If I could give this towing company zero stars, I would. Their driver was an absolute menace on the road today, speeding through residential streets like they were on a racetrack. This tow truck was swerving across two lanes, cutting off other drivers, and putting everyone around them at risk. No regard for traffic laws or basic safety—narrowly missed side-swiping my car while barreling through a 25 mph zone. It’s reckless, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. I wouldn’t trust this company to tow a toy car, let alone handle anything on public roads. Avoid at all costs unless you want chaos on wheels.
This company is the same as park and tow solutions. Who has. 2.1 in google review they are hiding behind a new name and new face. This is not a company I would use
Oh my gosh, 360 Towing Solutions was a lifesaver! My car died on me in the worst spot, and I was freaking out a little. But I called them, and they were so calm and helpful. They got to me super fast, even with all the Dallas traffic. The driver was nice and knew his stuff. He loaded my car with no problem, and I was on my way. The price was fair, too. If you need a tow in Dallas, call these guys – they're the best!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were rude on the phone, rude when they finally showed up (they were late), they didn't line the flat bed up with my tires, and the tow truck driver berated me and said "Oh I'm a mechanic, you don't need a tow, all you need is an o-ring." I said all I needed was for him to tow my car. He said "What if I don't tow your car?"
I told him to get out of here and leave. He said, "Go ahead, call my dispatch!"
I was lucky my car was in a safe place, because under other circumstances, they would have taken advantage of me if I had been in an unsafe situation on the side of the road.
After that, I read their google reviews and it seems like they have a several year history of treating customers badly. I wouldn't recommend this shady company to my worst enemy. I'm glad they didn't get my car on the truck because they probably would have demanded more money to let it down.
Overall good experience. The pricing seems like it would probably cause some issues, but my driver was polite, friendly, and quick. Sunday afternoon tow, call center informed me that there would be a non-refundable $99 service call charge whether they tow or not. Fair. Driver got the car hooked up and then had me provide destination and finished the payment process. In addition to the $99 service call charge, there was an $80 hookup charge and ~$5/mi mileage charge ($25 total). Not knowing that they charge a separate hookup fee in addition to the service call charge would probably frustrate most people so just be aware. Mine was a simple tow, no highway, flat tire, collision, etc. I was expecting $100-150 for the tow so wasn’t worth the stress of being annoyed for me personally. I just hope that the hookup charge is used to pay my driver a reasonable wage.

Had my tire changed for a spare. The spare tire was low on air. They didn't have an air pump and did not fill up my tire. So I paid 150 to have a flat switched with a flat. I dont mind the price for a tire change, but for the money i would at elast expect an air pump be available. That being said the staff were friendly and good people.
I was in a real jam when my truck wouldn't start. After calling a bunch of places, I found 360 towing solutions online. I called them up and they were able to send a tow truck for me in about 30 minutes. The driver was really helpful and nice and the price was really good. I was really impressed by their service and would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow truck.
After trying to depend on my roadside assistance with my insurance since we were out of state and did not have anyone to call to help at 11 pm at night and them letting me down drastically we called 360 towing and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly and very fast. I would highly recommend.

Please do not use them They are thieves. They will never give you the correct price. As soon as your car is loaded on the truck they will trick you into paying more money. They told me $89 to tow for a 5 mile distance. At the end i was charged $239. Do not use 360 towing service.They are fraudsters
I was having a great day until I had an ugly flat approximately 5 minutes away from my job. Tore pretty much off the rim. Not to mention it was raining so now I was even more disgusted. Luckily there was a gas station nearby I pulled into and parked. I googled some towing places and came across 360 towing. They were amazing from the customer service to Joe the driver. I'm happy again to know I had help. He was very professional and polite. I appreciated his help very much and I didn't have to wait long either. Joe is amazingly professional and I highly recommend this company if your ever in need.
Eli came out to tow my car after I got two flats. He called to get my location and arrived promptly 10 minutes later. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ll be happy to use this company again!
Every other tow company had over a 2 hr wait. Sam was able to come rescue me within 20 minutes! He didn't even have to tow me, he jumped my car and it started right up! Best tow/but not really tow experience I've had! Sam's great! Thanks so much!

