ordered a part for my car to get it ready for a vacation they said they would get it 2 days before my trip I called 20 times the day it was supposed to be delivered from 2-5:30 pm not one call was answered called 15 more times the day before my trip finally when someone did answer they said the part they were going to send was no good and they had canceled the order without calling or telling me so I could order one somewhere else and even though they knew about it and they had more of them they weren't going to deliver it till after I was supposed to be on vacation causing me to need to rent a car to drive because of there screw up wouldn't help me out in anyway really screwed me super hard and didn't care worst customer service from what is supposed to be the most recognized brand in the business

TBH I stopped by a couple tire shops near Lkq and was told they couldn't get a stripped lug nut off the rim . So.. I stopped by Lkq tire shop and not only did the service person take the stripped lug nut off. he made sure I would be able to get the rest of them off the other wheels when time comes . Very affordable and friendly. Thanks LkQ. I will most definitely be using your service If ever needed.

Horrible customer service, they waste too much time, they say something date to receive item and after three days they deny saying that, Overall very disappointed to their customer service, their shipping even their parts When some call you guys is for one purpose reason not matter of ignoring them Be respectful be Serious when someone calls There is a hundreds other places much cares about their own customer people can get used parts it’s not just LKQ!!!!! Your sale person ignored my call on Friday last week and didn’t take my order professionally here is my one star to you un professional sale guy You don’t even deserve a single one also but the Corrupted system set like this to earn one. Have it!

We personally contacted Ted from Unique Auto in regards to our 2006 Dodge Ram having engine problems and it was under warranty through Spartan Engine and LKQ out of Dallas TX. Our truck started having this problem in November 2021 and we opened the claim with Spartan in November. We took the truck to Unique towards the end of February 2022 or first part of March. After that, the tug of war began with LKQ, Unique and excuses after excuses regarding communication, open bays for repairs, accusations between Unique and LKQ, service technicians not available, injuries, delays in parts and on. Seriously? My wife and I run a nonprofit organization. This truck was needed. We had to buy another used truck just to get by. Yet we're still paying monthly insurance for the Dodge and licenses. I wish I could give you a better suggestion on using this company. But I'm not going to lie about our experience here. It's ridiculous, frustrating and extremely disappointing. At 125 bucks an hour? Save your money. Find a better place or do your own work. That's what I should have done. Boo hoo me. I will NEVER recommend this company or Spartan Engines.

When I first called I was able to talk to someone I asked for the part I wanted the guy said hold on. I stayed on the phone for 30min. before I realized they hung up. That was around 10:30am I been calling no one has answered the phone

I purchased a fuel pump on Thursday. I was told 24 hours and a phone call. I didn't receive either. I called in and was told the pump would be in on Monday. Don't plan on your part being there the next day, you may have to wait.

LKQ sent me a well-conditioned used transmission. No parts were broken, the delivery was free and was sent straight to the car shop I was getting work done at. Not every employee there is great but there is a sales rep by the name of Wilcox at extension x3719 who is excellent. He worked with me all the way up until my transmission was delivered. If you do not get an answer I would highly recommend using his extension. Overall great experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong transfer case. I looked at the wrong code, so completely my fault. Robin took care of it and sent the correct one to our shop at no extra charge. In my opinion, they had no obligation to fix my mistake, especially for free, but they did.

I ordered a air filter box and received it broken, so they had to find another one, showed me pictures of it and it was in good shape, ordered that one. I had to wait another day for it and when it arrived, it was broken. Again another day of waiting after reordering, for some reason the price changed (a little cheaper)with each one. Couldn’t get a refund for the difference at the store, they said my refund would be mailed to me in a few weeks. Three weeks go by, nothing. Called and let them know my refund has not be received, they didn’t know anything about a refund. Finally I had to email corporate office and complain after 8 weeks of this foolishness. Refund was received finally. I’ll never buy anything from this company again! Horrible experience both times I’ve dealt with this company! This was just one of them.

what a garbage company, no one there is willing to do their job, always sending broken/damaged parts, why are you cutting wiring harnesses on engines that come with the engine that require 1 thing to be in plugged, instead butcher every wire they can find. they NEVER come get cores and they sit around the shop taking up space for months, should be charging LKQ for storage, don't listen to anyone, over priced garbage. everyone in LKQ can G.F.Y. bunch of no good hacks. worst customer service on the planet, PLEASE USE ANY OTHER OPTION YOU CAN BEFORE LKQ, unfortunately I am stuck using them at the moment and i'm tempted to give my customers their number to call them and yell at them about the garbage parts they send and how i have to add on so much addition stuff due to their lack of giving a F. hope your holidays SUUUUCKED!

worst customer service i have ever delt with by far. I called LKQ at 930a and spoke to Joe about an engine for purchase. Everything went well Joe took down my information and the mechanic information where the engine was going to be shipped to. After all of that Joe stated to wait for an email from LKQ with a link to pay for the engine and i should receive it in 30min. Lets just say i am still waiting for that email with that link at 9pm. Anyway, long story short i called the store and spoke to Joe every hour to let him know that i still havent received the email and the engine is expected to be at the mechanic by the morning. St about 4pm i was very frustrated and i called back demanding what was the the problem, because its now been 7hrs since i ordered the engine and still havent received the link to pay for it . I guess Joe got tired of me and he ended up cancelling my order because he didnt like my tone. I told him not to cancel my order because i needed it and all i want to know was what was taking so long for the link. Well, Joe still cancelled my order after he gave ne a different location (grand prairie) to go and pay for the engine there. Waste of time, major improvement needed on customer service and whatever department was handling the email for the link need to do way better. Will never order from them again. I ended up getting my engine from else where and it only took 5min not 7hrs.

LKQ has gone downhill. I ordered a cowl from them. They tried delivering but got lost. Use Google Maps? I went to pickup the part and it was broken. Drove 45 minutes 1-way. Waste of time and TOLL money.

Worst customer service, they said that they ordered the differential I needed 6 days ago and said it would be ready Monday of this week, then I called them that Monday asking about the part and said it isn't ready for pick up until Wednesday which is today. Called again as of today and still hasn't gotten there, called about 5 times about the part and no one answers the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place

Coming from a Master Technician who has used LKQ in the past many times, I must say that if you understand how buying automotive parts is, LKQ is awesome in every way. At times it may take a while for them to pick up your core, that's why I just drive to my local LKQ amd deliver myself to insure I get back my core charge right then with no issues at. all.

I only use LKQ because I don't have a whole lot of other choices. These guys never answer the phone and when they do, they talk to you like you're inconveniencing them. Be aware what you're getting into when you call them.

One word, SCAM! Please do not buy any parts from them. They do not test out their parts and will hold you liable for any issues!! I purchased an engine and spend thousands just for it not to work. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY!!!!

getting parts delivered to my shop is an absolute nightmare,ill call dispatch an dispatch tells me that driver should be at my shop in next couple of hours according to drivers gps route well end of day n no parts same story for 3 days in a row.Finally dispatch tells me to go pick up my part at will call in Grand Prairie Tx.When i get to will call the next day,it takes another 30 min for them find my part that was supposed to be at front counter waiting for me.Not the first time driver continuously skips my shop!!

I needed a transmission for my Mitsubishi Outlander and they delivered to the auto shop from another state in about 3-4 days. Very convenient.
