I bought the parts from Mesquite location and the part was broken. And I go back to the store they don't want return the part and they offer me only credit or chage the part but they don't have a part to the location and send me another location to pickup the parts around 20 miles away. Westing my time and disappointing me .
el dia de ayer llame buscando unas partes porqe estaba tirado mi camion cercas de esta locacion y la persona que me atendio en la linea parecia enojada por estarle preguntando por lo q necesitaba pero era necesario hacer esas preguntas para ver si iba por las piezas...ono ..!!!termine mejor colgando para no molestar mas ala chica me quedo con un mal sabor de boca en mi experiencia fue demaciado desagradable q no me pudieran resolver nada !!
I would like to share my experience with you all today, I went to the mesquite location and let me tell you guys the customer service is terrible, I was supposed to be helped by Miriam and she was just straight up rude, not to mention the car parts are extremely unreliable and don't last long at all, DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD TIME AND FLIMSY CAR PARTS !!!!
Me atendió Miriam y muy mal servicio en mesquite aparte que estos chambers duran 1 mes y después no sirven , no compren amigos. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría!
Nice store for your common truck parts, prices are decent, selection is pretty good and location is very convenient compared to driving across town to Irving blvd.
