I was not sure of the location, but I called and the gentleman was extremly nice. Hector who brought my part was nice and opened my box and helped me take rhe part ro my car. Very great experience
The only reason I rated this place a three stars was because of Mr Hector Hernandez I literally sat here for almost 2 hours watching this man do more than what I seen anyone else in the shop too. All everyone else was just sitting there on their phones and our computers. I once said I see anyone else offer Mr. Hector Hernandez help but when my daughter approached someone in the front desk and ask if someone can help him so that we can hurry up and get out we had children and grandchildren to pick up. Someone had a smart remark. I have never seen so much people working in one office and only one person receiving parts and also Attending to customers also scanning each part and given it to the customers also offering to take out to customers vehicles, I feel like there should be more people working as hard as Mr. Hector Hernandez and this location I seen so much young people sitting around behind the desk on phones and computers, two times apart that I had bought was pulled out and the two times the part was damaged until the third time it was OK so he asked me to scan the barcode and give a review and this is my review thank you Mr. Hector Hernandez
5 stars for hector he was amazing he’s the only one I seen up and doing his job we had to receive 3 different hoods today because the first one was damaged the second one was damaged ask one of the workers if they can help hector because he’s the only one I seen working and attending people and all he had to say was no he couldn’t help him but anyways hector did an amazing job

This autofill location is very custom.Bad customer service.They make me wait one hours after one hour.They tell me they do not have a part before.I come to the location they have part.They tell me by phone when I came.They said they have a pot then charged me the money.Make me wait about one hour's.Then, finding a death and we didn't have a part he claimed he said he is manager of the location.Look guys, I have posting his video.How delight you guys can watch the video
Great customer service. Every time I come in, I’m treated very well. Hector, especially never fails to provide excellent service, he’s very attentive when delivering parts and always makes sure the customer is taken care of. Even when things slow down, you can see him looking for ways to help. He has helped me carry items out to my truck multiple times. Highly recommended.

This is my new spot for car parts! They were sooo much cheaper than going to the dealership!! Everyone was friendly and got me everything I needed! Hector even helped me bring both my bumpers outside to my car and helped me get them into my small sedan!!! These guys are great!!!

This place is great, very well run. Outstanding service from Hector! He was very detail oriented, customer focused, diligent and had a great attitude. I am very amazes by the service these people give. I was in Mexico when I call to do an estimate for the parts I needed for my honda fit 2015. They asked me for my contact and I am guessing to speed up the service. I am assuming that they do it in case you actually buy the parts, they’ll have them ready in their system. The way they work is very clean. You can actually enjoy their processes and procedures while waiting for them to bring your parts from the storage. This guy on the red shirt is something else. Elon Musl will regret to build robots when you can have people like him. He is a beast to work. He jumps the front desk and started to clean and arrange the seats when is slow…
Definitely recommend anyone looking for car parts to come here. All the parts are brand new and at a very good price. Hector was great in getting us out of there fast . He kept us informed on what we needed. Overall friendly, helpful and a good experience.
It's a part store. But the downside is you have to wait for your parts, so if your there for 6 parts, you will have to wait for a part, sit back down, and then wait again. While your waiting you can be told your part is out of stock which is kinda misleading because you already paid for it and they told you it was in stock, so then you have to get a refund.
