Took my car to get a diagnostic and they let me know what was wrong and gave me suggestions and not try to pressure me into repairs they are very professional and will definitely use them again when needed
We are new to the area and my transmission went out. After reading reviews on several automotive places, I called Aubrey Automotive and decided to use them for a new transmission. Tommy is awesome and they were very thorough with my repair. I felt that he had integrity from our first conversation and he was great at communicating and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair! I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.
Hands down the best staff I’ve ever met! Tommy helped me out today and he was great. I dropped the car off for a possible engine issue and they took great care of it. Very honest and good people!

Aubrey Automotive Repair is our go to place for car repair. I have been to them half a dozen times over the past several years and they consistently provide quality work, reasonable prices, and I have NEVER felt like they were taking advantage. I know it's like finding a unicorn or something, but this is an honest garage.

Very good service, it did take a lil longer than expected to fix my car, but I understand how busy they are. They have a very good reputation for being honest and not ripping people off. I will continue taking my cars here for as long as I live near by.
I am literally in tears as I write this review. One of my neighbors recommended this shop to me and spoke very highly of them. I have them a chance with my 2018 Honda Accord. I got it back from repairs on 2/28/25 and was told it was test driven and was good to go. After having to spend weeks coming up with over $1,000 and on Ubers day and night just to get to work, I get in my car this morning around 10am on 3/8/25 and every message that was on my dashboard has now appeared again! I couldn’t even pull out of the driveway. Now my weekend is ruined. I’m out of so much money that as a parent and person trying to live I vitally need! I was really hoping this experience would have been great but unfortunately it has not been for me!
This place is the only place I will take my car in the future. Very fair prices, quick repair and quality work. I greatly appreciate them helping me get my old truck back on the road.

I took my car there it was making a rattling noise, they found the problem, ordered the part and it works great. I will definitely be going back for repairs. Tommy was great friendly, and reasonably priced.

I got my vehicle inspected by a super nice guy named Tommy. I was so impressed that I brought all three of my cars the same day. I overheard a mechanic training a younger colleague with integrity: “Make sure you change the brake clips every time.” It’s these candid moment that I can appreciate as a fellow mechanic. These guys are the best! They stand behind their quoted price and they stand behind their work and ethical. Took my car in for brake work, they called told me what was wrong and the cost to repair. After I authorized the repair they called me back telling me they missed something and the part would cost an additional $78 but since they missed it they would not charge for the additional labor.
By far the best service I've ever had with a repair shop. Very open and transparent, easy to deal with, and absolutely fantastic customer service. Tommy is a great guy and this is the only shop I trust all my vehicles with.

Wow, I was looking thru my past reviews and I have no idea how I missed leaving one for Aubrey Automotive all these years. I've been having my car repaired and serviced there for at least 6+ years now. They are the best, very honest and also fair on their prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Trust and kindness. I love this place and the guys that work here! Almost 17 years of perfect service and customer care. If you’re female, I promise you will never, EVER be taken advantage of at this shop. Nothing fancy other than truly exceptional work ethics. To make a very long story short, I had a vehicle that I wanted to have checked out. When I called on the phone I spoke to a gentleman named Tommy. He was very courteous right off the bat. I explained to him my situation and he offered solutions right away. In the end, he provided me with honest feedback and didn't charge me an arm and leg. It almost brought tears to my eyes how kind and helpful he was. This shop is not out to swindle you like most shops. If you are looking for a repair shop that is going to provide you with honest work, this is the place. Look no further.

Honestly I don't know where to start. They answered 9 minutes before they opened with a great attitude , and got me fixed same day. That includes going to the part store down the road TWICE to get my parts. Definitely recommend for price too. Best price on the work I've gotten since I moved to DFW 5 years ago
Nice easy to work with people, with an honest attitude. They replaced my ball joints and found some other critical hardware failures and fixed them for no labor costs because they just charged me what they had quoted. Great guys with a good shop. Worth the trip.
