I called them in the middle of the night . Literally had someone out there in less than a hour to get my semi truck out of a crazy curve. Super cool guy and they were cheaper than everybody else. Really appreciate them.
They towed my car while I was in a CVS, in CVS parking! Then refused to give it back and the woman in the office is really rude and talks rude with many people over the phone!
My car wouldn't start in a parking lot on University, so I called my mechanic and they said this company would be out probably within an hour or so. The truck arrived about 25 minutes after the call was placed, and my car was already at the mechanic in 15 more minutes! Geico roadside assistance dispatched this company to me this morning, everything went great! The driver showed up faster than the ETA, was able to quickly load my car and unload my car at my dealer for servicing. I'm very glad they matched me with this company!
I had an awful experience with this towing company. First of all, their customer service was incredibly rude. It’s unacceptable for a professional service to handle things like this, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Stay far away from this company if you care about your vehicle!
The worst company ever I had surgery and my brother parked and came to walk me to the car when we got there they had already towed his car. When I called to explain the situation the person on the phone was rude and shouted at me. They refused to give the car back until we paid in full. I definitely do not recommend anyone to use this unprofessional company.
I'm not sure if its a business plan or not, but a tow truck company's driver attemtping to cause a crash seems shady. Whichever driver was on Witt Road in Frisco at 8:30 this morning needs to learn traffic laws. If your lane ends, it's your responsibility to merge. This idiot came flying into the lane that ends and forced his way in, instead of yielding to the lane that I occupied. From there, he started taking pics of my vehicle while driving. Educate your drivers on the rules of the road and how he should act while driving a clearly marked company vehicle.
They were so nice to us when we needed to retrieve our things from our beloved 06 Malibu. RIP Ruby, you served us faithfully, then gave your life to protect our son. Thank you, EJ Towing for taking care of her.

P.S. if you can find out what salvage yard she goes to, you should snap up her V6. There's still a lot of pep in it, I'm willing to bet, even at 238K.

I was pulled over and my truck got towed by this company and the same day I picked up my vehicle and they charge me $336.97 cash!
I thought DPD had there own company to towed the vehicles. They are stealing from customers. If I could leave a NO Star I would.
Called to see if they would be able to move my shed Ashley the dispatcher had excellent communication asked all the important questions questions Mike gave a solid fair price I went ahead and booked an appointment to have it moved there driver James called and said he was assigned and would be arriving in 30 minutes or so James arrived and gave the job a look over and told me it would be no problem James took excellent care of my property and shed Saftey loading it once at the new location I asked if it would be possible to place it a certain way James said it would be no issue and assisted me in the best way and even stayed to hell me level it ejs is hands down an excellent company and I highly recommend them for all ur shed moves and vehicle transport needs thank you guys!!!!
Would never recommend this company never used them but the driver of one off there trucks cut my wife off once then tried to pull into our lane and push us out of our lane by force to go around a stalled vehicle.
My daughter's truck broke down on a Saturday, and the shop called EJ's to tow the truck to the shop. The driver that picked up the truck was really the nicest, most professional tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Cannot recall his name, but I believe it was truck 16. I highly recommend this company and this driver for any towing needs. Got to me really fast, called while on the way so I knew when he would get there, and had the truck up and on the flat bed in minutes and safely on its way. If I had cash at the time I would have thrown him a tip. Again, highly recommend for top notch care and service.
Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant to work with. They were very kind and patient as we were trying to figure out what we needed. Seemed like a really reasonable price and it was a Sunday evening. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend EJ towing. I had locked in my keys and he arrived within 30 minutes. Opened the car promptly. He also made sure we found our keys as they were lost in the trunk before leaving. Job well done
We’ve used EJ’s a few times now! The latest was on Saturday after my son was rear ended taking my trailer to our storage yard. They are always fast, friendly and affordable! William is the best! Great Service. Called needing towing service at 10:30 pm and within 10 minutes Ruben was there to tow my truck. He did a great job loading and unloading my low profile truck, was extra careful during the process. Definitely recommend, great price, very professional and fast service.
I called to book a tow at 9:30 pm and less than 10 minutes later they had a driver there. Skye was super nice, and quickly got my car secured to to towed off. They also had a flat rate for in town tow that was significantly cheaper than anyone else I called. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

I recently had my car towed after breaking down during rush hour. I was nervous about leaving my car unattended until the EJ's could get there but Jacob made sure to call and text me every step of the way. He let me know my car was in safe hands and at the repair shop after hours. He was very professional and courteous. I would trust them with my car if I ever needed help in the future. Thank you for being the good out there.
Called several places to quote hauling an action car from South Dallas to Sanger. Was quoted the best price, so went with them. All was good until they went to unload. The driver did not connect the winch and lowered the bed causing the car to roll off the truck. Fortunately the wheels were locked to the left preventing the car from hitting the house. There is some damage to the front bumper cover where it impacted the concrete and popped it off by the headlight. The side skirt was also damaged where it scaped the edge of the bed. The driver immediately said the car was like that when it was picked up. He claimed that he didn't load the car and didn't know it was in neutral.
I called the office and told them about the incident. After looking at the damage closer, I asked if they were going to send out an insurance person. We went back and forth for several weeks and no one ever came out. Tired of messing with this.
Buyer beware. The bottom line is the driver made a beginner mistake by not hooking up the winch. We had already paid, so I guess it's not a priority. Definitely will go with the local company next time even if it costs more.
Had a great experience with Phillip from EJs. He was very knowledgeable of safety and so grateful we could ride with. He knows his way around Dallas and was very personable and courteous. Their dispatcher was so kind and Andrew who came out to load the car was so quick! I wasn’t able to be with the vehicle but they made communication easy! Even when the dealership was giving me problems Andrew went out of his way to try to sort it out for me. I would recommend them any day!

I want to say a big thank you to Mitchell and mike. I was in a bad spot when my truck fell off my trailer. I could not get it loaded back on but those 2 guys came out and got the job done. And the price was so reasonable.
After our insurance company's tow company canceled after 45 minutes and said the next truck would be 90 minutes later we decided to call local. EJ's arrived in 15 minutes and was courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend! Awesome service!
I broke down three miles outside of Denton and called EJ's Towing. They said a guy would be out there in 45 minutes to get me. A nice young dude by the name of Logan was out there in about 35 minutes. He told me that he basically had hurried to get there which I very much appreciated as it was very hot. Logan took my car to my mechanic and drop me off on the way, which was very nice of him. Overall I have no complaints. Very nice people. very professional. very Timely.
