Having a son that is 400 miles away at college and his truck breaks down is very stressful not knowing who we can call or get help from, we called Frank and he was so kind and understandable. My girlfriend got in an accident and Frank at Alliance Auto Repair & Towing and he was able to go above and beyond with getting the car towed, diagnosing it, giving us an estimate and even storing it temporarily while her and I are figuring out what to do with it. He offered to let us come look at it and talk with him about it and even though it was a total loss, he even gave us tips on what to do if we wanted to explore other options in fixing it. The automotive field can be really shady when you don’t know everything about cars but Frank was able to explain everything super clearly to us and go over options with patience. He was professional, incredibly accommodating and understanding. He’s definitely someone that’s friendly and honest. We really lucked out when we reached out to Alliance.
