I went for assistance on buying bulbs for my left turning signal not only was Joshua very knowledgeable about the bulbs but he helped me get it installed . Quality customer service at this store and most of all the respect for the customer. Listening skills are impeccable here and Joshua was amazing!!!!!!!

During my visit, I interacted with the store manager, Cameron, whose conduct was not only unprofessional but also demeaning. From the start of our interaction, his tone was dismissive and condescending. Instead of providing helpful customer service, Cameron spoke in a way that felt belittling and unnecessary. At no point did I feel respected or valued as a customer. What stood out the most was the complete lack of courtesy and accountability. Rather than addressing my questions or concerns with the professionalism one would expect from a manager, Cameron appeared irritated and unwilling to assist. His attitude created a hostile environment, making the entire experience uncomfortable and upsetting. I have been a loyal customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts, but this experience has left me questioning whether I will return. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as no customer should be subjected to such treatment — especially from someone in a leadership role.

I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I came in to purchase a low beam headlight, and Robert checked me out he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Cameron even came out and installed the headlight for me right there. While helping me, they noticed one of my belts was worn and let me know it needed to be replaced ASAP. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you both for the excellent service keep up the great work, guys!

Gm of the store was very helpful with me, as for staff very lazy and not helpful. One of the employees was literally sitting on the floor upon coming in multiple times on two days in a row. Slightly hidden behind counter. Very lazy behavior. Ordered a part which was told would be arriving at 7am following day. Next day I come around noon checking on part. Was told it wasn’t there yet. Would be there by 5pm. I call around 5 they say it hasn’t arrived. Find out the following day part was in fact in their possession yesterday and they hadn’t looked hard enough or at all. Will not be returning.

They looked up a part for me and after i purchased it and went to install it turns out they sold me the incorrect part and dont carry the part i need. While i was waiting for my return their staff member, Bailee, with black hair was vaping IN THE STORE on a very large and loud vape. Don't know when it became appropriate for employees to vape while on the job, especially in the store building.

This by far was my best experience at O'Reilly's ever. The person at the counter was more than helpful, she took all the time necessary to help me find exactly the parts that I needed for my truck. Apparently my truck is a real pain in the butt and has a million options for brake pads but thanks to Star I got everything I needed and I'll be sure to use that O'Reilly's next time I'm in Aubrey.

I bought a 5 dollar can of parts cleaner. I opened the can and the spray tip broke off. They would not return it. Brand new never used any of it. Had nothing to do with the 5 dollars. I could care less. It’s that I’ve been a long O’Reillys customer and have always preferred them over other parts stores. I have never taken anything back to them. The one time I do I get jerked. Will never go back.

When I discuss the exact wipers I require, even giving the employee the exact part number and brand name and style of attachment, and request they be ordered, and the employee tells me he has ordered them and they will arrive either that evening or the next day, I fully expect him to have ordered the actual wipers I asked for. I called the next day - the wipers will arrive by 5pm. I arrive at the O'Reilly's in Aubrey and the same staff member remembers me and hastens to bring out the wipers. He ordered a completely different pair of wipers. The wrong style and the wrong part number. The only match is the brand name and the length. It is in fact the ones I told him did not fit and would damage my vehicle's wiper arm and windshield. He acknowledged I had told him that, but he felt these were the ones I should get as he didn't find the ones I asked for in the computer. And since they had "RV" in the style name, they should work. I suppose if a part said "auto" in the style name he would decide for the customer that it would fit any automobile. I asked why he didn't just tell me he couldn't order the exact parts with the numbers I had asked for. He again shrugged and said these should work. I said no thank you, they won't work, and he told me to enjoy the rest of my visit to Texas. I left without informing him I have lived here for over 50 years. He returned to sitting on the counter and chatting with his coworker. I wasted 2 days on this. I still need the product, and will go elsewhere. I do not recommend this store because of the lack of customer service I experienced. Note: there were no other customers during both visits - no reason for bad service, and no bad attitude from me even after such bad service. 04/25/21

Employees don’t tip food delivery drivers. Nobody was wearing a face covering despite state mandate. My family and I won’t be shopping for parts or oil their anymore.

My car's "check engine" light went on, so I went in to get more info on the error code. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The diagnosis indicated a gas vapor issue, which turns out to be the gas tank cap not closed properly. The staff didn't even charge me anything. Great service!
