These people are nasty and sick. I reached out to AAA and they sent me these disgusting people. It took them 2 hours to take my car a 15 minute distant. I noticed the tow worker was mishandling my car but I tried to keep calm. The dealership called me 2 hours later and said it just arrived. I called these people Tow4U LLC and NICELY asked the customer service representative what cause the delay and she said with the most nastiest attitude, what are you talking about maam, I just got to work. Such a nice way to speak to someone calling with questions. I will be cancelling my AAA service for this reason. They set me up with a Bull ish company. I've been unnecessarily paying for AAA over 2 years considering my insurance covers tow and never needed a tow but after today I won't anymore.
They take a long time to arrive. Initially I was given a time. That time changed 3 times in 3 hours. It went from one hour to four hours and 20 minutes and they were still late. It was daylight when I called. It was late night when they finally came. I was alone in a car that was not starting. Being stranded & alone, not knowing when help is going to actually arrive is not a good feeling.
If only I could leave a zero. The dispatch is very disrespectful. Usually it takes AAA a long time to send a service vehicle. I needed a car towed and called right after I got off work and I had a truck set to arrive in 10 minute. I CANCELED it through the app because I wouldn’t arrive in time. When I made it to the location I scheduled another tow. It said an hr which I was ok with. I’m in my grandmothers house running my mouth and didn’t hear my phone. 40 min later I see 3 missed calls and call back. The dispatcher tells me the tow was canceled because i canceled the previous tow and didn’t answer the phone.I don’t see a cancellation from AAA so I think the tire is still coming. I’m speaking calmly and ask her how long it would take to send another truck. She starts over taking me and getting an attitude. One why would you cancel the tow if I put in an order and didn’t cancel it. Clearly I know how to cancel a request and two she hung up in my face when I asked her to stop over talking me. I asked her is she trying to provide customer service and she hung up in my face. I will be calling AAA about this company. They need to lose their contact.. bad customer service
