Tow truck driver are nothing but scammers. Searching for reasons to tow and make good people suffer. SCUMBAGS. Next time I’ll see you’ll in court. Just do the right thing , instead you prey on people , just shows how desperate y’all’s company is.
Highly recommend. We were referred to MST by a repair shop (which can go one of two ways...) But Vince was polite, professional, and fast. He even helped us troubleshoot our issue so we could get the vehicle to the shop and save ourselves a towing fee. Great experience!
I'd love to give this place a better review, the people were incredibly friendly at first. I found a car that's perfect for our family and paid him $4300 for the car. It's been almost 2 months and he's still giving us the runaround on the title, first he said it had been mailed now he says he'll get it mailed to us or even bring it to us. I just want the title or my $4300 back I'm due with my 3rd kid soon and we need a car this big.
Service from this business was awesome . Help me get my classic car home on a Sunday and communication between myself, the shop where the car was and the tow master was on point .
Meredith and Vince were the most helpful people ever. Vince went out of his way to help me and my friend tie up the bumper of my friends car. We didn’t even use their towing services but they were so willing to help two broke college girls figure out a safe way home. Meredith than reached out to us to follow up and make sure we were home safe. I could not have asked for a better company. If you are looking for people who are professional, kind, and have good customer service, these are your people.
Meredith is one very professional and knowledgable person. She went out of her way to help a gentleman obtain all the proper documentation necessary to get reimbursed by his auto insurance. I highly suggest using them and asking for her. This was a very pleasant experience. Thanks!
Our car broke down in Denton, but we live about 40 minutes away. It was a stressful situation, but this company made things so much easier on us. They didn't charge us an insane amount and we're so kind and professional. 10/10 recommend them

Excellent service. I was in an accident and they towed my truck. The bed cover popped open and they took the time to make sure it was tied down before towing. I needed access to my vehicle when they are normally closed but they set up a time when I could access it.
My son’s pick up broke down on a Sunday night at a restaurant parking lot. Motorsports went out of their way to get his truck towed to a repair shop so that it could be looked at the next day. Highly recommended!!
My daughter was in an accident. The driver showed up and maybe spoke 2 words to us and then took our car and left. My insurance was expecting it at the repair shop, but the driver never bothered to ask me, THE OWNER OF THE CAR, where I would like it towed. I didn't even know who he was when he got there. I just saw a man getting in my car throwing stuff out the door (don't know what it was). I approached him and that's when he said who he was and asked for the keys. He never asked if I wanted it towed anywhere particular. He says the police told me when they gave me his card. They did not and he wouldn't know because he wasn't even there yet. Yet he lied and said he was....he wasn't. I live 2 miles from the accident and was definitely there before him. Extremely unhappy but was basically stuck with them taking it wherever they wanted since the car was already on the truck.

Great towing service, I would definitely recomend them to anyone in the Denton area. Thier prices are fair, their drivers are nice and prompt and they don't hesitate to try to help in the most cost effective way they can.
We had an awesome experience with Motorsports Towing! It was 11pm on a Friday night, Vince the owner answered and was very patient & courteous. He informed us of the wait time and procedure. He sent Caleb, who was equally patient and courteous, to pick up my daughters' car. Caleb dropped it off at our house quickly. He stayed concerned, while picking it up and dropping it off, about safety. We will definitely use Motorsports Towing again!! I recommend them 100%!
Horrible customer service, very rude. Told me they will come get my car, and when I called to check how much longer the wait will be they told me they are not tow me and just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional to commit to a job and then rudely bail out.
Wow! I never write reviews, but had to for these guys! My van broke down in the wal mart parking lot so I had them come tow. Joey, asked questions to diagnose the issue, and got it running in a matter of minutes. He didn't even charge me for the trip. I'll definitely call these guys again if I need a tow! Thanks for your honesty and know how!

Motorsports is the best!! I've never had to have my car towed till the day finally came last week. My car was spitting and hissing while picking my children up from school. In a panic I pulled over turned the car off and we got out..scared, afraid and little cash in my pocket. I started googling for affordable tow truck companies and came across Motorsports. Called the number (still upset an crying) a sweet lady answered the phone and put me right at ease and even stayed on the phone with me till the tow truck got to us. Five stars for great service all around!!
really nice people, just HORRIBLE at their jobs. I was recently in an accident where my car was totalled. I went in to release the car to the liable insurance and the lady behind the counter just smiled and said "ok dear," not even touching the computer. So a few days later I get a call from insurance saying that my car was NOT marked as released so they couldn't take it! So I had to physically go in again (because I was getting short rude responses when I tried calling)to release it AGAIN and make sure it was to the right insurance company. And lo, I get yet another call from insurance saying that my car was released to the WRONG insurance company and the towing place had no idea who exactly picked it up, just saying "Uh, yeah your insurance picked it up.."... Unfortunately, I did not have an option on which towing company to use for my accident but hopefully this review will help someone else in the future or at least know to be VERY CLEAR and THOROUGH when dealing with this unorganized business!
