Steve Bluhm & Daniel Fernandez were both amazing. I have a 2019 GMC terrain and I had a piece break on my SUV. I ordered off their website and not only did I get a confirmation email. I was informed one of the pieces was not in stock so I changed my order. They shipped out the item the next day and it showed up the following day. It’s perfect. Not only that I was able to call and talk to the person who sent me the email . He ordered me a piece that was the right piece when I had originally ordered the wrong piece. He was super personable & picked up on the phone on the 1st ring. I originally went to a different website to order a piece, but it took over three weeks and then they said 10 more days and it was another two weeks so I canceled the order. At the end of the day if you have a GMC and need to order parts, this place will not let you down. They go above and beyond in Customer Service 100%. They even informed me that they would do some research on a backorder piece and keep me up-to-date. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Don't answer and they hang up when they do answer. Never got my tracking number. Get transferred to 3 different people who can figure it out.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding a part order that I never received. This experience has been both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from one of America’s leading vehicle manufacturers. Despite being told on multiple occasions that the part would be shipped, I have yet to receive anything. The lack of follow-through and poor communication is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer service and reliability. I expected much better from a brand with such a strong reputation. This issue needs to be addressed seriously to prevent future customers from experiencing the same lack of accountability.

I regret not reading the reviews before choosing to order from this company, under the assumption that I was dealing with a trustworthy and reliable business for automotive parts. I placed an order through the website and only received an initial confirmation email. Since then, I have received no updates regarding the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have yet to receive any response. Additionally, I waited in the store lobby for three hours after being told by an employee that my order would be ready soon and to expect a confirmation email. Unfortunately, no such update ever came, resulting in a significant waste of time and resources. If you’re considering purchasing parts from this company, be aware that unless you’re buying directly in person—which often comes with an additional cost—you may face poor communication and delays. Given that these are OEM parts, I expected a far higher level of professionalism. Major retailers like AutoZone and O’Reilly provide faster, more responsive service, often fulfilling orders immediately upon placement. Update: They finally responded around 1:22 PM when I called again. Jessie answered and was able to fulfill my order. I wasn’t aware they closed at 2:00 PM, so I had to rush over to make it in time. Fortunately, I arrived by 1:55 PM, just before they were about to close. I’m glad I made it.

I was okay with the 1.5wk delay even though it said in stock. I’m however not okay with their shipping practices. These are metal gaskets that are supposed to remain flat. They bent the intake gasket and card to fit in a used Amazon box that was too small to even fit the gasket on the cardboard card. I’ve reached out and asked before, received nothing in reply even with pictures sent. I hate to say it, but I will not be doing business with this company again.

I ordered a part and then later got an email saying they gave me the wrong price and wanted around $30 more. This was after the payment went through. This is very unprofessional and not the kind of business I would ever recommend anyone deal with.

Order a part for my truck in October. Have been waiting since then. The only email I have received is the one confirming my purchase. I clicked on the track my order link and it popped up an error. Obviously it is not a good idea to order parts from here unless you want to give away free money. The lack of communication makes me positive this is a scam. I'm very unhappy with the whole thing.

Ordered parts for a hood on a 2017 gmc sierra November 7th. Was charged didn't see or hear anything for over month and a half. Emailed and called multiple times and couldnt talk to anyone. When i finally did got the run around. Finally called before Christmas and they said they were waiting on couple nutts and should be in another week. Fast forward never got any shipping and waited 2 weeks and they canceled order January 6th. 2 months of waiting and all I originally got confirmation email and their cancelation email. They havnt reached out or anything and very difficult to get ahold of.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Part ordered as it was showing in-stock, called them and verify. No shipping notification reply after 4 days of order acknowledgement. I sent a request of information per their instructions listed on the web-site. On the sixth day they cancelled the order stating national back order on this part. Their website still shows the part in-stock. Most likely this company should not use the internet since they can't perform services verified.

Beware. This place is either a scam or the most poorly run business. I ordered a part, never received it. Voicemails and emails went unanswered. After 6-weeks, I got a notice that my order was cancelled. 3-weeks later and still no refund. Wish I could give them 0-stars.

I ordered a car part July 12, 2023 and today is August 8th. I called once to get a status on my order and a guy picked up saying he will go in the back and check on my order. He put me on hold and the phone rang then he never picked back up. I called again and the same guy picked up right away and I stated I was the same caller trying to see the status on my package from July 12th. He then said “oh my bad bro I’ll look right now” then hung up. I called for the third time and luckily a woman picked up and actually helped me. She said the reason why my package has not been sent out yet is because they were trying to verify my VIN to make sure it is the correct car part…… the reason why they haven’t called me or email me about my VIN well before I called confuses me but at least she got my package shipped out. Customer service at the parts desk is terrible and unprofessional but at least the third time I called, someone wanted to do their job.

