This company has no integrity or regard for road safety. Doesn’t have a license plate to start with. Saturday I was driving a distance behind the truck when I notice the dirty bed full of rocks (your required to either have a clean bed or covering) which then cracked my windshield. Drove to side of the towing truck to signal to the guy but then got a show of hands and frustration and he sped up to then cut me off. I called the office to report and a young lady answered and provided a phone number to send a picture of my windshield and video of the driver. I never got a call back that day. I called Monday and a different person answered with no idea about the situation. Said a supervisor would call the next day. Didn’t receive a call and so I called again Wednesday. Next person answers and said they’d call me again. Finally called Friday and spoke to the manager Jeff who blatantly said that since they get so many calls about damaged windshields (wonder why if the beds should always be clean?) and if I didn’t have video evidence of the incident happening then they aren’t going to do anything. They could’ve have said this and argued it in the first place on Saturday so I could’ve called the police to report but amazingly they had me waiting on them for almost a week just to say good riddance.
Always a Miscommunication with these guys... When their ego gets upset, they forget their professionalism. They are aggressive and try to intimidate customers... Go ahead try them yourself, you've been warned. Cops called issue not resolved . Also, if your a big rig like me, they will disconnect your drive line and won't reinstall it back after towing.. they said they are not required to do so. I promise you they care less about you as a customer. Never ever again Massey towing!!

This company run by scammers, they trick you into thinking they can solve your problems and they leave another issue after another issue they took out of me 20,000$ to fix an Issue that that it’s not even worth my time explaining and was never solved. !!!!DONT COME HERE!!
Casz from Massey’s Towing responded to my OnStar Chevy Road Service call. Flat tire in freeway, was able to exit to side street talking to OnStar while safely parking. 45 mins port to port, Casz changed my tire and took care of me! Thank you!
My vehicle was towed for "parking in the grass" at 11:34pm on Christmas day by HGH towing, but my vehicle ended up at Massey. They must be all the same company and just using the different name because they don't want to ruin the Massey name. $359.20 to get my vehicle out. Customer service hung up on me the first time and wouldn't even talk to me about the situation at all. My vehicle has been parked in that spot when at home for the past 9 years without an issue. Very shady company, I'd never do business with them. They shouldn't be permitted to put bible verses on the side of the Massey trucks because what they did on Christmas to people here at Lakewood in Royse City is absolutely horrible. I hope the state of Texas punishes this business accordingly. If this has happened to you, please reach out to the state and the attorney generals office.
I got stuck with no oil pressure and the guys came to tow my truck. The shop had me ready the next day. I am very impressed with the fast service and fair prices. Highly recommended Thank you very much !!!
I brought my truck in there to get an EGR valve put in and a tire and mud flap bracket. When I got there my dash was all loose and my bed in my bunk was full of dirt, rocks, and garbage. I'm talking on my bed and all. Then they didn't do my mud flap bracket. When I left now my serpentine belt tensioner is bad now. So now my truck is at international fixing what they messed up. Smh. Don't recommend anyone bringing your truck there for any service

