Had to call them a couple of times the first two people that I talked to over the phone were quite helpful and nice. The third guy was a complete jerk and he increased the rate I was originally quoted for a tow by 50 bucks for no reason.
When I got to the impound lot, the first lady that was there was super nice and helpful but they had a shift change and the second lady was pretty rude. It’s like I was bothering her by being there. She said I needed to have a tow truck physically present before she could release the car which I completely understand. However, I was trying to get everything squared away prior to the tow trucks arrival. She was about to take my money, but I asked her how they were gonna bring the car out of the lot and she said she was gonna move it with a forklift. Had I not asked her that question, they would’ve moved my car with a forklift causing more damage and she wasn’t about to give me a heads up or anything but she was definitely ready to take my $350.
The tow truck driver that ended up getting my car was also really nice and even dropped me off where I needed to go.
Some people that work for this company are fantastic but other people have no business working with the public. I felt like if I didn’t watch the information and verify for myself then I would’ve been scammed.
This tow service was dispatched by the police to pick up my vehicle from an accident. The contact information provided by the driver was a dead end. I had to make a special trip to the yard which is not the same address as the tow service. Terrible experience. Look them up… they have like six phone numbers and all go to no where.
My car broke and one of the wheels was not longer attached all the way, Gerry was very careful to get the no longer rolling car on the flatbed truck. I'm very pleased with his service! Thank you!
I had to deal with Zsa Zsa multiple times over the phone and she is very ill-mannered and condescending, I could feel all the hate that she has for her job with those few interactions . I understand that you all may have to deal with people from all walks of life but jeez maybe treat people with some decency.
I just had walnut hill wrecker service tow me from Dallas to Terrell to Chevrolet dealership. George was wrecker driver very professional and nice guy. Wrecker was a smooth ride. I couldn't grip over being a few minutes longer wait as well we all know Dallas traffic. I highly recommend this towing company based on George professional attitude.

One of my ball joints snapped and Gerado took his time loading my truck onto his flatbed. He didn't rush or get angry at the cars waiting on him to do what he does. In October of 2023 I was in an accident and my truck was towed to their yard where my truck ended up being damaged at the tow yard with their equipment . Got the phone number to the supervisor Bill after a couple back on forth texts because he couldn’t answer his phone at the time he said he would “need and estimate for the bed”. After months of calling and barely getting an answer we set up a date for me to go up there with the invoice I had gotten to fix my truck. They told me at the front desk that it would be given to the CEO Angie who I later found out is his wife. After multiple calls, emails and going up there for a couple weeks that turned into months to get an update he said he had still not gotten around to telling his Wife sorry CEO.I have now been blocked by Bill and have submitted a complaint with TDLR and BBB and currently working with a lawyer. Moral of the story is they will have you running in circles and hope you get tired.
Very unprofessional the people are so rude I asked the lady for a pen because she asked me to sign something and obviously I’m not gonna have a pen with me I’m that moment and she threw it to me they take forever to get a hold of someone to move your car out. They also damage your car more than what it already is.
I had an awful experience with this towing company. They were incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. The driver arrived late, and when they finally showed up, they didn’t even apologize for the delay. The customer service was rude and unhelpful when I called for updates. Not only did they charge an outrageous fee for a simple tow, but they also damaged my vehicle during the process. When I tried to reach out to address the issue, they ignored my calls and emails. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. There are plenty of other towing services that actually care about their customers and their vehicles.
They are the company that towed my vehicle away after my accident and caused more damage to the car after picking it up. My insurance charged that against my gap claim since it wasn’t a part of the accident. I lost $1000 and I spent months trying to recover my losses and I never got it. I even put in a claim to get my money back with the city and I have yet to hear back so I at least want people to be aware that they don’t care and they will do shady stuff to your car. The photo below shows no damage to the side, and I wish I still had access to the other photo but there was clear damage to the front door and the back wheel of the passenger side. Just terrible

