I was stranded on the side of the road near downtown Dallas with a flat tire, and I was completely stressed out because I had no idea what to do. I called their team, and they were so friendly and professional from the start. They arrived incredibly fast (way quicker than I expected) and took care of my tire in no time. The technician was super polite, explained everything he was doing, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to help. Price is not consistent and can change each time called. Cost can vary and can increase afterward without additional work. The guy who picked up the phone was rude. He got more rude and agitated when I asked for the price. The guy who came out to assist charged even more than what was mentioned over the phone. He charged about $250 for 5-7 min work. He tried to justify the cost by saying that calling in alone for assistance is about $150. They give the customer no choice but to pay since the price increase was not mentioned until after the work was done. The cost is much more than what was quoted over the phone. They seem to be more focused on collecting money while lacking competency and professionalism.

Received a jump start was charged $139 (including $20 labor for 5-10 minutes of work) this was more money than I was told on the phone. The guy was more concerned about taking my money after his job was finished. Did not seem very competent to me and I don’t think the service was great. Don’t remember his name but wouldn’t recommend them.
The officers that came out to assist me were amazing! They got out of their car and pushed me up a hill on hand and foot. They got me the safety and they were truly amazing. I've never met officers like these!! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.
Dallas Roadside Assistance saved the day! A brick fell off the truck in front of me on hwy 75 and I of course it hit. I sat in my car on the side of the highway for 10 minutes trying to figure out a solution and then Dallas Roadside Assistance pulled up behind me and helped me get to a safe place so I could he could change my tire. I’m so thankful for the help!!
DO NOT USE! They take advantage of you when you are stranded and can't hear.
I called for a simple dead battery and needing a jump start. I was told $45-60 for a jump start in the middle of a bunch of legal speak. They did say the price may go up if they have to do more work. It is really hard to hear when you stranded in a busy area. . I agreed because I knew I just needed a jump start and it would be straight forward. They then took my credit card number and forced me to commit before I had any more information .
They then told me that I would be contacted within the hour. I thought that meant help would arrive, not get a call telling me that they had dispatched someone.
The entire process took over 2 hours and cost $170 for a 5 minute jump start.
I called to complain and they said there was $125 service call then the additional $45 for the actual start.
Charged me 283 dollars to go 2 miles, took advantage of me in a sticky situation. Flat on highway had to move to safe location to change and did not offer to help took mabe 30 minutes total time.
I was under the impression that this was the free service provided by the state. Then I was informed it would be $15 per gallon. With a 2 gallon minimum. Then the tow truck comes a lot later than he initially told me. Then tells me there is an $89 service call fee. The had no option at that point as it was extremely hot and had my 3 kids in the car. And the guy spilled half the gas on the ground.
Beware. Not truthful at all.
My motorcycle clutch snapped so I called them for a tow, my only complaint is that they took 2 hrs to get to me for a 4 mile tow and I was in town Dallas area. It was $160 expensive, but the driver was a good guy he did his job and got me and my bike home. Would of given them 4 stars if it wasn’t for making me wait 2 hrs.
Great service from start to finish. He went above and beyond what was required and we had a bunch of laughs along the way. Which was totally welcomed when you need to call a tow the first place . Would recommend 10/10
Called to enquire about cost of jumping a car battery. Told them I would call them back because I wanted to check their price against someone else's.
The guy hung up on my without any reply.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. Driver was quick, and worked beyond what I could expect to resolve the issue. This is the first time I’ve ever needed a tow truck in my life, but if it ever happens again, I hope I’m within range of Dallas Roadside Assistance. They got my vehicle out of an extremely delicate position with no damage to the car. It definitely wasn’t easy but they made it happen. Very reasonable price too. Would have paid more than they charged.

So. Closest tow outfit to where my car decided to call it quits. “We will have a driver to you in 15 minutes.” 30 minutes later, “he didn’t call you?” 30 minutes later, “he’s on his way, he didn’t call you?” 30 minutes later he calls & says he’ll be here in 20 minutes. But, hey, I paid that $89 non refundable fee so I guess that’s that. Wouldn’t recommend. Still waiting.
I had a tire that busted as I was on my way to amc 30 movies theater in mesquite. I called them a few times which wasn't an answer. Finally I spoke with someone who was so adamant about getting my card info to pay for the service. Even though I was in need of their service, I still had questions and concerns but I felt rushed on the phone. I was told someone will be out in 15 to 20 min to help but once I paid I was then told 45min to a hour. They finally came out to change out my tire to put on the spare but I feel they are over priced for their services.
Sam was amazing! He came out to us quick, and instantly started helping us in the rain. Quick, efficient, and super nice! I recommend him to be sent out whenever someone needs help.

I was quoted $59 plus $40 to $80 on tire change. I asked why the range, the dispatcher said it depend on the location, hazard, Time. I told him that car is in my car. Dispatch comes out, very nice professional guy. He tried to change my tire but couldn't because I messed up my wheel lock. (My fault). Comes back with a bill of $139, $80 instead of the $40. I asked why he didn't charge $40 on top of $59 service, he said that they are instructed to always charge $80 not $40. Why lie? Just tell me it's $139 and I would have been good with it. I am disputing the charge to $109 because at's not what I was quoted. Bad business guys!
Buyer beware. I needed service one block away from Harvest Hill road, which came up as the tow service nearest me. Dispatch stated they will be right there and he “knows exactly where we are around the block.” I’m thinking minutes. Instead the dispatch was called in from another city taking 1 hour and 50 minutes to get there. It was not mentioned they contract out to towing services around the DFW area calling in someone from 30ish miles away with traffic. Then charged me at least $30 to $60 more than I thought. In driving by the “company location,” it was a run down town home apartment used for phone calling, not a true business location. Buyer be weary!
Life savers! I had a blow out on the freeway and had to pull off to a side road. Oracio came quickly to the rescue and even removed my damaged tire with stripped tire nuts and put on the spare tire. He turned a very scary experience into one that was easier to handle.
FASTEST showtime EVER for RSA - approx 45 minutes! My car wouldn't start and I thought it may be the starter and that I'd need to have it towed to a repair shop . The RSA driver attempts to jump start the battery (upon my request) before setting up for towing and was able to get the car running. He was even nice enough to follow me to AutoZone (less than two miles away) to ensure I made it there safely in order to purchase a new battery. What started out as a not so great morning, turned into one of relief. 5 stars all around for the assistance (you know who you are! ) and the customer service!
