this company 100%. Easiest towing process ever! I called, told them where I was and where I was going, got a fast quote, and ten minutes later my vehicle was being loaded onto a beautiful, shiny clean flatbed. No dirty, greasy interior either. Got my invoice by text and easily paid using the link they sent. PDF receipt instantly received! Very stressful situation turned into an easy solution. Use this service and I PROMISE you will not call any other company when you need a tow, tire change, or jump start. I was so impressed I now have a stack of business cards I plan to hand out to family and friends so they'll have peace of mind, too.

My work truck broke down on 287 South and I had to limp it to the shoulder. All American got to the truck quickly, had it hooked up and off the shoulder in less than 30 minutes! Those drivers are unbelievable, the 287 traffic was flying by and he just kept plugging along. Thanks for your quick response, awesome customer service and making a breakdown way more bearable!

My semi truck needed jumping off and I had a load to go pickup. When I tell you I made it for my 6pm appointment from Denton to Mansfield in 5 o'clock traffic. If your gonna use these guys, make sure your along for the ride !! Whoever took my ride in helped themselves to my ziplock bag of quarters. About $24 bucks. Guess I should be grateful that my Samsung tablet, which I stupidly left, was still there. So, there's that. To top it off, I stood around their lot for an hour....the guy was late. Positive note....the young lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice.
Great wrecker service. They came out to an empty lot, with a less than ideal address and towed our chip truck that the clutch had failed. While it was a straightforward tow they did a great job. The rates are a bit higher than the company I did business with for the last thirty years. Unfortunately they retired and I have to pay more now. I will do some research and check pricing elsewhere for future needs.
Luis Patino was the mechanic that came out for my service call. Love's mechanic gave up on the issue I was having with my trailer and told me I needed to get service somewhere else. My dispatcher call out All American Towing, and Luis got right to work troubleshooting what seems to be every possible situation. He didn't give up not for a second to find the problem. Even well he was working we were talking like two old high school friends. At the end of service there was a issue of getting the payment cleared. Talking with his dispatcher Stephanie we got it resolved. They both showed kindness and patience working through to get a positive outcome. Definitely worth it to call out All American Towing. They are top tier in my book.
This 1 star is based on pricing. We had a freightliner stuck at an intersection, When a police officer arrived and we were forced to use the company that was fastest to get there. But being that we are stuck in the position and the officer gives us no other option, It was $1,800 for this company who was 20 minutes out to move our rig 40 foot out of the way and park it on the side of the road. $1,800… that is Highway robbery. And they know they can charge it because there’s nothing we can do about it. Again, the service was fine, but the fact that they take advantage to stick it to people who can’t say no, is not right. Our normal towing service could’ve been there in 45 minutes and haul it back to our shop which was 30 minutes away for $400 less then what they gouged us for. That is not ok. And after talking to my tow service, he knew exactly who the company was before I told him. Meaning that this is a frequent and consistent practice of this company and what they do to people.
I would like to show my appreciation to Brad Crumbly for his rapid and professional service, he provided a service call to replace a brake chamber that went out on my trailer, I recommend All American Towing and Recovery, Also I will use them in the future, It was also nice to see a company with good equipment, Thanks again. Best service EVER from Wroper Crowley! He came to tow our truck that would not start. He looked under and saw the problem and then talked to my husband. We had to towed to the dealership. He was fast, smart, kind and we will definitely use this company if we ever have another problem!!! Highly recommend!

Not only was he prompt and respectful in his response to my call for assistance but he was also empathetic and helped lower my stress by connecting with me and being understanding of my situation. He walked me through the process of what he was doing, explained to me the reason why he was doing it the way he was, and even shared with me a little of his personal life. I wish him the best and will certainly be using this company if I ever have the need in the future.

What a stand up company!!! My wife ran out of gas on 380 and Cooper Creek Rd just as she was about to turn into the Race Trac gas station. She called to tell me and as I was headed that way with some gas. After a could minutes, she called again to say that one of your drivers, (in the rush of everything, I didn't get his name) had stopped behind her. He Set up cones and had his lights on essentially protecting her and my boys from any would be harm. (380 can get pretty bad at that intersection). We can't thank him or your company enough for doing that. It is easy to just honk and drive by someone in need. Today we are glad your company has an Amazing driver who stopped and helped when no one else would. We would like to show our gratitude, if someone could please contact me or give me a number to call, I would be honored to do something nice for y'all.
