Horrible place don’t buy from here they over charge for parts that do not work and don’t want to give you your money back at all even if they don’t have the part you need you will just have to wait on them to give you more false hope they are a junk hazard stuff everywhere e gnomes and transmissions getting rained on parts every where it needs to be condemned highly do not recommend

Definitely could improve on their customer service. Old guy seems hard to deal with and he tried to raise the price and charge more for a credit card transaction. I’d understand if I was purchasing something that just 2 or 3 dollars but I was buying a $130 part. I chose them because it was a small mom and pop.

Went to go buy a break light assembly the guy in the front was great and fair he noticed it had a small chip on it and gave me a discount very good price good customer service will recommend 10/10

Honestly, went to go and get my brakes fixed and I was scared at first. I was actually very surprised with the results and how upfront the guy was. Dude gave me a decent price and came thru with the promise. The mechanic, Gordo is a good mechanic too I tipped him well for his service.

RUN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS JUNK YARD IS IN THE BUSINESS OF WASTING PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY. I called to confirm a price and condition of a part. They confirmed the price for $100 and the part was in good condition. I get there and they wanted to charge me close to $300 for a part that was in horrible condition. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Came and got 2 tires and a rim for the same price as another yard was charging for just the rim. I thought they were very friendly and easy to negotiate with. They were also able to give me a price over the phone and held to what they said.

A little bit expensive but that was okay because they made up for it by their actions. The staff is friendly and polite. It's not the cleanest of places but for a junkyard it is rather tidy. They knew I was coming for my parts and they pulled them for me before I even got there. You can't beat that kind of service.

I give this business zero stars,this the worst place in dallas to do business with,i don,t see how they are still open,they are very rude,unprofessional,i will tell anybody not to go their,take your business some where else,they have good used batteries a mile up the road from them,they are not rude,and their is another good used battery shop in garland off jupiter they have very good batteries,and very professional.all i have to say about this place is to keep driving it will save money and time .from coming back to try replace your part or get a refund..

I give this place a zero! They sold us a bad engine for $1550! The shop where we took our car said the motor wasn't a good one but the owner said different we asked him to just exchange it and he wouldn't. This place is a total rip off and I'm reporting them to the BBB! Because they have to be stopped you can't play with someones hard earned money. So sad

If I could give this place 0 star, I would. They blew out my tire when I went with just a slow leak, and then just walked off with no offer to help. Then had to wait 3 and a half hours to get my car towed. Nightmare of a place.

Drove far to get here only to find out the inventory listed wasn't there. I also called ahead for pricing and verfying they had what I was looking for. They did seem empathetic and tried to help me find what I was searching elsewhere.

Don't believe nothing they tell you !The guy I did first business with"told me bring the core back when in the area or with end 30 days " we are 125'ml away .So the transmission DID NOT WORK I spent $640 maintenance fees getting it put .they did not have a exchange and would not give me $351 to go purches another .BBB will here this in the morning .GO TO AAA around the corner better business .

This place sucks, they made a mistake on a part they gave me and even though they made the mistake would not give my money back, and they did not have the part I needed so they gave me credit when it was not even my fault. don't go to this place if you want good service

Really bad customer service. Called 2 different times for the same part. Got 2 different prices from the same person. When I showed up, I stood and listened to him on what was clearly a personal call and pick his nose for a while before he acted like I was bothering him (trying to spend money) Only for the phone to ring again, and I was ignored again.

Absolutely AWFUL! First the guy shows up late by over 30 min but then he proceeds to tell me that yes they have the part I need but no one is there to pull the part smh. I asked if we could pull it since we are mechanics and he said NO we aren't allowed to pull our own parts. I said well can I at least see it before I wait for someone to show up so I know it's the right part and again he refused and said no customers were allowed in the back. I KNOW for a fact that is an out right lie! I've been back there multiple times to verify that the part I'm paying for actually came off the right vehicle. Why would I pay for something if I don't even know where it came from or what condition it's in?!?! Then they expect you to pay for it before it's even pulled!!!! Ummmm no! I originally enjoyed going through them for my clients parts but NEVER again! They are dishonest, lazy, pretend they can't understand you, and they have no idea what customer service is. I don't even install a part on a vehicle unless my client sees it and approves of it. How can my company and myself guarantee the parts and work we do if the supplier I receive them from can't give me the same guarantee? THEY ARE LITERALLY ROBBING CUSTOMERS BY MAKING THEM PAY FIRST BEFORE EVER SEEING THE PART AND THEN DENYING THEM THE RIGHT TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

Terrible. I ordered a transmission from Gabby Hall and it went bad in 3 days. I was told the transmission only had 16K miles on it, with it only having 16K, I paid a price for an assembly that looked like it had 250K+ miles on it. They sent me another about 7 days later and it turned out to be the complete wrong transmission. Do not even try to call them, they hang up on you and tell you they will call you back in 10 minutes and NEVER return your call.

Real good customer service from everyone. I gave them a call that morning from Austin Tx to confirm if they still had a transmission in stock that i had looked up online they told me yes. And i dove almost 3 hrs, totally worth it They sold me a transmission at a reasonable price for being in really,really good condition and low miles. Ive installed the transmission already in the Dodge caliber is running like a champ. Thanks

The Mexican guy at the counter quoted me one price over the phone and upcharged me 75 more dollars when I got there and wanted to argue about it, then he did the same thing the next day to a friend of mine... the trans he sold me was missing bolts in the valve body and looked like mud in the pan... he said it was good. B.S. after I've flushed it until it's somewhat red and replaced the correct bolts with new filter it still won't shift out of first. Still need a new one. Depending what they say on Monday I might re-review this post.

While I didn't get a good part the first time, these guys did a great job trying to find another one and making sure I got store credit to use later.