Was VERY disappointed about how they handled discussing their fees over the phone they let me know that the tow would be $35-$75. When I got the bill to pay the final payment there was a $59 service fee and then $30 in additional labor. When I asked what the additional labor was for I was told that is another standard fee and that he didn't charge Milage, like he was cutting me a break. Which I was told on the phone that they wouldn't charge milage anyways. We took less than an hour of the guys time, we backed the vehicle up to the flat bed and all he did was hook on two hooks and strap down all tires. To me that should be part of this $59 service standard fee, not sure where this extra labor came in. Then it was towed 1.4 miles down the road. When I asked the driver about the bill and what I was told on the phone, he wasn't shocked and made it sound as if he got this comment from most of his customers. That their call center and the drivers aren't on the same page with pricing.... SCAM!!! Lastly, while the driver was undoing the car I decided to check my card activity and he had double charged my card the $59 service fee, he did submit a refund, but still added to the whole frustration to the transaction. Will never recommended this company! $200 for 30 mins of work, sad!!!!!

Horrible experience. The dispatcher, Nathan told me he had a driver available now and that the driver would call me. Nathan quoted me a price of $129.00 and he would require a card to secure it. I gave him my card number and waited for the driver to call. About 10 minutes later the driver calls and tells me he 45 minutes away. That is not now. the driver got there and loaded my car. He damaged the front spoiler with his cable. When we got to my destination the price was now $224.00 that had to be paid before he would unload it. I called Nathan back about the higher price now and his attitude was that he knows what he's doing is shady and he admitted that a lot of other people have complained and he doesn't care. When my car was unloaded I went to start it and the battery was dead. the driver had left the ignition on the whole time. Do not use this company. I will be reporting them to the state licensing department. The driver also said that Nathan is actually in Israel and not even in the US, another reason not to use them. They claim to be local.
These guys were AWESOME! The fuel pump in my truck went out while my wife was driving and I tried calling around for a tow. I called 2 companies who told me they couldn't tow my truck were I needed it! I called 360 and Sam came and pick me up with no problem. He came within minutes which was really great because it was hot and we were in a dangerous part of the hwy. I appreciate them for caring enough to help us!
Positive experience with the tow truck driver he was nice and professional. The price however is not what I feel reasonable. $55 just to make a call, $95 for a towing charge and $25 for labor. I was told on the phone that the towing charged was $65 - $95 but did not expect to be charged a maximum of $95. Person on the phone needs to just add up the total and be up front instead of just making it sound cheaper than other towing companies. Total bill was $202 for my car to be towed 9 miles to my house.
Got Ripped off! They say $55 for a service call and $3 a mile..... sound legit. But..... $75 once they get there to load your vehicle (no that's not included in the service call). They won't bring a flat bed, but will up charge you again to use old school tow truck straps and lights. Even though they picked the service vehicle to send. Then expect 2-3 more misc. charges for connections, labor, drop off. If you dispute and charges, instead of dis using they will say "pay the charges, or pay the charges + impound fee. They also refuse to take your vehicle off the tow truck until you pay. Sound like they do this a lot.
This company uses several different names and they practice are unethical. Our car was disable and we called for towing service on Christmas day. I do understand it was a holiday but it doesn’t mean that you rip people off. The car wash not wrecked, just a blowout tire. So, it wasn’t anything major to charge special equipment and service fee. They said they could not give an amount until they got to the destination. The destination was only a few miles from the disablement to destination address. On top of that we waited over an hour and we called back the driver was at wrong location due to their dispatcher fault. Again, we wait another 30 minutes and another 30 minutes. We waited over 2 hour and 30 minutes. The waiting wasn’t a problem but the charges was ridiculous and unfair especially when they sent the driver to the wrong address. The driver hooks up the car drive to the location then tells us $230 for the tow. OMG! Really! So basically, they hook your car up and if you don’t have the outrages fee or money than they can drive off with your car then charge you more money to get your vehicle back from them and on his receipt, he puts the wrong mileage instead of the actual miles. I called and spoke with the rude and unprofessional manager and he stated that is their policy and it was a holiday so we charge more money (the owners give us permission to rip people off . . . that is how we operate). You would think holiday perhaps $30, or $40 dollars extra not a $145. This is bad business and cheating the consumer. He said he didn’t care if I complained about the service, I got your money and just deal with it. I guess he don’t mind if someone rip off his wife, mother, or daughter too because he been doing this for eight years and he is so proud of be a swindler and jack rabbit. I do not recommend this company for any kind of services unless you want to be out of a lot of money.They want a star that they don't deserve. This company show be shut down or fine by the state.