One of the worst experiences I have ever in the truck maintenance. I asked to know how much and the owner asked about $300 and plus for the small cracks shown on the picture. And I say too much and he wanted to charge me for 30 minutes because someone came and looked at it. When I went to take my truck the guy already started it. I have no choice and let them do it.
To my surprise the office is full of bibles quotes and the characters of the owner is quite rude and I bet he never read anything from the Bible. Shameful to see this kind of behavior while showing unbelievable disregard to fellow human being.
I just ran into a truck from your company on the 75 north service road, and the driver of your unit was coming into contact with cars at high speed, he almost hit me, I had to stop because he didn't stop and almost crushed my truck, the 2 women who were with the driver were very rude, looking at people badly and making fun of them, I attached the photo because he was about to hit me
These people put their lives at risk and those of their customers at risk.
There was a child of around 4 years old (son of one of the drivers) walking close to where the procedure was taking place, putting her life at risk.
They have no idea what they are doing. I don't recommend
Please do not use this company, They are scammers. I run a major trucking company in the DFW area. I called and spoke with the owner of the company. I explained that I needed a tractor towed from Carrollton to the international dealership in McKinney TX. The owner quoted me 650.00. This was at 2:00 pm, he said it would be 60 to 90 min to arrive, and I agreed. The driver showed up 2 1/4 hours later. The driver picked up the unit and left. My mechanic on site that released the unit, received a call from the owner stating that it was going to be to late for his driver to arrive in McKinney, which was very odd. the owner asked if he could just take the unit back to his location and deliver it first thing in the morning. My mechanic agreed, then the next morning we received a call for payment, 100 % ok. the lady stated that the bill was now 1100.00. When we asked why the bill was wrong, she stated that there was a storage charge. we tried to explain what had happened and that this was their doing not ours. The lady became very ugly and rude. We asked to speak with the owner to get this straightened out, but she said he was not there and that he was the one who told her to charge the extra charges. We then waited until Monday to speak with the owner, he came to the phone and told us that the charges would remain on the bill, we asked why that was because it was his idea to do this to help his driver. The owner said you should have asked if there were any charges, We reminded him again that he had requested we let the truck stay at his location to help him out. We had no choice but to pay this ransom to get our truck back. I normally do not write reviews on companies, but I really fill strongly that need to get the word out to anyone who will listen about what a bad company this is. I have also turned them into the State.
My insurance arranged for Massey to pick up my vehicle. They never arrived. When I called, they said they could not come because it was in a parking garage even though I assured them that it was NOT and even offered to move it to another area away from the nearby garage.. they just said "sorry we can't help you". They never called to tell me they weren't coming and refused to help me when I did call. I would definitely recommend against using this service
You can tell a lot about a company by the people they employ. There driver attempted to rear end me after honking numerous times because traffic was not moving to their liking.
Then proceeded to cut off multiple vehicles just to get around traffic.
On a two lane toll road at that. 0/10 recommend.
I'm not from texas, didn't really know anyone there, but these guys were fast to come out, and reasonable in the charges. Getting towed sucks, but this wasn't too bad. Definitely knew their stuff.
Would not recommend. As a tow truck business, They should be able to except credit card payment by the driver or over the phone. It took the tow truck driver 5 minutes to pull our rig out and then charge $1,900.00. Is this what America has come to....
Very friendly and fast service. We had two blown out tires on our 18-wheeler and they went to help our driver with two new tires and rims during Dallas afternoon rush hour. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
I had a flat on a company trailer and these guys were recommended. Let me tell ya. The guy said he was 15 minutes away and made earlier. And changed the tire in minutes. Fastest I have ever had a tire change done. Amazing!! Beautiful black Dually with gold decals. Recommend to anyone

My truck was stranded on the side of I75, Massey's towed us to their shop and were to give us a call when they figure out what was wrong with the truck and to let us know what needed to be done for the approval. They called us after whole day to let us know that the drive shaft was broken, and it needed to be repaired and that they already sent it to be repaired, they wanted to over charge us for that. We found out later at another shop that it wasn't broken at all. They didn't allow our driver to come to the truck to take his belongings and didn't communicate with us at all. We had to tow our truck to another shop and got it repaired there in one they. The truck was at Massey's for almost 2 weeks as they didn't want to put back on our drive shaft that wasn't broken at all. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Will never use this company again. They tell you one price . I pay for it, they give me a receipt. Then I look at my credit card statement they charged MORE ! I called there to have this corrected the guy I talked to was very rude. If you need any towing service in DFW area call Hester's they are much much better and they don't try to rip you off.
I just wanted to say thank you to Massey’s Towing and the driver Chris for helping me out yesterday. I needed a tow from Oak Cliff to Farmers Branch and they were there in no time and also the cheapest I found but professional. Would definitely recommend them!
Gave them 2 stars because they I feel they over charged. $95 service call + 2 hours labor $190 for a jump start which only took 10 min. I think a little too much also considering truck was only 11 miles away from their address. Other than this, they were on time and were able to get us going
