We had them pick up my car from an impound lot in McKinney and haul it all the way to Aubrey where my auto shop is. David was so kind and efficient and even sent me a picture after the car was delivered to the auto shop. Very reasonable priced as well.

Two times in about a week. Both times it was Gator to the rescue. Dave is a great guy and extremely professional. Hate to call him but so happy he answered! Unfortunately I will be using him again…lol look forward to seeing him.

I cannot recommend Gator Towing enough! Dave was a life saver towing my car TWICE in a 24 hr period, including on Thanksgiving! Excellent communication and service offered at exceptional, unbeatable prices. I highly, highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Dave of Gator Tow today. I scheduled a flatbed tow for my classic car earlier in the week for today, and he was very responsive and easy to work with, followed up with me to confirm our appointment, arrived on time. Best of all, he treated my baby like it was his own, with care and consideration. He also repected my wish to avoid I35 ;) and took an alternate route. He helped me move it garage to garage, and on a Sunday. Very reasonable price, just as quoted, but most of all I appreciated that he was professional and friendly. Absolutely will use him again and recommend at any opportunity.

Car broke down and needed a tow to the repair shop. Gator Towing showed up quickly and Dave had my car on their truck in record time. Prompt service, courteous, and very efficient. I would highly recommend!

I got directed to go down an unfamiliar country road in Celina area while doing rideshare work. After all the recent rains this road was a muddy third-world-country-esque hot mess, and my little car got stuck. Other companies either wouldn't come help at all or would only do so for over $1000! Gator agreed to come out and help and they got me going again, and for a more reasonable price than other companies. Hoping I don't get in that predicament again, but would definitely take comfort in knowing these guys are around to help out.

Gator towing has bailed us out of car issues twice. Both times were outstanding! Communication is important to them. Dave is a caring man who truly cares about his business. My family of 4 has his card in our glove compartments and programmed in our phones.

I would highly recommend Gator Towing. I recently had my battery charged by them through AAA. They are very respectful, efficient, and quick.

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience with these guys in today. While parking at a church we were visiting, I had the unfortunate opportunity of getting my two front tires stuck in the mud. But…Gator Towing showed up and showed out! Within minutes, I was out of the rut and back on the road in just enough time to leave with everyone else AND still had enough time to catch a wondrous church service! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in EVERY aspect of the word. So sorry that I forgot the gentleman’s name that was dispatched to help me today but he deserves 5 raises! Truly appreciative of you guys!

We were staying at a nearby state park when our 2008 Dodge Durango shifter stopped working (i.e. it had no resistance and the gear display wouldn't change...being stuck in reverse). After turning the vehicle off and putting on the parking break, the vehicle wouldn't start. We called AAA and they hooked us up with Gator Towing. They promptly arrived, after only 20 minutes or so, to a trailhead near the state park we were stranded at. The tow truck driver said he was aware of a common issue with this type of vehicle where the shifter cable gets disconnected from the transmission. He determined this was the problem and was able to reattach the shifter cable and temporarily hold it in place with a zip tie. This allowed the vehicle to function, at least temporarily, and kept us from having to have our vehicle towed and being stuck without a vehicle. The driver didn't even want to accept a tip for his help. All in all, a great response time and wonderful help, going above and beyond what was required. We would definitely use Gator Towing anytime we are in the area and in need of help again.

Yesterday, a very cold and windy day, Gator Towing relocated 3 classic cars for us to various locations in Denton County. Their care and attention to detail was very evident. We were highly impressed and satisfied with the work of these experienced professionals. Gator Towing is top notch!!!

This place is ridiculous . I don’t understand why triple AAA has a contract with you. Gator towing needs to be dropped. You guys never reply , never cooperate and just drop and cancel customers. This is the worst towing company ever . Don’t use them. Y’all are a joke. Your customer service is a JOKE. Y’all leave people stranded at 1:00 in the morning. Y’all need to be shut down. All the good reviews here mentioning AAA are FAKE!! BEWARE OF GATOR TOWING.

A huge shout out to Gator Towing. Their driver, Dave, was prompt and on time through my call from AAA. We had a car in our driveway that needed a tire change and Dave arrived with a smile and firm handshake. Dave went the extra distance and checked to see if we needed anything else. We have AAA towing insurance. Gator towing was called and showed up to help us get our disabled truck to a repair shop in record time. Very happy with this company. 10 stars?

I’ve had to use gator twice recently and once a few years back. This guy is the best. Use him if you want the job done right, quickly, and for an honest price.

I like to give credit where credit is due! I love a company that is about their business/money, it will always show! Spot on estimate upon speaking over the phone. Highly recommend this company! Highly responsive and to call, text and DM. Prompt follow up without having to be reminded. Very communicative throughout the entire process. Quick, efficient and without hassle. All other companies...take notes!!!

Gator towing was a lifesaver yesterday. The gentlemen came within 30 mins of me contacting AAA (on a holiday). He was so nice and wicked fast. He asked if we needed any other help, was friendly and completed the job swiftly. Awesome service all around!

Dave was personable and a phenomenal communicator! He kept me informed on arrival time as well as updated me on the status of dropping the vehicle off at the shop. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! I live in Pilot Point and own a General Store. I needed my car towed from Denton to Pilot Point on the same day as an event was scheduled in Pilot Point’s downtown square. I could not leave my store and barely had time to even make a phone call. Dave, owner of Gator Towing drove, from Aubrey to Pilot Point, to pick up my keys. I told Dave where I wanted my car towed but that I had not talked with the shop yet and thought they were closed. Dave stopped at Sanchez Tire, after picking up my keys and coordinated the delivery of my car for me. Dave is professional and cares about his customers! Thank you Gator Towing!

I wish there were a way to give 10 stars. Dave from Gator Towing got dispatched by AAA this morning in a pouring thunderstorm and 45 degree weather to come change a blow out for us on Hwy 377 just south of Aubrey. He arrived within minutes of the dispatch, and with lightening striking really close by, he got totally drenched while he changed the tire. This guy knows what service really is. I just hope he had a chance to change into something dry and get warmed up before he had to get out to another call. I will refer everyone I know to Gator Towing!

Dave is great. He towed my car THREE times over the course of the month. Quick, knowledgable, and a guy who was been doing this for years. Great rates for his services. I would recommend to anyone.

I don't think I've ever felt compelled to search up and leave a review for a towing company before using Gator's. Dave is amazing! It felt a lot more like asking a buddy for help than calling a company. Based on that one experience I have recommended them to anyone who needs help, and everyone I know has been pleased. Very friendly, honest guy and FAIR pricing! I hate it when a towing company tries to take advantage of you in a time of need. Gator deserves all these 5 star ratings because there's no reason why they shouldn't be ranked first in a search for towing!

My wife called AAA for a flat and they sent Gator Towing. Dave arrived promptly to Celina, was friendly and professional, and had the tire changed quickly. Glad to know that a great tow company affiliated with AAA is in the area. We had a very good experience and would definitely use their services in the future if needed.

I locked my keys in my car late one evening while I was at the park playing baseball with my son. I called Gator Towing and they were very sympathetic for my situation and were very prompt in showing up to assist. They were very professional and friendly! Great people, highly suggest using this company!

Needed help on a late Sunday morning which most companies would have charged extra for. Called "Dave" and in about 15 min. he arrived was able to help me change a flat only charged us a minimal fee. I tried to pay him more but he refused. Folks this is old fashioned customer service and integrity you will not find it much anymore. Use Gator Towing with complete confidence.
