These people are liars and thieves. The lady in the office was very rude over the phone and when I told her she was rude she hung up in my face. I called back and asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she lied and said she was the only one there. When I went to get my items out of the car there was a man talking to me through a privacy glass. I asked him if he’d been there all day in which he stated he had. I asked him why the lady lied he couldn’t give me a straight answer. The older man who pulled the car out for me first words were “We didn’t touch or mess with any of your stuff.” In which I told him if that were true he wouldn’t have had to tell me that. The tow truck driver ripped the bumper off the car while towing this whole establishment is unprofessional and quite frankly a JOKE.
If I could rate negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be open. Their thieves. And the office people are the most rude, disrespectful and disgusting human beings I’ve ever had to deal with. Spoke with a tow truck driver that had one of his trucks he paid cash for stolen out of their yard by this company. And stealing peoples property. My car came out with the underside damaged from their dope head tow truck drivers. Caused me so much emotional and mental distress the last 3 days. My car may have to go to the shop they have possibly damaged the underneath and my back up camera. My mechanic is looking at it now. I had 2 drinks that were spilt all over my front seat. My car wreaks. And on top of everything else. Medication out of my purse is missing. My grandfathers necklace is gone as well. As well as 2 checks I had to cash in an envelope. The girl that I spoke with on the phone was the most disrespectful human being I’ve ever met. Completely acted unprofessional and extremely ghetto while talking down to me on the phone. She told me she was going to leave my work badge out for me and did not and told their tow truck driver to tell me she didn’t leave it out. I drove 45 minutes to get my work badge just for her to not leave it out and she thought it was funny. Tell me if there was nothing. I could do about any of my stuff because she didn’t want to give it to me. She didn’t have to. I’m on hold to file a complaint with the BBB right now. And will possibly be getting an attorney to cover the damaged this company may have caused my car.
Terrible place !! My husband & I called & were left on hold for almost 2 hours & the lady Amber was sooo rude & she spoke to me very disrespectful, I was trying to make an appointment & they basically didn’t help me . Very terrible place STAY AWAY if you can.
This place is horrible they steal the disgusting female human in the front is a complete jerk she is rude will yell at you , no one here has the same answer . They think they have to demean you , they kept paperwork with my name on it . Very sketchy place the lady has no business being in this profession if she is going to have a mental breakdown over property that isn’t hers .
Very sketchy place , dont let you recover your own belongings nor be able to see or have any access to the sight of vehicle. May have caused damage to car (I received alerts via onstar) due to towing since i requested to see video/pics of my vehicle and was denied video footage.. SKETCHYYYYY
One of their employees stole my social security card, birth certificate, and passport as well as the purse they were in. When I talked to the front office to let them know a very rude lady yelled at me. She said they lock any sensitive documents in the safe when they find them but then she changed her story and said it was with my belongings as they do not go through the things in the car. I’m confused which is the real story since it keeps changing. Then when I called asking if they found it the girl hung up on me. They will not give me any of my government documents back. To top it off I got a call from a life insurance company saying someone tried to take out a 250k policy with myself as the beneficiary??? No one will call me back. I have filed a police report and locked my social so when they try to apply for anything it automatically gets denied and I get notified. Horrible company. I am pressing charges.
Signed and paid before getting my stuff. I saw some things were missing and they went back to the truck for me. I got a very expensive tool returned to me that was missed under the seat. It does cost $75 cash and they are currently only accepting appointments between 9Am-3PM due to COVID. Thankfully, this experience was nothing like most of the reviews were making it out to be. They were nice and polite on the phone and in person.
Easy to work with. Good experience. No hassles. Signed the paper before seeing my belongings, but all my property was there, and I was in and out with my stuff in 30 min. Thought it would be harder to deal with, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Be careful they make you sign papers before giving you the vehicle. They made scratches on my car on the passenger door, since they force the door to open it and they don’t even tell you!!!
Trash i had to file a police report for missing items. There they force you to sign a form saying items are fine before you even get to see your items. Someone should investigate
