I Paid for a used engine two days in advance, then drove around 160 miles away and find out they have sold my engine to another customer. It was a waisted of time, money and diesel fuel, I won’t do any more business with this company
This auto parts location is BS. 3 times ive ordered a part and every time they sold the part after charging me and after sending me a notification that the part had arrived. After the 2nd time I attempted to call before arriving and was left on hold for 20+ minutes. I would give it zero stars if I could!!
Absolute trash. These guys sell parts knowing they are bad. I know because he admitted to it. Then instead of giving you a refund or replacement they lock your money with a store credit. Horrible communication
It horrible it was muddy. We was knee deep in mud could not find the vehicle they sent us out to find. They didn't have the part pulled. Like they said they would, cause they didn't even have the part after we drove from west Ft Worth to Balsh Springs. Wasted day.
I ordered a 6-cylinder intake manifold for my 2010 Dodge Journey, but a representative named LUISA sent me a 4-cylinder intake manifold instead. I reached out multiple times, and she told me they couldn’t issue a refund but would provide store credit and a return label. It has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received the return label. She is no longer responding to my emails or answering my calls. Very disappointed with this experience.
The most of the reviews are their friends super careless they don’t care about your time crabby System they don’t know if they have the part or not you call them over the phone they say yes we have the Parts when you go to their location. They don’t have it so i don’t recommend anyone to go there at all unless you want to waste your time
Drove almost 2hrs to get a transmission they verified was at the Mesquite location. Once i was there and paid for "In Cash" it i was told it was in fact at the Ftworth location. I was told they would deliver it for free the next day....then the next day....then the next day and so on. It is now a week later and im offered a refund with a check or i can give them my card information to send it. So for a 8hr drive total i can have a check because they don't do cash refunds or providethem with my bank info!!! Will NEVER use nore recommend them. Still haven't gotten a call from the manager!
I had an awesome experience at Callahan Junk Yard. The staff was super friendly and helpful — they knew exactly where to point me for the parts I needed. Everything was well-organized, and their prices were way better than what I found elsewhere. They even helped me load up my stuff without me having to ask! You can tell they actually care about their customers. Definitely my go-to spot for used auto parts from now on. Highly recommend!
The people were incredible, I needed a set of brakes and they lifted are car up on wheel/jacks to help me pull them off. The facility is really clean, and the people are nice. Prices were great! Way better than pick-n-pull in every way! I will definitely be returning in the future!
Got transmission that was bad. Called and talked to a gentleman and he said bring it back and gave me a replacement stock number to give them. When I showed up they wanted double what I paid for the first one to replace it with the one the man said they had to give me. Wont do business with them again

Buyer Beware. Their website allows you "reserve" parts Online and I understand that the website isn't always accurate but after numerous calls, them assuring me that they had the part, promises of shipping the part to the shop, etc...they have no idea where it is. No one knows what's happening with my order. They just constantly say that they have it and are shipping it but nothing ever happens. Total Joke. Stay Away.
First time here just bought a car missing a few headrest and a seat. Did not think I would find it right away but I did. So impressed and also grateful! Also the staff is very friendly and professional!

Drove 45 min to pick up a hood for my car. The lot has yellow gates in front and shares a building with Patinos auto parts. Thankfully, the hood I was looking for was still there. Doors of car were there, battery was gone. Most of interior was there. Price was matching car-part.com site, which was cheaper than other shops around. Happy to get this part! They allow you to bring your own tools. No fee to walk on the lot. $15 to remove a part if needed. Come early once the car arrives in the lot!
