I always come here first before checking their competitor up the street. The staff has always been very helpful, today Suzanna went above & beyond in trying to determine the correct product which unfortunately wasn’t available. But the fact that they make the extra effort and never steer me wrong is why I always bring my business to them. Thanks Oriley!

This O'Reilly store everytime I go to get my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT check out they tell me the dont have thier machine?? So why say on the window they check for free. Put up a notification we don't have it today. So u get 1

I just recently left Store #683 in regards to replacing my battery. Although there was some discrepancy in the system, Brian was able to honor my warranty and replace my battery. Grateful for the customer service provided by Brian.

Driving at night with non working headlights is not the safest, but Brian and Suzi offered professional assistance, great explanation, and offered great customer service. They gave me options on what I needed and even helped install the parts required. Absolutely awesome!

On Mother's Day I went out to start my car and the battery was dead! Got a jump start and went to O'Reilly's as it was closest to me. Imagine my surprise when Brian, who was an absolute life-saver, was able to replace and install my new battery. He was extremely nice and reassuring. Took maybe 5-7 minutes and off I went.... will purchase anything my car needs from them, moving forward.

Manager Ruben made a rude assumption about me. The rest of the team are great help every time I stop here. My issue has been resolved by another store that understands the customer’s perspective vs what they think they know. Thanks again Ruben! Always a hard time with this cat.

Plan to get my battery checked because my car was towed, and I have been having problems turning it on since I was assisted by Brian, who checked my car and told me what was wrong with it, which was my battery. He also helped me get the price of the battery which was cheaper then auto zone checked my coolant and I also purchased some. He was so nice and helpful and the store was so clean and put together

Rubén the store manager and the employee named Armando had been very uneducated about the warranty , and refused to turn my battery in while leaking battery acid saying it’s safe to drive it like this and while having a stomach on the side of the battery as well , I have warranty on it , and I’m denied my renewal Don’t keep buying parts from auto parts store when you know you have warranty but it has to “break their way” to exchange it. Money robbing at its finest How can someone pay so much for anybting and be denied of warranty

Where do I begin. They don't open the store on time in the morning. They are always late. I've had to wait multiple times in the parking lot for 30 minutes after the time they are supposed to open. They dont have cash to give you refunds, they make you wait until they have enough cash to give you a refund. The staff then scoffs at you like if you're supposed to know they dont have any money. Then when you ask if they can call another store to see if they have money to give you the refund they refuse and tell you to come back later. They make you go to the store you bought the part from when there are inventory discrepancies that are their fault. They make you drive around town when it was their mistake. The entire staff is rude...except Jimmy he's cool. The management is rude. The General Manager doesn't return phone calls. The only reason I still go to the store is because I live down the street and this is the store I've been shopping as since I was a kid. O'Reilly has always had poor customer service. Their policies and procedures are not customer friendly and upper management should work on improving that. Their parts ARE better than most competitors but not all. 1 star due to poor customer service. 4 stars for after-market part quality.

Went to take parts back for warranty and the young kid ask me . Why don’t you take it back to the store that you bought it at? And I told him it’s the same company why ? And he said Because now I have to do someone else’s work!! I ask him I hat do you mean? Twice. And he didn’t answer me. Very unprofessional!!! Then he said that I had paid with 2 different cards and I showed him and the manager the receipt that showed it was one card . But said I would have to Caine back later to pay me with cash.. I went to the location at Hampton and Singleton and got it done within a minute. I the the manager was the dad of the kid and that’s why they did what they did. As you all can see it was returned to one card . The same I used. The store that didn’t provide good service it’s the one on ForthWorth av and Colorado

Never had a bad experience with them. Sometimes the staff can be "stand-offish", but these are the young women that think (my opinion) are too pretty to help someone out. Maybe I'm not young or good-looking enough?!?! Lol!!

Worst service ever!! Two guys teasing each other while the customers are waiting. I understand we are humans and sometimes we do not want to work hard but one guy spent 2 min looking for a pen in the whole store, it seems like he was just wasting our time. I think people need to be more considerate and start working hard instead of joking with each other while you see there is a lot of people waiting.There was even a lady with a baby waiting behind us. Never coming back to this store.
