He helped me in a very tight spot situation that required delicate and precise maneuvering, and it wasn't for him helping me out. I don't know what I would have done to get out of the situation that I was in. If I can recommend any towing company to anybody in my humble opinion, this is the one great people. Great service.

He was the most affordable in Denton, literally the only one that wasn't either rude, kind of unprofessional/clueless, or difficult to communicate with that I called anyway. He was there super fast, got the job done quickly and professionally and saved us a ton of money. We will only use him in Denton from now on. And for us Aker's fans... He is an Aker too!

Excellent service! Justin was very helpful, considerate, and very transparent by communicating with me the whole time about what he was doing. Made the whole service enjoyable, quick, and easy. He even skillfully parked our towed car in a tight area that would allow for easier access for another tow (if needed). He also recommended some great places around Denton like Frosty’s. Overall, made the whole not so great situation a lot better.

Justin was super nice. He helped us during the snowstorm and made sure that we were taken care of. He called us right away to make sure he was going to the right place and let us know that our car was dropped off. He suggested that we leave our keys in a night drop ( he had an envelope and pen) that way we didn’t have to follow him to the service center. This great suggestion! It made it where our family could get home quicker and not be traveling in the ice. We appreciate his Kindness.

Desperate for a late evening tow off of a very busy highway, I googled local tow companies and called Scarletts Towing to request an ETA to my location and the price for the pick up and drop off. My family has held AAA membership for decades, and AAA left us waiting over 4 hours for a tow truck. Scarletts Towing arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call to them. AAA’s tow truck was, allegedly, still over an hour away by the time I called Scarletts Towing. My family is immensely grateful for such amazing customer service, quick response time, and clear communication from Scarletts Towing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get Mr. Scarlett’s (I hope it’s okay that I’ve been referring to him as such ) name, but he was a blessing to us. He attached the vehicle to the tow truck and guided us to a safer location, off of the highway, to complete paperwork and payment. He even sent a text confirming the vehicle was dropped off. I HIGHLY recommend Scarlett’s Towing and Recovery. While I hope to not need another tow, I will certainly be a repeat customer if necessary.

I own a fleet of 16 delivery trucks. I have used Scarlett’s many times. I appreciate his quick response time, speed of service and the assurance that my trucks will be well taken care of. He has even shown up to the scene and advised how I could avoid a towing fee a few times.

Scarlett’s Towing is the only wrecker service I call. They provide excellent service, and has even managed to handle a big fleet of heavy service trucks every time we call when one has gone down unexpectedly. Unlike most towing companies out there, this company is not out to take advantage of people in time of need. This company is honest and genuinely wanting to help the customer. This company sets the bar for how service should be.
