Stay away. Will treat you like complete trash and make you sit the whole day not caring about your appoitment or any of that. They prioritize they own kind.
Receiving is from 5 AM to 4 PM another comment said it was from 5 AM to 1 PM. That is wrong. Also I was late very late. My appointment was for 7 AM. I got here at 1:40 and these guys got me out of here within 45 minutes excellent.
today I visited the warehouse to pickup a part that was normally supposed to be in stock at my local store but wasn't. motorcraft spark plugs (8)easily found the location and I visited will call Dept. and inside were 2 young fabulous women. the one at the counter greeted me nicely handled a customer service issue while networking and following up withe her customers. it brought sunshine to this cloudy day and am thankful for people like her that can perform their duties that we'll. good job guys keep up the good work. -steven Locke
Check in 5:00 am in morning wait outside recieving door dont worrry about appointment they ll take u in give door fast unloading snd hsve overnight parking limited
OTR driver here. Delivered here and have been here before. Their great folks here, always try to get you unloaded in a timely manner. Not a lot of room to park, but it's not bad either, docking area is ok, couple areas to stage some in and the street into their driveway is long. No ovnp, but I've seen a truck or two that got in a bind with their hrs, ovnp, but generally speaking no ovnp. Again nice people, they have like 4 docks they use to unload, once docked I've never gone past an hour from their start to finish. There is bathroom facilities at the door that says Will Call on the far right if you were facing their Ship/Recvg. door.
Good staff and good service, just usually very busy which means waiting in the tiny waiting area for half an hour-ish. If the wait weren't so long and the waiting area so tiny I'd give em 5 stars.
I just called (7/1/2020) Ozark Automotive Distribution and spoke to a lady in Receiving Dept. and she said all deliveries are by APPOINTMENT ONLY from 0500 to 1400 hours! She also said, there is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ANYMORE, due to several employees cars getting hit by truck drivers! I thought I would pass this information on.
Otr Drivers.. Overnight parking. Hours of operation is 5 am-1pm.Check in at Shipping Office and provide paperwork. Go to assigned dock#. Slide the tandems to the rear. Dock worker will let you know when you are unloaded. Check out at the Shipping Office and get signed paperwork. Took over 2 hours to get unloaded.
Very professional got to the unloading quite rapidly and got me out in less than an hour it was great thanks for letting me stay on the property for the night to make my 6 appointment
Worst customer service experience ever. "Shelly" first said my part was not there, surmised after glancing at the parts for a second. A more willing employee easily found it on a second look. "Shelly" also has an amazing ability to make customers feel very stupid. Basically everything you said was pure stupidity, and you are a dumbass for not knowing better. She can convey this with her eyes, or with a few sharp words to stop you from talking. Literally the worst kind of Custer service rep. I wonder how many customers a person like this loses over the course of their "career".
Helpful staff and later hours than most. I called to see if they had a part in stock, and the pulled it and had it ready when I got there. Hard to see from the street; it's tucked back in a corner.
