I wish I could have left zero Stars. They offered me $350 for a working vehicle and when I told them there was nothing wrong with the vehicle she said I could keep the tires in the battery lmao this place is a joke
Abysmal customer service. They told us they would pick the car up without it being paid off. Then they didn't call or show up when they said they would. We called them to ask what was wrong and they said they can't pick it up without the lien release, which can take multiple weeks to get.
Meanwhile, the car has been sitting in impound, costing us money while we wait for them to pick it up which they won't, but they didn't tell us that. They just never showed up.
Really wanted to like this place but I keep getting the run around about a part said to be in stock. I started at 9am and it’s about 4pm and still no part, pics, or update to why.

Driver was absolutely GREAT!!! I forgot his name but he did mention he was from NY...he instantly made sure I knew who he was and explain the entire process to a T. Definitely will recommend and use them again if needed. HOPE THE DRIVER IS ENJOYING HIS GUITAR!

Really respectful, nice and courteous. Responded very quickly and had someone out quickly to pick up the old car I needed gone. The drivers that showed up, nice as hell. Very polite and respectful. The best part gave me a decent price for my junker that wasn’t even running. The driver just loaded it up on the car hauler and bam was gone. I’ll use them again when he have another car I need gone in a hurry.

The driver was very professional. Explained every detail of what involved in loading the vehicle. Extra careful about keeping us safe, making sure we were far enough away from the vehicle being loaded in case the cable would happen to break and hit us.
The driver Carlos was very sweet and nice. Very funny too. He was on time and very detailed oriented. I would definitely recommend this service for other people.
I gave 5 stars because it was the perfect situation for me! I had a vehicle I had spent a lot of money and it just never got right! Every time I fixed it something it would go wrong! It was starting to be an eye sore! Marcale was very nice and down to earth, we actually talked for awhile. Filled out the necessary paperwork got my cash and went back in the house! It was my first time using a service like this. I called a few places before Junk Car girls. The quote here was about 130 more than the other places. They were here within an hour or so. Jake was nice. It took all of ten minutes to sign paperwork and everything be done.
