Without a doubt this is the best mechanic shop in the DFW area. Craig, Derrick, Alex and the crew are not only incredibly knowledgeable about most vehicles, they are honest and look out for the customer’s best interest. I’ve been going to Mustang the past 15 years no matter where I’ve lived in the metroplex. I haven’t taken any of our vehicles to anyone else. Every time I’ve sent friends/family to Mustang they have been more than satisfied with the service.
Kuddos! These guys are the best! They have put new life into my worn out motor and replace my a/c so far. Repair cost was half of what I thought it was going to be and the turnaround time was fast. I will be back! I have more to do to my car.
We were in a total bind after our hotel valet caused our broken window to fall into our passenger side door. Found this shop via recommendations on Reddit. The guys here were friendly, helpful and managed to not only roll up and seal the window but also prevent it from happening again. We were visiting from out of town from Missouri- a whole 7 hours away. Can not recommend these guys enough, the service was fast and they were so understanding! Bonus they have an amazing mascot Hank. I’ll include this image of him getting some good sun in. Thank you so much guys.
Nicest staff that genuinely looks out for the customer. My oil change was much less expensive than it was at an oil change chain and I asked them to give it a once over at 150k miles and the brakes were squeaking. They told me that i had it very well maintained and didn’t need anything except I needed to take my brakes back to the person who repaired them because they should still be under warranty there. I did and they were fixed for free. They could’ve just chosen to fix my brakes for me and charge me, but they chose to give me the best advice for me, not for them. You can see why they have a great rating!

Extremely honest service! I thought I was going to need a new engine but all i needed was an oil change, they did not try to add on any unnecessary services, saved me so much money! 100% recommend. Great prices too!

I took my Chevy here on the week of 9/23 to get some work done for it only overheating under very specific conditions. While other competent mechanics had found temporary fixes in the past (i.e. replacing my radiator fan), the team at Mustang Service Center showed an exceptional attention to detail during diagnosis that helped them find the core issue (a bad high-speed relay for the fan). The car finally works in traffic jams during hot weather conditions without any issues, for the first time in a while.
The quality of work, pricing, etc were all very good. I'd highly recommend this shop. They might take just a bit longer to get back about complex work, but IMO it's well worth them giving your car proper attention and solving the actual problem. They also were professional when answering questions about ongoing work.
The people here are great, always shoot from the hip and if they can’t fix it they tell you what’s wrong. Very refreshing to hear a mechanic who is as open and friendly as these fellas.

I took my car in regarding noise heard when turning left and right. It was my axle. That was my second confirmation. However, the prior mechanic said I needed to replace both left and right axles among other things. After they checked it out here, I was told it’s probably the just the one bad axle echoing making it appear to be both axles. Sure enough, problems solved! Period.
While there I observed regular customers casually dropping off their keys to their vehicles to be serviced and then off to work like they have been in the family for a while. Seemed to speak volumes on their trustworthiness to me.
Although Derrick helped me, be sure to ask for Hank. He’s the real top dog!
I took my Subaru to Derrick and Craig because I noticed smoke coming from the exhaust. They ran several tests, thoroughly inspected my car, and did everything they could to find the issue. After their extensive efforts, they called me to say they couldn’t find anything wrong. This is the third vehicle I’ve taken to them, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are amazing, honest mechanics and truly the best in the business. I highly recommend them!
I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Mustang. They did an excellent job on the truck and I'm very satisfied. All the employees were extremely helpful. The prices were very reasonable. And ya gotta love a place that has a friendly well behaved dog greeting the customers. I highly recommend them.
They came highly recommended ,so when it was time for service , I didn’t hesitate and took my car for new brakes / rotors . Great service and friendly. I will return for when my car needs any maintenance.

I am new to Dallas and had some trouble finding a reliable shop. Luckily I found Mustang Service Center and had a great experience. They were transparent about what needed to be done and exactly what I would be charged for.
I had my alternator replaced after weeks of a issues with my car and so far it is running great.

Took my 1970 Mustang in for repairs for the first time. I experienced great service, communication, and prices!. The guys are great and are willing to answer all questions!! Also, they have a cool dog roaming the office!! Most certainly will do business again. Highly recommended!!!
Mustang Service Center is an excellent business and their staff are both professional and friendly. The Service Manager, Derrick, assisted me in confirming that the rear differential of our 2001 Toyota Sequoia needed attention.
At first glance, he explained if our rear differential needed to be "repaired" . When it couldn't the next step was to see it be "rebuilt" and when no used parts locally available. He was honest with me and informed me that it had to be "replaced." After they ordered a replacement part. Rather than me charging for the full replacement , they were able to save me $200 by repairing what was required on my rear differential.
Derrick took the initiative to locate this specific part and Derrick or another automotive technician would keep me updated. Our vehicle is operable and I would definitely do business with them in the future.
My AC recently went out. I took it to Pep Boys first. They quoted me $3,800. I almost just pulled the trigger. Texas heat is no joke, but my gut said get a second opinion. A friend recommended Mustang Service Center so I gave it a try. They treated me with respect and kindness and quickly checked out my vehicle. They told me I just needed to replace one hose, which would be about $500 for the part and installation. I couldn’t believe it! I’m now only going to Mustang Service Center. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially women! They will treat you fairly!!!
I had them look over my 73 Ford Galaxie 500, which I had neglected for a few years. They did fairly extensive work after a thorough inspection and very detailed communication as to what jobs were necessary and what jobs could be deferred. This was an excellent, yet affordable experience. I will definitely take my cars back here.
My friend started working here over a year ago, and since then, I’ve always taken my car here! I’m so clueless when it comes to car issues, but Ian and the guys make me feel comfortable and they are trustworthy! They also communicate and educate me on what I need to do in the future for my car, like brake issues or maintenance! I feel so grateful for their business!
