Very unprofessional place. Owner who never stated her name was very rude. Told me to make my appointment online and when I couldn’t get the appointment set up was no help getting the appointment set either even after telling them I had proof of ny pregnancy in there I needed for my doctors. Took me almost a week to get the appointment after finally her letting me get one over the phone. My stuff with breakables were bagged up and there was lots of breakable items and sentimental things as well. We won’t talk about what else is missing from the car because they wouldn’t even let me look to make sure all my stuff was there either. If I could give a less review I would.
Unprofessional staff they like to say things that trigger you to go off on them then when you call them out their name your wrong. I was taking my brother to get his car which we paid for the next day after they took it he had to go an additional 3 days without his car because of the lack of communication this company has yes he should of paid his bills but it’s a way to speak to people
Wear your reflective uniforms ? it’s for safety! you have laws to follow!! And Stop breaching the peace when recovering it’s unnecessary and dangerous. Y’all risking big lawsuits
Just have to brag about RWA. They were helpful & friendly through the whole process and it was very much needed. Mary's voice from the time she picked up the phone & gave me all information for my vehicle to me getting to pick it up just made the process so much more stress free especially since the whole reason I had to go pick it up was stressing me out. If I could give them more stars I would & would HIGHLY recommend them if your looking for a tow service.
Very nice people cause you a lot of money since someone stole my car and I got pulled over and went to jail and my car went to jail too Then I had to pay for it not not good
My brother had his car there and they ransacked his car a complete mess stole $40 cash from his car a bottle of cologne and no tellin what else when he told the lady what was missing she basically said it wasnt their problem...
THIEVES!!! My wife's Chevy Malibu was repossessed because she was behind on her payments. She made her payments, lot fees etc. & went through the process to get her car back. Upon receiving the vehicle, we noticed that my CD case was missing. With close to 100 cd's in it, the cash value was EASILY over $1,000. Some of these CD's I have had since the mid 90's. The part that was most upsetting about it is that close to half of the cd's used to belong to my brother (he passed away in 2011). Not only did the CD case have a significant cash value, but also sentimental value. My wife reached out to the people. They confirmed that upon receiving vehicles, they take possession out, do an inventory & take pictures of the items found. They confirmed that my CD case was indeed in the pictures. Strangely enough, it was NOT returned with the car. They have done nothing to make this right. Don't trust these people. They employ crooks & care nothing about their customers. If your car breaks down, call someone else. If it gets towed to their lot, don't count on getting your possessions back....especially if they are worth anything. If they could have gotten away with stealing the car itself, I believe they would have. If your car ends up in their impound, I feel sorry for you.
I got my car towed yesterday (6.7.17) at 11:50 at night because I didn't pay it for like 2 months and when I went outside the guy was professional he wasn't rude and he informed me how I could get it back. Today I called (6.8.17) and asked how I could get my car back and what I had to do and the lady that answered my call was extremely nice and very informative. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that it's almost two hours from where I live lol!!! Other than that awesome service
