Not good service.
I purchased a light to be shipped out of state and very specifically asked if I would be able to return for full refund if the light didn’t work for me which they agreed to.
I received the light which was modified, had only 2 instead of 3 plugs it should have, and didn’t work for my car even though it was exact match on OEM parts numbers. They took the light back and only refunded me $280 of the $410 I paid. Lost $130. I tried to explain how they agreed to refund full price but they said they were gonna charge restock fee and blamed me. Very dishonest and wrong when it wasn’t my fault and the light clearly had been modified. All I did was plug light in and immediately sent back undamaged. picture of the glue they used to “fix” the light. If you are thinking of ordering out of state not worth the risk with them.
I purchased a hard to find OEM motor and had it shipped to upstate NY. Paul shipped it super safe, and the same day I purchased it. A+++ experience. Thank you
I called to order a mirror they had online and they took the time to ask questions and I was able to save over 500 by buying just a housing. Thanks for great service.
The best junkyard I have seen in my work with Cars pats from them bought from all the people work on the office trying to take care of the customer to help them out to find the good boards even if they don’t have the part, they will help you out to find itfor different locations Pacific

I had been looking for a set of headlight assemblies for my 2015 RAM 1500 with the halogen projector headlights for over a year. So it was like a unicorn, so I decided to buy a set of Chinese aftermarket ones on eBay. They fit fine, but the electronics in my truck did not like them and gave me signal light errors. So I went to the DFW area for a weekend getaway with the family. (I'm from Waco area) I went to the Grand Prairie Salvage Yard capital looking for a set. No one had them. Then a guy from a place gave me info on Diamante. I called them and they had them. I met Eric at the counter and he took me in the back to grab a set.
I tell you what, I am 61 year old and I have been in many salvage / Used auto parts places and this was absolutely the BEST ORGANIZED, the CLEANEST facility I have ever been in. I was amazed at the organization. I even noticed their racks are set up Left and Right. I am having a minor issue, nothing serious and they are taking care of it when I get back in to the DFW area.
I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. The prices were fair, the selection was great and the organization of the place and the people who work there, Top Notch. Thank you to Eric and the owner for an amazing experience.

I went to the them before and the helped with a bulb that I was missing for my charger. I came recently and was looking bracket for my headlight and were are able to find it no problem. I’m glad I went there the dealership and the was going to charge to me replace the whole headlight assembly. Good people and they take the extra time to look for the exact part you’re looking for. Will always go back if I’m looking for a part.

I walked into this business for the first time and immediately found a place where all my needs were met! Great staff! Ok prices! But ultimately diamanté was always willing to work with me on what ever I needed! I’ve been back time and time again and it never fails, I’m treated well and always walk out with what I came for happily!
Very horrible experience. Had a deal with them for a headlight. Agreed a price. Had everything set. As I was waiting for him to send me the bill so I can pay. He ignores me, then I text him about it and he states it sold. This parts store is in Texas and I’m in Michigan. We had everything set, and he sell me out. I don’t recommend taking them seriously
They have a sign says, no cash only store credit, when you try and return something for store credit they find a hundred reason not to return or even exchange, scam.
Called to inquire about a radiator and a radiator shutter which they had in-stock. The first time I called the lady said she’d send someone out to check the parts and make sure they had them and she’d call back. I never got a call back. I called a second time and spoke to a guy who said he was gonna head out to check on the part and send me pictures. No call or text. It’s just bad service to keep your customers waiting with no updates.
Just all around not Worth it why I buy a broken headlight when I can go online and get for $250 new why would I buy a used one that they told me was new but when I got there it was all broke and I told the guy why did you tell me it was new but wasn’t I took a drive that was about 1 hour and going back home that makes it 2 hour how about send people pictures of the parts so the customers see it and know what it looks like before they drive that far too a place that lied just too get you and try to convince you to buy it
Honest people, refunded me when I accidentally bought the wrong part with no issue. Good service, and their dogs are really cute. Will be using them in the future for body parts because most auto salvage places are not as professional as them. Thank you guys.

It is with disappointment that I report DIAMANTE AUTO PARTS IN CARE OF PAUL CORDOVA. I ordered a left side headlight and the gentleman sent the incorrect part and it was damaged. He glued the damaged headlight and he did not inform me that it was used. I returned the part back to him and thank goodness I used Paypal to track the order. It is disheartening that I reached out to rectify the situation and he responded that he did not speak English. In turn, he had his daughter respond and she was not professional nor did she offer a solution. Until now I have not received the shipping costs and will report him to PayPal as an unprofessional business recipient. Please be aware of his tactics. I do not want anyone else to fall prey to his misleading ploy.
Searched for a grill and purchased from Diamante. The grill was described as the part I needed but it ended up being the completely wrong part and year grill. They wanted me to pay for return shipping which would result in paying for 2/3 of the price of the grill just for shipping. I would advise not to purchase parts from this place. Horrible customer service
Best parts place around. The guys/gals are extremely professional unlike other yards. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile..Really enjoy working with this great group of people. #diamanteautoparts.
Great service, they handle my transaction very well. I order a headlight for a late model Sentra. It was shipped to me here in Houston at very timely matter. Part was a great shape, just how they described it.
