Car was towed and alignment and esc is messed up causing car to make weird noise and drive to the left. Also, a new bottle of Versace cologne and over 10 dollars in change was missing from my car. Drove all the way to Fort Worth from Dallas to talk to "Management" and have been told it's impossible with a flat bed. I have been getting the run around for weeks and DO NOT recommend this towing company unless you want your cars messed up with no response.
I had a great experience with Ron's Towing when I locked myself out of my car today. Jerome was there within minutes of my call. He was very friendly and professional and handled the problem quickly and skillfully. The price was very reasonable, too.
I called and asked about muy car needing a tow out of an auto storage, they were very kind and helpful on the phone and when I hit to the location it was just my luck that there was already a driver doing a drop off. The driver met up with me and he very kindly helped me out I really appreciate these guys.

Yesterday evening, I along with my mother were hit hard in a hit and run incident that caused a multicar collision which led to an undriveable vehicle with extensive damage. Before Ron's Towing arrived, as a free courtesy, another friendly tow truck service moved us out of danger to a safe space at a nearby QT, as we were in the middle lane of one of the area's busiest intersections.
The police contacted a tow service for us (Ron's) because the previous one had to go. When the driver arrived, he was totally inconsiderate about our situation. We were physically hurt and exhausted after the incident, and had to walk quite a ways up a hill to safety (one person being over 70). He told us it would be $150 to tow. When I wanted to check to see if the insurance company would tow, he said the police already called so we could either pay the $150 now to tow it home or he will take it to the pound. Then he told me to call the number on the side of the truck and take care of the payment. When I called, they told me it would be $155 because if it wasn't done in cash, its a different price. This was just to tow the car about 1.8 miles. He refused to tow unless he was paid before the tow. Never seen that situation before.
When he towed the vehicle, upon arrival I told him we needed it in the driveway as he wanted to drop it off in the street. He claimed he was unable to put it in the driveway so I said he could just drive around from the opposite way and get it in the drive way. He said he didn't have time. He asked to place it in the middle of the street and I told him that's a violation to leave a car there. Despite my request he dropped it off in the middle of the street anyway and instead of him putting it in the driveway himself, left me to drag the vehicle out the middle of the street with a flat tire, axle broken, things hanging off the vehicle, among other things, and went on his way. Worst towing experience ever at the worst time.
Called and asked, how long would it be for a tow at my location. I was told 30 minutes......Actually what she should have said was, could take up to an hour and a half. Just be honest to your callers. Pretty sure people ask how long it would be because they have a schedule to keep. After the tow was passed time for my scheduled service; I called over and over being put on hold continously and to boot, being told I couldn't have a full refund because of cancelation fee. I told her, if I wasn't lied to originally saying 30 minutes......I could have called some other towing company.
Literally tried to run me off the road … followed me just to make a u turn in the other direction… creepy and dangerous

They got to me at a reasonable time to tow me The driver David was very professional and nice he let me sit in his truck while he hooked the truck up. It was 5 degrees outside at the time. I have had to be towed before and I can always count on the drivers to arrive when they say they will be there and the office will call to keep you updated
Fast and quick service. Called and within 10-15 minutes the tow truck arrived when I was given estimated time of 30-45 minutes. Driver was great. Will definitely use their service again.

Never use this company for Towing they are worst company I have ever delt with. They are very unprofessional. They will quote you a price but they will charge 3-4 times more, they will exploit your situation, they will lie to charge you more money, totally illegal. On 08/06/24, I called Ron's Towing, Inc to Winch out an empty 53 ft trailer. They quoted me $594.89 and charged my credit card. After 1 hour they said the driver unable to Winch out and another Truck and driver need to be dispatch to do the work and it will cost additional $594.89. The first driver does not know anything he didn't do any job. The second driver Winch out the trailer. They charged $ 2058.89 copy of all the bills uploaded here. Do not use this company, they are dangerous, be careful.

My wife called Ron's for a heavy wrecker to tow our Kenworth after our transmission threw a fault. They sent out Eric, who was as professional as one could be. The only reason that I am giving them a 3 is because it’s been forever since I’ve used them and when I used them last I spoke to the most amazing young lady I can’t remember her name but it was like Emma or Melly or something because she was the only one who I thought personally knew what she was doing. This last time I called and was trying to get a quote on a tow they were rude and it made me just feel so frustrated that I hung up and just didn’t get my car towed after all.

Towing operator Gene came out to help me when I dropped my trailer. He got me situated in no time. I was totally satisfied with the service from Ron's Towing, and I will be using them and recommending them to other trucking companies.
Alright, where to start. The office staff are not very
knowledgeable of the wrecker industry. That should
already be a sign of doom. Then you have several people
transferring you around from one office to another just to
set up service.
So, I scheduled a wrecker to be out at 8am. At 8:30am I
call and request to know where the wrecker was located.
Now they wanted a credit card on file. I give them a credit
card and ask for them to get someone out. They assured
me they would be out now. I get a call saying that they are
sending out a flatbed instead of the heavy duty wrecker I
requested. Mind you, I spoke to 4 different people and
requested the same equipment from all.
I check back at 10:30am. Now I am being told that they
will be out with the wrecker within the hour. This is not
the requested time, but they already wasted so much of
my time. What's another hour?
Fast-forward to 12:30pm, no wrecker in sight. I decided to
call back the office. The initial person who I spoke with
refused to speak to me on the phone now. I had
ANOTHER person from the office tell me it'll be another 3
hours. Given their inability to even show up at 8am today.
I just assume 3 hours will equate to 3 days.
I advise anyone trying to do business with this company
to stay away. I mean, look at all the other reviews. They're
here for a reason.

I’ve used Rons towing twice now and both times were great! I would rather have not met Isaac by having both of my trucks explode but unfortunately I do not have the greatest choice in daily’s. Isaac took care of me both times and even offered advise! Best driver I’ve had for a tow service since I’ve been driving!
Ron's is awesome! I got a flat late last night and called early this morning to get a tow truck. They said they could have one to me by 8, and they were actually 15 minutes early! They also gave me a ride to the service center when I was fully expecting to take an Uber. The driver was very friendly and took great car of my car while loading/unloading. Would recommend to anyone!
They were super friendly and fast. And I was not expecting the driver to be cool with my dog in his truck, I was expecting to have to get an Uber to take us to the shop. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I need a tow, they will be who I call.
Driver showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional. We helped as much as we could but he had it handled very well. He even apologized for my situation which I thought was very caring. We followed him to the drop off point and he was a very safe driver. I will be using and recommending to all of my friends and family. Absolutely outstanding!