***Buyer Beware*** Please read before purchasing from here. I ordered 2 engine mounts,at the checkout the site asked for my vin# to verify parts will fit. So I did. I paid for 2 @ $70.89 each. 2 days later gmparts sent an email stating that the price was wrong,it was actually $86.00. I asked how could that be? They said because the price on the website was wrong.I asked "Is that my fault?" After no compromise I accused them of the famous "Bait and switch". So I called them out on their poor business tactic. The then canceled my order. I wish I could post the thread of emails to show the bad business tactic in black and white.

I found this vendor through Google. A few days ago, I priced a stripped rear step bumper for my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD. I found the price and with shipping, the total was slightly over $700. Today, I returned to place my order and was greeted by a chat window offering 25% off shipping. I replied and was given a code. When I used the code, the shipping charge went up $100. Even afte the discount, the total cost went up $35! No thanks!

I bought a tail gate liner and they did not send the mounting hardware. When I asked for the mounting hardware they sent me the wrong screws. When I ask for the proper hardware they stated "We have tried to help you as much as we can but unfortunately we can not send you free parts back and forth.". Do not order from them!

Would give zero stars but site wouldn't allow anything below pone. Ordered online and received the wrong part. They wanted to argue with me about what was ordered and what was sent. I just wanted a refund and a return label so I can send their part back. Never encountered such attitude from a business before (Jesus Perez). Still have yet to recieve a return label or refund. I guess small claims court is next.

Worst experienced unprofessional. I ordered a arm rest for my GMC Acadia 5 days. Ago I gave them My info, the car details etc. He told me that he will give me a call when it’s there. Told me it would take two days. I called today, and they are acting like I’ve never called them before. He asked me at least three times if I called them. I told him that from the beginning. He asked me if I already payed for it, I said no, because he never asked me any way of payment. He made it seem like I would pay when the part gets here. I don’t want to do business with a company who doesn’t remember me placing an order.

It's nice to be able to order the parts you need online and walk in and grab them. Would have been five stars except I had to wait 20 minutes behind people who didn't order their parts online.

You would truly be hard pressed to find worse service from a parts department at any dealership. Every time I order parts from here I have to call them over and over and they can never find my order, when is supposed to already be there. When they finally say they have my order I go up there and the guy at the counter can never find my parts & tells me I will have to come back tomorrow. This happens every time I get parts here.

Writing this review because I'm ordering parts from CT and Jesse gave me exceptional service over the phone to help with a "messed up" online order. Not only did he correct my issue, I was able to order a random interior piece for my car. I will continue to order my Malibu parts from this location!

I ordered the wrong part for my 2019 pick up and the staff found out by the vin number I sent in. They contacted me by email and phone and got the correct information. The correct part was sent. It saved me a lot of stress and aggravation. They seem to really know their business. They were very helpful. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

A+ service. Had to order a replacement mirror for my car and they had it in stock and shipped it on the same day. Prices were lower than the competition and use their shipping promo code to save on that as well. It was the simplest and easiest way to get this replacement mirror.

Normally if i do not have anything nice to say i won't say anything, however this Chevrolet dealership who claims friendliness was not to me. I got clipped on the roads taking off my passenger side mirror on my Cjevy cargo van which left me with a bad sitiation because of rhe blind spot. So i immediately got to this dealership and bought the mirror. I needed a tool to put it on...just 3 nuts is all less than a couple of minutes to do. I asked and asked and got bounced from one person to the next without resolve or even considerate consideration. Nothing. It certainly isn't about money i mean i overpaid for the part by going to the dealer, they're Just not As friendly as they advertise. Im now going to "use the force" hoping i don't hit anyone on my passenger side to go look for a 3/8ths in wrench. I would have even paid to have then put it on, but that wasn't even an option for me here at not so friendly Chevrolet....# unfriendly update..... the autozone a mile away loaned me the tool to fix my Chevy express cargo van.... so much more friendly than the dealer!

I ordered apart and it took them 30 days to even get the party in. No telling how long for it to be shipped too me. I was never even notified of the order status. The parts tech that answered the phone seemed to be completely lost when i asked for information. I will not use them ever again

Ordered parts for an 02 trailblazer. Parts came quickly with confirmations during each step of the process. Got everything I needed for $300+ less than my local dealer wanted shipping included. Would definitely use again.

Easily ordered parts for a 2008 Trailblazer, confirmation emails at each step. Parts shipped same day that I ordered and delivered with a final parts + shipping cost at least 30% lower than my local dealer wanted, plus I would have to drive to the dealership. Will order again! A+++
