Called this place looking for a battery for my vehicle. At the particular time they didn't have it. Decided to just go by and see what others they had. When we got there the battery we needed just arrived. The lady at the front counter was very nice and chatty. I like her customer service. Good vibe.
WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE EXCEPT YOU HAVE IT TO GIVE AWAY!!!!! Bought a Transmission from them 3/13/24 installed it the next day 3/14/24 Transmission was NO GOOD . Contacted Soto Auto Salvage/ B&R Auto Recycling to get replacement or refund and was denied both . The guy refused to listen and repeatedly talked VERY RUDE and disrespectful. He even said they tested the Transmission and I had to done something to it . They refuse to honor the warranty at all. . . . Also known as B& R Ŕecycling stay away and save your money . Buy elsewhere.
Bought an engine that they said was working fine and it had a bad crankshaft. They will only give store credit, completely worthless business. Avoid this place, horrible customer service.
Wish I could give less stars. Was quoted a price over the phone and they went up on that price when I showed up. Then I waited over 2 hours for them to load the motor I've already paid for. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
Less than one star, do not go here. Prices were discussed via phone and were a lot higher upon arrival. Received parts were degraded and despite their offered verbal agreement for warranty refused to put it in writing. When asked to put it in writing they said "no warranty" is offered.
Took 2+ hours to actually receive the parts purchased after payment had already been made.

Be advised this is by far one if the most shadest auto salvage yards in the DFW. I called looking for a part and was given a price but was given the run around when it was time to actually get the part. Call backs from the business were never made as promised, when I tried calling multiple times my calls were never answered. I took my business elsewhere that was welcomed!

When called him asking about the price & asked for any discounts, he increased the price & hung up on me & does respond if i call back. Its of no use to have this company if they cant serve the customer. M complaining them to BBB too for his mischief...
I'm giving them one star because there's no option for none. The employees are actually more welcoming and polite than the owner. I own a business myself dealing with auto parts and I have no idea how this dude still has business. You're half way into explaining what you need and he's already telling you that it's too complicated so go somewhere else. Seriously? That's retarded how does he let go of money. seriously if you see a huge fat white old guy, just walk out lol. If it's another guy, you might have a better experience but when the owner himself is a douche then there's a problem. So I give his customer service a -1000
I made this trip from Colorado Springs to Dallas for an engine less than two months ago. They swore up and down they had tested this engine and it was perfect. Get back home, dropped it in and the engine is completely cracked inside and is rusted. Called them to try and get something worked out and they were so rude and not helpful. And now I have to make the trip back down to Dallas to return the engine. Such a shame as I had a great experience when purchasing the engine. Had to come on here to redo my review. There's definitely better places to go than here. Stay away. Far far away.
