My wife’s car broke down at her work. Valet Towing had a truck on the way within 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately the first tow truck broke down on the way over. Luckily the owner was able to come himself and get us taken care of! Fast and professional, would recommend!
Great guys, excellent service. My car was stuck in a parking garage downtown and the first three companies I called couldn’t help me out because none of their trucks would fit. Trust worthy, great price!! Valet Towing saved me tonight after I was in an unfortunate situation w/another vehicle! First, a mechanic friend recommended a well known towing company. I called them & was lied to twice & when the tow truck came out to my car he was rude & told me it would be way more than what was told to me on the phone - so I looked up quickly on my phone & googled & found Valet Towing (Curtis)- a God send!!! Called & he gave me a great/fair price! Seriously, I had several people praying for me, Curtis stuck to the phone quote even when I changed the body shop I was having my car towed to! My car is my baby & Darrell (tow truck driver) was very respectful, honest & communicated everything to me & the tow truck it self was awesome, it didn’t hurt my car at all!! I pray lots of blessings on Valet Towing for not taking advantage of people (me) when in a crisis!!!
Had a flat tire and needed a new tire or the spare on and got good service from Valet Towing. Took me and my car to a tire shop. Got good service and do recommend.
Curtis with valet towing was absolutely the best. Not only was the price extremely reasonable and affordable.
But he was kind, communicative the whole time. Even got me a water from the gas station while we waited for processing from the tow lot.
I met him at the drop site as well to make sure all went smoothly with my body shop and he was calling me to make sure when he would arrive etc.
If you EVER need anything towed. PLEASE use Valet Towing and ask for Curtis.
Please please be careful when using this tow company. Curtis is scamming people out of their money. Paid $225 for him to come retrieve our vehicle out the ditch. He never showed up and the city picked it up later that night. I contact him the next day to ask about a refund and I am still waiting on the refund. I have had to contact an attorney. I was told to file a civil suit against this company which I went and did yesterday. Please think twice before using them. They’re scamming people.
PS: Do not pay this man via Cashapp because they won’t refund you the money if they can’t do the job. And do not pay him upfront. Pay once he arrives to the site.
Stranded in downtown Dallas with a blowout, in the middle of construction, and at 5pm on a Saturday. Curtis and his driver James took great care of me and my children. Curtis knew how nervous I was on the side of the road with my kids in the car and to ease my worries he parked behind us in his own vehicle until his driver arrived. We were then escorted safely to the nearest tire shop and back on the road in about an hour. It's not the way anyone wants to start a summer family vacation, but I couldn't be happier with the service we received in our moment of need. Highly recommend!!
I met Curtis about three weeks ago after my family and I got in an accident. Unfortunately I had to leave to catch a flight and had to leave my grandmother & her sister alone to wait for the tow company. Curtis arrived in a timely manner and immediately made sure my grandmother/aunt were safe. From there, he and I stayed in contact due to my grandmother’s auto insurance (Blue Fire Insurance), being both difficult and unprofessional. Not only was Curtis patient and understanding, he remained transparent & honest with both myself and my grandmother. While I know this small review does not truly captivate in full, my appreciation for Curtis, I hope at the very least it encourages future customers to take a leap of faith with his company. I truly am grateful for his hardworking and sincere support throughout this journey with my grandmother’s insurance. I wish nothing but the best for his company, employees and Curtis himself. We tried this company due to the reviews and unfortunately we was disappointed. My husband waited over two hours total for them to come, for the driver to only come and LEAVE without notice. Then once we called to see what the problem was there was no answer or anything. Literally no text or anything on why he couldn’t tow our truck, the driver just left. The lack of communication is horrible. I wish our experience could have been better.
Curtis was so kind and helpful when towing my car. He was friendly and informative and was easy to get into contact with. The gentlemen that did the towing was also very kind and got my car towed quickly. Definitely recommend 10/10 for me.
Man, I was stuck out on the highway and was getting put on the back burner by AAA. After an hour of no confirmation from them, this gentleman, Curtis, stopped by asked if I needed help and took care me with courtesy and respect. Not only are they reasonably priced Curtis made sure to answer all of my questions. He made sure that I understood how the process would work. God put Mr. Curtis in my life on Saturday night. I was 170 miles from home and broken down on the interstate in the middle of what seemed like nowhere. I used USAA's tow assistance service and they advised that I find my own tow because they weren't able to find anyone. It was 8 pm, dark, and no one was answering the phone. I called 10 tow companies without success. I was scared and hopeless. I resorted to the idea that I may have to abandon my car. At 10:30, I got a text from USAA that Valet Towing would be there in 2 hours. The feeling of relief I had is indescribable. Mr. Curtis called me to make sure I was safe. I told him the mile marker I was at and he knew the exact area I was and told me to hang tight. He was busy, but he was making his way to me. At 1:04, he arrived and had my car loaded within 7 minutes. He was a genuine lifesaver and towed my car 22 miles away to the closest Nissan. I am unsure what I would've done without him. Thank you isn't enough. He went above and beyond what anyone else did and for that, I pray they have endless blessings and prosperity.
It took a while but the agent I spoke with assured me of the drivers status all the way through and was very empathetic to my situation! Once they arrived he was professional! Quick! And friendly! He secured my car perfectly! It didn't move an inch! Will def use them again!
Arrived promptly. Polite. Loaded my car with care. When the arranged for repair shop refused the car, they notified me quickly and stored my car safely overnight. Then took it next day to alternate repair shop and again, notified me quickly. Very happy with the service and how quickly they responded to my needs. Strongly recommend.

I had a very late, evening tow, and Isaac was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. I would 100% recommend that anyone in the area use a Valet for their towing needs.

On 3-19-21, I had a blow out, Mr. Curtis at Valet Towing, and my tow driver Mr. Devondrick were the most courteous service people I have encountered. I was towed to the nearest Discount Tire, didnt know where I was as I live in MN. The tow truck was at my location when stated, a plus for me as I had waited for over an hour for a tire change, which didnt happen. THANK YOU VALET FOR YOUR SERVICE much appreciated!! I would use this service again.
