Great wrecker service. They came out to an empty lot, with a less than ideal address and towed our chip truck that the clutch had failed. While it was a straightforward tow they did a great job. The rates are a bit higher than the company I did business with for the last thirty years. Unfortunately they retired and I have to pay more now. I will do some research and check pricing elsewhere for future needs.
Luis Patino was the mechanic that came out for my service call. Love's mechanic gave up on the issue I was having with my trailer and told me I needed to get service somewhere else. My dispatcher call out All American Towing, and Luis got right to work troubleshooting what seems to be every possible situation. He didn't give up not for a second to find the problem. Even well he was working we were talking like two old high school friends. At the end of service there was a issue of getting the payment cleared. Talking with his dispatcher Stephanie we got it resolved. They both showed kindness and patience working through to get a positive outcome. Definitely worth it to call out All American Towing. They are top tier in my book.

We had a freightliner stuck at an intersection, When a police officer arrived and we were forced to use the company that was fastest to get there. But being that we are stuck in the position and the officer gives us no other option, It was $1,800 for this company who was 20 minutes out to move our rig 40 foot out of the way and park it on the side of the road. $1,800… that is Highway robbery. And they know they can charge it because there’s nothing we can do about it. Again, the service was fine, but the fact that they take advantage to stick it to people who can’t say no, is not right. Our normal towing service could’ve been there in 45 minutes and haul it back to our shop which was 30 minutes away for $400 less then what they gouged us for. That is not ok.
And after talking to my tow service, he knew exactly who the company was before I told him. Meaning that this is a frequent and consistent practice of this company and what they do to people.
Awesome service! Had a flat on Hwy 380 in Cross Roads, Brandon was there within 30 minutes and had me at the tire shop in a jiffy!

Best service EVER from Wroper Crowley! He came to tow our truck that would not start. He looked under and saw the problem and then talked to my husband. We had to towed to the dealership. What a stand up company!!!
My wife ran out of gas on 380 and Cooper Creek Rd just as she was about to turn into the Race Trac gas station. She called to tell me and as I was headed that way with some gas. After a could minutes, she called again to say that one of your drivers, (in the rush of everything, I didn't get his name) had stopped behind her. He Set up cones and had his lights on essentially protecting her and my boys from any would be harm. (380 can get pretty bad at that intersection).
We can't thank him or your company enough for doing that. It is easy to just honk and drive by someone in need. Today we are glad your company has an Amazing driver who stopped and helped when no one else would. We would like to show our gratitude, if someone could please contact me or give me a number to call, I would be honored to do something nice for y'all.

My BMW would not start and was located that was difficult to reach for Brandon, the tow truck driver, to hook up the wrench. Brandon’s expertise figured out how to get the car positioned just right to hook the wrench without causing any damage while he wrenched it on to the flatbed of the tow truck. From the call to All American Towing to the delivery of the car to the repair shop took less than an hour. The professional, friendly, and efficient service was an excellent experience at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend All American Towing and Recovery serving the Pilot Point area.
I call american towing because i had a dozer stuck it was about 3 oclock on friday i said can you come today , i said i need a big wrecker i had dug out all around dozer with back hoe they showed up it took driver 20 minutes with our help to hook up cables he pulled for approximately 2 minutes it came right out so i was happy so i said where is the bill driver said they will text you a link to pay bill had to be paid before he left the bill was 6,796.00 i figured something was really wrong i said let me talk to the boss i said insane he said if i didnt pay now he would haul my dozer off whats a man to do so i paid i guess its my fault for not asking first but dam thats incredible and then he added 400 for a credit card fee omg i know equipment is expensive but thats robbery so bill was 7200 something for a barely stuck dozer i hope the owner can sleep at night

This company took the power they had over me by not releasing my impounded car until they quoted me a price and set a meeting time. They refused to release my car for 3 hours after they said they would. They quoted me a price and said that they only accept exact cash. They said that they do not keep cash on the premises and they refuse to make change. When I paid them the exact amount they quoted in exact change the employee said that it would be a much higher amount. Of course I didn’t have the additional cash on hand and the banks were closed and I do not have an ATM card. I called them numerous times over the 3 hours I was trying to get my car free from their illegal possession. All phone calls are recorded by this company They cannot provide a recording of me using a racial slur because I didn’t use one. I did get arrested at 11:30 pm the night before I was harassed by the employess of this company. I did say a was falsely accused. And that is a truthful statement. Apparently they are not believers in our Constitution that provides that we are all innocent until proven guilty. I have spent my 32 year career as an attorney fighting for that right and fighting for my clients. I wish they could understand that. I did not lay on their floor. I did shrink down against the tiny “office “ wall into a squat bc I had been awake for 26 hours and I was physically and mentally exhausted. This company routinely takes advantage of the vulnerable. The employee was much younger than me, much taller than me and threatened me bodily harm. There is no seating available for their “customers” in the tiny 4 x4 foot "office". Maybe if they were more concerned about the well-being of the people are forced to deal with them, I wouldn't had the horrific treatment by every employed and the owner of this disgusting place. I was a treated like a hostage not a customer. After speaking with 5 different employees of this company they finally admitted that the price I was quoted was the amount I said. They then told me that I had not paid the full amount owed. They claimed I was over $100 short. The employee stole the money from me and I have no way to prove it bc it was cash as they demanded. I was forced to leave the lease the premises without my knowing that they would punish me by objecting to their illegal and harassing treatment. The owner of this company called me and threatened me bc I called his company out on their illegal and immoral actions and even said I would being making a formal complaint to their licensing board. He then my business as a local and well respected criminal defense attorney a one star google review. It is my only review that is not 5 star. I do represent represent African Americans as well as people of many races, colors, sexual orientation, genders, etc. I have never in my 32 year legal career been accused of being racist or prejudiced bc I am not. I have never said African Americans are a lesser class of people bc I don’t believe it. When a non-client thinks that he can "ruin" me with these disgusting and illegal tactics, it makes me even more proud of the system of justice that I participate in on a daily basis. Maybe the Constitution should be required study for him and his employees.
