Hopefully, I won't need towing services again anytime soon, but if I do- I'm calling Scarletts Towing! Mr. Akers was friendly, responsive and trustworthy. He gained a new permanent customer today!
I had a sudden belt break and engine temperature increase and needed a tow. Could not have been more professional or gotten to be any faster. Amazing service and has my car to where it needed to go super fast. Absolutely would use again - hopefully don’t have to but would if I do!

The owner of Scarlett towing and recovery is an absolute godsend of a man. He helped me in a very tight spot situation that required delicate and precise maneuvering, and it wasn't for him helping me out. I don't know what I would have done to get out of the situation that I was in. If I can recommend any towing company to anybody in my humble opinion, this is the one great people. Great service. I had my car towed to a dealership. He's amazing fast and quick. It was my first time having my car towed and he was patient with me and answered all my questions. He communicated with me on each step of process, I definitely recommend him to family and friends. He even called to provide me with an update on my car. Highly recommend him!

He was the most affordable in Denton, literally the only one that wasn't either rude, kind of unprofessional/clueless, or difficult to communicate with that I called anyway. He was there super fast, got the job done quickly and professionally and saved us a ton of money. We will only use him in Denton from now on. And for us Aker's fans... He is an Aker too!
Excellent service! Justin was very helpful, considerate, and very transparent by communicating with me the whole time about what he was doing. Made the whole service enjoyable, quick, and easy. He even skillfully parked our towed car in a tight area that would allow for easier access for another tow (if needed). He also recommended some great places around Denton like Frosty’s. Overall, made the whole not so great situation a lot better.

Justin was super nice. He helped us during the snowstorm and made sure that we were taken care of. He called us right away to make sure he was going to the right place and let us know that our car was dropped off. He suggested that we leave our keys in a night drop ( he had an envelope and pen) that way we didn’t have to follow him to the service center. This great suggestion! It made it where our family could get home quicker and not be traveling in the ice. We appreciate his Kindness.
