When I called back 5 minutes back, price got changed. They don’t have a consistent price point, seem to charge what they want and keep finding more reason to charge you more after quoted a different price before. The guy who picked up the phone was rude in general but got more rude when I ask for the price breakdown. I decided to give the benefit of doubt and agree to pay the increase but then another guy came out to assist charge us even more than what was mentioned over the phone. He charged more than 220 for 5-7 min work. It was 129 for just calling in and the rest is what they want to charge after for the 5-7 min work so they give you no choice but to pay. The cost is much more than what was quoted over the phone. They are more focus on collecting your money while lacking competency and professionalism. Very horrible experience and not recommend.
When my delivery truck broke down, I contacted Dallas Roadside Assistance for emergency roadside assistance. They dispatched a technician promptly, and they quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Their expertise saved me valuable time and money. Highly recommended for commercial vehicles!