My Infiniti FX35 failed to start and I decided to have it towed. I contacted AT&T Roadside Assistance at 11:15am and Walnut Hill Wrecker picked up the job. I was advised that the tow truck would arrive within 60 minutes. At 12:51am the tow truck arrived. Upon arrival, Prince, the driver, asked me if I was planning on riding with my car in the tow truck. I responded that I was and he advised me that, due to insurance rules, no one could ride in the tow truck.
When initially requesting a tow service, this was one of the stipulations that I had given to AT&T Roadside Assistance. Prince hooked up my FX35 and proceeded to drag the AWD SUV while still in park up the ramp of the tow truck. I yelled to him (over the noise of the tow truck and my car's tires skidding along the pavement and up the ramp) and asked him if my car needed to be in Neutral since it was AWD and dragging a car in that manner could possibly do damage to the transmission. He continued dragging it up the tow truck ramp and responded that my car was unable to be pulled up onto the ramp while in Neutral. I proceeded to call AT&T Roadside Assistance to advise them how my car was being towed and that I was not allowed to ride in the tow truck and was put on hold while (I assume) they contacted Walnut Hill Wrecker. In the meantime Prince finished securing my car and without saying a word to me, drove off. At that point, it was a moot point that I was unable to ride with my car in the tow truck as the tow truck was gone. Unfortunately I had spent the money I had on the tow and did not have any money left over to call and Uber. The representative from AT&T Roadside Assistance returned to the call and advised me that the request that I needed to ride with the tow truck driver was relayed to Walnut Hill Wrecker when they picked up the job. The representative then advised me that there was nothing that she could do on her end to help me. I ended the phone call with her and made arrangements for someone to finally pick me up around 3am to give me a ride. Prince or Walnut Hill Wrecker never contacted me to tell me that my Infiniti had been dropped off or where it had been dropped off. When I arrived on location, I had to walk around looking for my car before finally locating where it had been dropped off. My experience with Walnut Hill Wrecker was disappointing. The driver, Prince, was unprofessional and rude. Additionally the way that he towed my car onto the flat bed while in Park is not the manner in which this car should be towed according to Infiniti (and every other source I found online that discussed the correct method to tow this vehicle). I have yet to attempt to drive the car to see if any damage was made to the transmission.
* This was my experience with Walnut Hill Wrecker. While I did read positive reviews of their service, there may be a lot of negative experiences where people didn't take the time to leave a review. I felt it was necessary to detail the poor service I received so that anyone considering using Walnut Hill Wrecker is informed when deciding whether to use this company for towing. The experience I had may not be the service they provide should you decide to utilize the towing service they offer. My car is important to me and I expected that it would be towed in a professional, careful and correct manner. This is not what Walnut Hill Wrecker exercised when towing my vehicle.
These people have some shady stuff going on. Was specifically told by Dallas Police department to take my car to a towing yard after an accident. Instead the truck was given $150 from an unknown party to take my car to an auto shop. Ashley gave me the information and when I called back the guy who answered got an attitude and told me he didn't even know who I was and I needed to go there to get info clearly covering up something. Jo never got a hold of the driver who took my car to the incorrect location. Ended up having to call Dallas Police to go get my car from the auto shop and take it to the right place.
He is a Master, this gentleman is near perfection, he helped us with our car with out damaging the front bumper, he is a 10 over this 5 stars.

Nicole is a gem! I came here to recover belongings from my totaled vehicle. She was super friendly over the phone and gave me the info I needed. The first thing she told me when I got there was that she was so happy I was okay after my accident! It is so nice to hear something like that when you’re going through something rough!!
This company lost my keys/Key fob .. and denied it, even tried to put the blame on me saying “did I even give the driver my keys” , no i did not .. I handed to the officer and watched him hand it over to the driver. ..had to call a lock smith and pay out of pocket to get replaced..Do NOT leave anything you value in you vehicle if it’s being towed back to their lot.. it will not be there when you get your vehicle back.. And the driver definitely hit my vehicle against something when backing it up
Bill is a very great man my dad car was brought to their location I paid to get the car fixed and the car wouldn’t start they did everything they could to help my dad get his car started we was literally out there for over 5hrs him and his crew really tired unfortunately he car never started running but we we’re definitely thankful for the staff not the receptionist though she was kinda rude and blah but besides that this place is great

Update 09/20/2023: I called them on Monday. They transferred me to the claims guy but I got a voicemail so I left a message with my phone number. They have yet to call me back..
My car turned off on me and was left stranded Wed evening around 5pm on 09/13.. I called Walnut Hill Wrecker around 5:25 and they said they would be dispatching someone soon. I didn’t get picked up until 9:42pm.. I’m willing to forgive that but what I am upset about is that the tow truck driver ended up attaching his chains to my rack and pinion of my car which are now bent. I can’t even move my car in neutral. I didn’t even notice until my mechanic pointed it out when he got underneath my car. I tried to send an email to attach photos and videos but the email address on the website doesn’t work. I then called their number but the claims guy isn’t available until Monday at 9am. Posting this on here now in case they try to come back and say I didn’t post this in a timely manner. These photos show where the tow truck driver had his chains so now on top of my original car trouble, I now have to replace this. Please help
My 1967 Mustang would not start outside of Target yesterday. I called my insurance company and Walnut Hill Wrecker was on the call. Within 20 minutes I received a call from the operators Will and Carlos whom were phenomenal and absolutely top notch. They handled the situation so professionally and even helped me diagnose the problem. They handled my car with absolute care, After the service, I called customer service to complement the operators and spoke with Haley who was also super nice and helpful. I totally recommend! They definitely eased my bad day. Thank you.

when i had a car accident (got hit on the back) the handbrake was LOCKED! these guys shows up (probably they work with police) and they towed it when the handbrake is locked! they DAMAGED my both rear tires! AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURES!
I also have a statement from the repair shop manager!
After trying to reach the claim manager over a week, he finally came and checked the damaged. he tried to give me all kind of reasons why he think they didn't damaged it.
Now I have my both rear tires damaged and no one is taking responsibility on that! what should I do?

My car is a lowered CTS-V and they were contracted by GEICO for me after I used the GEICO app to make a claim against my roadside assistance. They showed up pretty promptly for a Friday night and the fact that my car required a low flatbed truck. They then towed me over 60 miles back to my house.
Service was very fast. We had a nice conversation. He knew what he was doing. Loved the service!!! Great job. Older gentleman with long brown hair. Short fella like me. Cannot remember his name now.
